Classic Party Rentals - Chicago

We used Classic Party Rentals because they were reasonably priced and had my two requirements - high peak tents and dark wood chairs. I talked on the phone many times with them because I had no idea what I was doing, I've never planned an event before and certainly never rented these types of things. They were really helpful and didn't take advantage of my naivety. The helped me figure out how many tables I would need, what size tent and dance floor, and what type of lighting. They installed everything two days before the wedding, which was perfect because I then had two days to decorate. The men that came to set everything up were SO nice, and made sure I was happy with how everything was coming along before proceeding with the next project. Only complaint is the put up/take down fee for each chair and table. I just don't think that is very fair, but every other rental company does it, too. We avoided this fee by putting up and taking down ourselves ( which was a bit of a pain because each chair is individually bagged!) Overall though, very satisfied and would recommend to others!
