ther vendors! They were very accessible and nice! We felt that the prices for an open bar were too high, but there is a cash bar included in the price and our bartenders were great and friendly. The venue was perfect for space! We had 100 guest and used the space for ceremony and reception, separated by a curtain. Everyone was comfortable and had more than enough room. There is not much designated outdoor parking space. Your guest will have to park along the road/downtown area, and there are no outdoor places for pictures. We did ours on Hendrix's campus before the ceremony.

raw look-- which we love! But it’s a really blank space so you can decorate it as much or as little as you want. The original manager we began working with is no longer there. The new manager, Katie is a bit unorganized and I’ll admit, we were super worried that she wouldn’t do a good job. But in the end, we had nothing to worry about. The morning of the wedding/reception, we went to check things out and drop off the few things we needed to set up ourselves and everything was exactly as we had agreed upon. Their bartending staff were very friendly and easy going. The bathrooms were clean and smelled very nice. I think my only complaint would be that the floor in the main area could have been cleaner—maybe. I really don’t know how clean you can get an old manufacturing building. But a good sweeping just before our event would have helped as there were bits of black plastic scattered here and there on the floor.
