Jaclyn was so generous with her time during all in-person and phone-conference meetings. Whenever we needed something or had a question, she always was responsive and quick! We never felt rushed, and she made it clear her priority was to work with us as much as we needed, and until we felt comfortable. I am so blessed to have had her as a wedding planner and pulling off our special day. Everything was beautiful and we received so many compliments on our wedding and it was all because Jaclyn put everything together perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner, she knows what she is doing! I can't say enough about Jaclyn & her team - they worked so hard to make it a memorable day for all!!! I will be calling her again one day when my other daughter takes her step down the aisle.

Jacyln and Katie Luby were our Wedding Coordinators. Katie was in charge of our day-of events. We chose a destination location for our wedding day, which made planning slightly more challenging. However, Jacyln and Katie both met with us via Skype to be face-to-face! When you sign your contract - it states about unlimited emails or phone calls. I cannot even begin to count the emails we fired off and were always answered almost immediately. (I am almost positive Jacyln never sleeps... that's how immediate our emails were answered!!) They helped with sooo many variables from vendor suggestions, timing, reception layout, colors, decorations......they are available as much or as little as you want!! I can honestly say a lot of people stress or have freak-outs on their wedding day over last minute details that were not even taken care of or vendors not arriving......I ENJOYED every second of my wedding day and ATE my food! :) Pretty much after your Final Details meeting (ours was with Katie)...you hand over all your vendor information and numbers and your hands are FREE!! They contact ALL your vendors, set up the timing and provide them with detailed schedules. They field all your calls from vendors..it's pretty amazing. The day of I never ever stressed...Katie just took charge and did everything! I just showed up and had the BEST day of my life. I never thought about one thing...what time this happens, when does this vendor arrive, etc. as I knew they had everything under control and I could finally just relax!!! Our day was made SO SPECIAL due to the both of them...I would highly suggest using At Last Wedding & Event Design if you want the BEST DAY of your LIFE!

We had some what of a difficult preacher who wanted things his way and Amanda made sure things ran the way I (and my fiancé) wanted them. She fought for us and made sure my day was perfect!! Which it was! There were a few "mishaps" that Amanda was on top of and took care of everything (like my cake falling so she made sure we went right in and at least got some pictures with it and did a pretend cake cutting to get the shots). My mom and I truly believe my day wouldn't have been the same without Amanda and her team taking care of everything. She was constantly making sure my husband and I were good and had everything we needed. I felt like if there were any other "issues" going on around the wedding events I was not aware because Amanda and her assistance took care of them; everything. Even now that the wedding is over she continues to work for us and resolve things; like talking to our cake person, etc. Again, I am so happy with my choice and definitely recommend Amanda or anyone from At Last Wedding + Event Designs!

After a phone consultation with Amanda Crowe we booked their services for Day of Coordination. Let me start off by saying that "day of" does not do them justice. Amanda kept in touch constantly during our 7 month engagement...responding to my emails, vendor questions, & reaching out with monthly checklists to make sure we were on track. Leading up to the big day we had some concerns regarding a couple of our vendors & Amanda was there to ensure there were no issues on the day of. We chose a non-traditional reception space that needed a lot to turn it into an elegant event space. Being very Type A, I wanted to have a hand in every aspect of the decor, but to my dismay I knew I wouldn't be able to set up the reception space & get hair/makeup done at the same time. I put my trust in Amanda to ensure my vision came to life. Not only did the space meet my expectations, it far exceeded anything I had imagined! I could not have been more pleased with how amazing the venue looked...all thanks to Amanda's design & coordination of other vendors. At Last is THE BEST & our day would not have been possible without them. I will forever be grateful to Amanda for her support on the best day of our lives! If you think you don't need a coordinator...you do! If you think your Type A personality will enable you to do it all yourself...you can't! The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry whether or not everything was where it was supposed to be, or when it was supposed to be there. Amanda was on top of it all. She worked with our vendors to make sure everything ran on time and smoothly, while remaining in the background the whole night. This allowed me to actually enjoy the day. At the end of the night, she collected all of our belongings and gifts and delivered them to our room. She was pleasant to work with throughout the entire process and very professional. Within 5 minutes of meeting Jaclyn, I knew she would be the best person to make my dream/vision come to life. I was planning my wedding from Tampa, at the Ballroom at Church Street in Orlando and was balancing a busy career with a hectic travel schedule. Jaclyn kept me calm, relaxed, and, on budget, and very organized. When asking Jaclyn for her honest opinion during the vendor selection process she gave me some guidance but, never imposed her opinions to sway my decisions. Jaclyn always responded promptly to my emails, and sent me monthly checklists, and follow ups to make sure everything was coming together nicely. All the while Jaclyn was pregnant with her beautiful baby girl, she kept in constant communication with me and introduced me to her event planning team to ensure my questions were responded to. We handed everything off to her that night and didn't have to worry about a thing the next day. The day of the wedding was better than I could have imagined. Everything came together perfectly and we’re grateful for everything the entire At Last! team did for us.

Jaclyn met with us at our venue five weeks prior to the wedding for a walk-though and face-to-face meeting. My parents were so impressed with her that they extended our package with her. Leading up to the event, Jacyln was in regular communication with us, and I received comments from several vendors that she was "on her game" and great to work with. Jaclyn handled the rehearsal and wedding perfectly - if there were any problems, we didn't know about them, which was exactly what we wanted. But for the day flying by way too quickly, our day was perfect! Jaclyn and her did a wonderful job executing our vision. We and our guests had a wonderful time, and we have At Last to thank! I highly recommend Jaclyn and her team - you will not be disappointed!

An hour before the wedding was supposed to start, it started to storm and our plan was to have an outdoor wedding. In an hour, most of our plans had to change and At Last managed it so well. Amanda handled it with poise and kindness. She interacted wonderfully with our guests, a lot of them commented on how impressed they were with her. Trust me, you want At Last coordinating your wedding day!

She thinks of every detail and does research for you on anything you could need/want. Your final details meeting will cover every inch of your wedding, she doesn't leave out a thing! On our wedding day, our entire day was outside, and of course it rained just long enough during the reception to have to move everything inside. She quickly coordinated the fast move and made sure that everything would go on smoothly and that the night went on exactly how we wanted it to go. I would recomment Jaclyn and At Last to every single brid-to-be I know!

oned our day to be like, a D.I.Y vintage-themed wedding at the Winter Park Farmer's Market. We went to a couple of wedding/bridal shows and received information from multiple wedding planning services. We met with numerous planners, including Jaclyn from At Last, who was actually the last planner we met with. From the moment we met with her we were instantly impressed. She had a name tag on, which may not seem important, but after going through multiple meetings where you awkwardly scan the room trying to figure out who you are meeting with, this struck us as very professional. She came prepared to answer all the questions we had. We loved that At Last provided services which could be tailored to any budget. For us, we chose the "day-of" coordination. This name is happily misleading, as At Last was not just there for us the "day of." They were available for any questions I had, and it should be noted that when I emailed them with a question, they promptly responded back. Additionally, they provided emailed check lists to keep us on track of what needed to be taken care of and when. Those checklists were invaluable. Jaclyn and her crew handled our rehearsal, so that we were comfortable with what would be happening the next day and the ceremony, etc. After the rehearsal they had the task of taking all of our decorations, etc, to be delivered to the venue the next day. They took the time to go through every box so that we could discuss what things were for, where they would go, etc. I felt so comfortable and assured that I would show up on the big day and everything would be just as we had imagined it. All I can say is that we were NOT disappointed. More importantly, Jaclyn and her crew took care of everything that day. If there were any problems, I never knew about them. What bride could ask for more?! The guests kept commenting on how relaxed I seemed and I kept telling them it was all thanks to At Last. I am not someone who likes to give up control of things to others, but this was one time that I was happy that I did because without At Last, our perfect day would not have turned out just that...perfect! Thank you At Last and thank you Jaclyn for making our day one we will never forget!! Two final notes: 1. Take advantage of their recommended vendors. We did and were not disappointed. The vendors even commented on how much they liked working with At Last. 2. If you are planning your wedding for a Saturday at the Winter Park Farmer's Market, you would be foolish not to include At Last as this venue has major time constraints and At Last was so familiar with this and made everything happen in a short amount of time.

have enjoyed my wedding day as much as I did without the help of the At Last team. They keep us on schedule and directed everyone, from the wedding party to our guest, on when and where they needed to be. They did it in a kind and professional manner as well. Don't let anyone talk you out of hiring a planner! I've worked as a a makeup artist in many weddings, so I've learned how stressful the wedding day can be, when everyone is trying to be helpful by consulting the bride for everything, to the point she is overwhelmed. I did not want that. She took all pressure off of me, so I could enjoy my day, I didn't have to handle any coordinating of decor drop offs, keep track of my schedule for getting ready, or pack up after the wedding. There is no way that my wedding would have been so successful without hiring Jaclyn, from At Last. Jaclyn recommended several of my vendors, and they were able to give me special discounts, which helped offset some of the cost. I worked with Jaclyn throughout the entire process, from beginning to end and there were no disappointments what so ever. Throughout the entire process I could reach her and get a fast response. On my way to my hotel, I even asked her where the closest Sam's Club was to my venue, and she responded in time for me to stop off. She even had my beverage ready at the table when I sat down to dinner. I felt like I could trust her to execute everything because she had a solid understanding of what I was looking for, and she really exceeded my expectations. I wish I had another reason to work with her in the future!

It turned out that our selected venue gave the team just under an hour to set up the reception decor, while our outdoor ceremony went on nearby. Despite the time constraint, all of the details fell into place without any stress to us. Jaclyn and At Last shielded me and my husband from any and all annoying day of details and gave us a great day to cherish together. Jaclyn is so fantastically organized and on the ball with her staff at At Last. I would absolutely recommend her company to any area bride! As I said, I'm not sure how we could have had nearly the day we did without them!

great sense of humor. We live in Tampa so Jaclyn arranged meetings with vendors so that we did not have to travel to Orlando a lot. I thought that was very considerate and thoughtful. She was able to get us discounts with so many vendors which helped keep us on budget. About a month before the wedding we got a call from Jaclyn explaining we had to change our venue. There was damage due to a tropical storm and renovations would not be complete until October. She then informed me that she would be giving birth to her first child the next day. I was in panic mode but she assured me that everything would be taken care of and gave me some options for new venues. We chose one of the venues she selected and everything went smoothly. It was as if nothing happened. She scheduled a new tasting and made sure everything was in order. I can't believe she managed to take care of everything after giving birth to her child. Jaclyn is truly an amazing coordinator and superwoman. The wedding day was perfect! She had a wonderful assistant who helped execute our big day. Jaclyn made sure everything stayed on schedule and that I spent some alone time with my new husband. Every detail of that day was more than I imagined. When she revealed our reception space I was so impressed. It was so nice seeing everything come together after over a year of planning. I am so glad we hired Jaclyn. No bride should ever feel that hiring a coordinator is not in their budget. Jaclyn gives brides so many options and she's worth it. I don't think I would have been able to handle a last minute venue change on my own. She really handle it so well and my wedding was amazing. Thanks again Jaclyn and the At Last team.

The week of my wedding, I was in tears every single day from the stress (I broke my cake topper, my grandmother couldn't come last-minute, our programs refused to stay glued properly). On the day OF our wedding, I didn't have to worry about anything - Jaclyn took care of it all with grace and precision. She corralled our rowdy guests into the party, she ensured everything ran smoothly and on time, she re-bustled my dress about a thousand times (and then safety pinned it up for the final fix!). Everything was gorgeous and the day far, far exceeded my expectations in every way - and I believe Jaclyn is to thank for that (especially because at that point, I was entirely over the idea of the wedding at all!). She has developed relationships with a lot of the vendors, or at the very least knows enough about them to get you the best deals, without you having to play phone tag with a million different people. In short, At Last was amazing and I cannot imagine having planned my wedding without At Last!

I really had no intentions of having a coordinator, but when I started coming across issues in the planning process, she noticed it and took the initiative to e-mail us with suggestions. After a few e-mails back and forth, we realized that if we didn't hire Jaclyn and her team, we would really regret it. From the beginning, she was responsive (the KEY to any wedding vendor!), friendly, and professional. Any bumps that came along the way, she handled without breaking a sweat. Her confidence in herself and the company is outstanding. I don't know that I've met any other coordinator with so much to offer and that do it so naturally. She is extremely flexibile with pricing and will work with your budget. I never thought that we would hire someone to help with our wedding; I thought we had everything under control. we needed a day of coordinator... With just 4 weeks to plan and coordinate a wedding, I at least wanted someone to double check what I was doing and quickly answer my questions about "How Do We...". She did all that, but SOOOO much more! She was super responsive to all my phone calls and emails, had budget friendly advice and was a HUGE help and source of confidence that all would be well as we approached our wedding. In addition, she resolved things that could become a challenge – on her own initiative. For example, we had a family member performing our ceremony who was a pastor, but had never done a wedding. Without me being aware, she worked with him (at his request) through phone calls and emails to ensure that all his questions were answered and that he was confident about what to do. Talk about going above and beyond! The day of the wedding she resolved so many situations for us that we were really able to focus on what was important, we were getting married! There are so many instances where she exceeded our expectations before, during, and after our wedding. She is unlike any other coordinator that I have seen or heard about from my friends – she is truly a BRIDE’S BEST FRIEND! I highly recommend her as your Wedding Coordinator, Day of Wedding Coordinator, or Wedding Consultant. She has a knowledge of weddings that astounded me and a heartfelt desire to make every wedding special; I believe that our wedding was as wonderful and perfect as it was, because of her.

I definitely recommend At Last for full-time planning, but if that is not in your budget then DEFINITELY use them for day-of coordination! What a stress-free time for me AND my family :)
