re looking for, offered much appreciated advice and recommendations, arrived promptly, were very professional, and picked up in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for rentals.

e and put it all together! Krissy was patient and very flexible as our details would change often! The men who put the tent up and did the delivery were very pleasant and hard working! I thought we had to put all the chairs and table s up ourselves, but they did it for us! They were very punctual and called prior to arrival. The entire experience working with them was great. I highly recommend them!

ything in the car. After the event we threw everything in a bag and brought everything (minus a few chair sashes that one of my bridesmaids stole :o) back to the business. They charged us a VERY minimal amount for the missing chair sashes. Everything was as represented on the website and I think it was good value for what we paid.

Shane, one of the managers, if I could load the truck myself. He replied "NO! My guys are very professional with loading rentals into trucks" and he insisted one of his employees load the chairs and columns in my truck. While the employee was loading the chairs and columns in my truck, he damaged my truck, scratching the tailgate and denting my roof. I spoke to Shane and he said that he will fix the damage. When I returned the columns and chairs I was told to call the owner Jesse. I called Jesse, the owner of the company, and he said "I'm not sure why my employees said that, we do not cover damage to vehicles." He also was not concerned at all, even though it was Shane insisted one of his employees load it and I not load the equipment. As far as I am concerned this company is poorly ran and does not care about their customers as they should. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY bride or groom use this company!

One item that concerned us was as we were from out of town we didn’t know the exact number of people that would be there or the dimensions of the area we would be using for the dance floor many companies I looked at charged hefty fees for changing an order after the initial deposit. The only issue that we encountered with the company was they were very busy on the day of delivery so they were a little behind schedule, but since they were delivering a day early it didn’t affect the setup or ceremony. The crew was very helpful in setting everything up and explaining how to work the heaters we ordered. They even had extra dance floor pieces that they offered to allow us to use. Overall the experience with Coast to Coast Rentals was very pleasant.
