This vendor was a nightmare. The sides were raw, the meat was undercooked, they used BOXED potatoes. They ruined one of the most special moments of my life. To top it off, I did a tasting with “my wedding food” weeks prior. She only brought one... of my entrees and a side I didn’t even request. The kept saying that she utilized the longhorn recipe and I will say, the tasting was exactly the same. It look and tasted just like longhorn’s parmasean encrusted chicken. On our wedding day, she provided us with white, barely cooked chicken. She spread mayo on top. It was COMPLETELY different at flat out disgusting. The food was not even edible, we starved and went to Waffle House after our wedding in our wedding attire.
I reached out the BJ afterward and there was no accountability or resolution. She sent me the entire transcript of how they prepped the food (mayo was indeed an ingredient she used) and then turned around and sent the recipe that they utilized for my wedding. The recipe and prep did not at all match…
This business will scam you, please be mindful when choosing this company. If you do your tasting make sure they cook it all in front of you
