it off with an excuse that Saturdays get really busy. Then, to top it all off, my hair style did not even last the whole night. It fell out before the cake cutting. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because my bridesmaids' hair looked great and they were all taken on time. Overall, I was really displeased.

town that weekend. My appointment was for noon and I get a call at 11:35 to tell me that my hair trial is cancelled because they are running behind!! I can't imagine worse customer service, especially for something like a hair trial for an out of town customer. I was on my way to the salon and so disappointed. If you can't rely on this salon to keep their appointments for a trial, how on earth are you supposed to trust them with something as important as the wedding day? Plus no apologies or effort to accommodate me on the day that I would be in town. My family has a house in Bethany and I have been a client of Bad Hair Day in the past, never again.

and the first thing he said was: "Aw, i didn't know you will be on time". Because of him coming late we had to run our ceremony an HOUR LATE!!!! That's unforgivable! As for my makeup the artist was great but i didn't realize they will only use Aveda cosmetics - which is all natural but doesn't do the job as well as conventional. I loved lashes but i didn't like the base - it looked like a mask both on me and my mom. It intensified all the wrinkles, instead of hiding them. Even my husband said he didn't like my makeup - it looked cakey to him... That said - if you go there for a hair-do - Jessica is amazing, but pick another place to do your makeup.

as that I had 2 hair stylists quit and had to have multiple trials. However, this worked to my advantage because my hair turned out better and better each time and the salon was very apologetic for the constant turnover between my original hair trial about 6-8 months before my wedding to the week before. All of my bridesmaids and a few other family members had their hair and makeup done here and they all looked beautiful! I was very pleased with my hair and makeup by Iyrna. My husband and I had also booked a couples massage, mani/pedi's and a spray tan for myself earlier in the week and all of those services were wonderful as well! The staff is super friendly and they do a great job!

iful! Highly recommend her as a stylist. My bridesmaids saw various other stylist the day of and everyone's hair looked great. Even one bridesmaid who had never gotten an up-do in her life before (has extremely curly hair) and was unsure of the whole process, walked out looking amazing.

2 which also may have been my fault due to the fact that i wanted something that may not have worked well with my hair. But my maids and mother had a very difficult time with the other makeup artist and actually being in a wedding in may who also used Bad Hair Day with this same makeup artist... well I have seen multiple tears come from her side of the counter. But Amber is amazing!

e did a trial run the day before and even took it out and have me a more casual style for our rehearsal party so I wouldn't have the same hair style twice. All my girls love their hair and our make was super natural, which was exactly what we wanted. Plus the salon itself is really nicely decorated so it's a great atmosphere.

ce. My make-up was flawless. And it didn't take too long. They gave me and my bridesmaids mimosas all morning, it just was all-around great. Loved the services and love the salon.
