DJ Tim was the BEST!! He was extremely helpful in the planning process and his online planner is so user friendly. He kept our dance floor going ALL night! He listened to our requests but made sure they worked with the vibe. Our guests are raving about him! You will not be disappointed!!!!!

Tim and Alex did a fantastic job at our wedding. During our first meeting, Tim showed he was very organized, knowledgeable and professional. On the day of our wedding, Tim and Alex put our minds at ease by showing up early, setting up their equipment and up-lighting without issue, and keeping our rowdy bridal party in check. From the moment the reception started until the last song ended, the dance floor was absolutely packed. Tim and Alex read the crowd perfectly, and every song kept the guests on the dance floor. We heard from multiple family members and friends that our wedding had the best music by far. We cannot thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone.

He was incredibly professional, organized and covered everything with us in detail ahead of our event. It made us feel so at ease knowing we could completely trust him. His set up and break down of equipment was flawless and he captured the dinner time and dancing time moods perfectly! Our guests were dancing all night and we received so many compliments on the music and our DJ! Tim also played the role of MC for the night and did a fantastic job. Tim Smith from Event Perfect Entertainment is so flexible and cooperative DJ I have worked with! Because of the pandemic, our wedding had to be postponed a couple of times, and Tim was absolutely understanding of it. He made the reception/music planning so easy for us. We included the photobooth, uplights, and screen package. I absolutely recommend all three because it really made our wedding interesting. Our guests loved the photobooth! Tim was also very attentive to details and walked me through the schedule of events. I highly recommend!!!

Tim is a master of his craft. He is detailed oriented and really caters to the requests of the couple. After meeting with him via Zoom, I was confident that he was the man for the job. After seeing he also was branching out and officiating, I opted to have him officiate our wedding (his second time!). He absolutely killed it! From being an officiant to dj-ing, I would hire Tim EVERYTIME. He has a template that you fill out, he has multiple meetings, and is very quick to respond. I told him I wanted 90s r&b, 2000s r&b and hip hop, and afro beats. The guests loved all the music and I was dancing all night long.

Would recommend to anyone! Tim was wonderful to work with. He was well-prepared, accommodating, friendly and made it easy to plan. Great music and made our wedding super fun. also, was very flexible with scheduling due to COVID.

We are so happy we hired Tim to be the DJ for our wedding! From the start, he was excellent to communicate with and his detailed wedding day outline form was so helpful in planning what we wanted for that special day from a musical standpoint. His DJ style got everyone out on the dance floor, including my dad who probably only danced a total of 3 times in his entire life! That should tell you something! After the year of COVID and postponing our wedding date, the reception night was exactly how my husband and I pictured it would be - thank you Tim!!

I loved having Tim as our DJ! I could relax pretty easily knowing he was on the job. We got to go over everything ahead of time, he had a super organized planner to help us think through the day (though we had some technical issues picking out songs/artists with it prior to our run-through meeting, didn't matter too much as we still made a list), and he was willing to make adjustments the day of. If I could have done it again I would have still gone with him since the party could not have been more fun.

He played a wide variety of music and kept everyone dancing the whole night. All of our guests were asking where we found our DJ, would highly recommend for any event!

Tim Smith and Event Perfect Entertainment were great to work with! They were very professional, understanding of last minute changes due to Covid, and kept the party going all night! We had an absolute blast at our wedding and would hire them again in a heartbeat. I went with Event Perfect Entertainment for my wedding recently. The service I received from Tim was impeccable. The process of onboarding, the level of communication, the portal to define the music choices and pay, as well as the ongoing communication and preparation from Tim were beyond incredible. The music was exactly what we asked for and the areas that we asked Tim to improvise were done aptly with perfect consideration for the audience and appetite for dancing. I also used the Photo Booth feature from Event Perfect and had a great time with that - it was a huge hit at the wedding and it continues to be highly spoken of in all memories. I would strongly encourage Event Perfect Entertainment for any wedding and I intend to reach out for the next time I need any sort of DJ services.

Everything about Tim (his presentation, his appearance, his dj setup, his approach) was so professional. To be honest, we interviewed 6 DJs and Tim is definitely not the cheapest. But we have several friends who all recently got married and yet we went dj shopping here on TheKnot. Why? Because none of our friends would recommend we hire their wedding dj. Tim was responsive to all of our inquiries, walked us thru the must-plays, father/daughter and every detail. He took great care both the week before to ensure he had pronunciations on all names. Your wedding is all about the details. As for the music, Tim was always present. He's not there to play a setlist, he kept a pulse on the room and was at the station all night taking requests and made sure we were all dancing. Would absolutely hire Tim again.

Tim was so incredible, his passion for music really shines throughout the planning process. The planning form we used to pick out music was so user friendly and very useful. The ability to make changes and add new things throughout planning was a major plus too! Music definitely plays an important part at a wedding and Tim's selection and natural charisma got the crowd dancing and on their feet! We are especially thankful that he curated an excellent Motown playlist for our cocktail hour.

Tim was amazing. After our venue failed to secure a DJ like they promised, we were left with 1 week to our wedding and no DJ. I reached out to Tim and he miraculously had a cancellation for our date and was willing to take it on with such short notice. He played exactly the type of music we were looking for, kept the wedding moving, and even catered to the kids. It was fantastic and I will definitely recommend Event Perfect Entertainment to those who ask.

I originally found Tim through a Facebook group. We messaged back and forth before having a phone call and expressed how our music taste is slightly different than the traditional wedding music. He was very accommodating and mentioned how he had a huge library of music, which was great. I feel like we hit it off immediately and he just seemed like the right fit for our wedding so we decided to book him for our 6/5/20 wedding. As you see the year, unfortunately our wedding did not go on as planned and we had to postpone our main event and we did a small ceremony. Tim was very easy to communicate with and understood. We postponed to the next year(2021), however, our second date was too close of a call and we decided to cancel our event all together. Tim was very understanding and easy to work with and I 100% believe he would have been the best DJ at our wedding. We will recommend him to anyone and when we finally do have our reception he will be the first one we call!

DJ Tim is your best possible option if you are looking to hire a dj for your wedding. He is very professional, kind, and easy to work with. He’ll help create the perfect playlist for you and your guests beforehand and he will play (or not play!) anything you want at all. He basically feels out the crowd and feeds off that to play the best possible songs for you and your guests to make sure you have a good time. My guests could not stop saying how AWESOME Tim was. Pricing is extremely reasonable. Congratulations, your search for your wedding DJ is over!

I don't think I could of hired a better DJ than Tim. His professionalism is top of the line and willingness to be challenged is amazing. We were blending two cultures, Spanish and Russian and Tim did not hesitate for a second. He mixed both cultures so perfectly and smoothly. He had both nationalities on the dance floor all night. His photo booth was a complete hit at my wedding as well. Him and his assistant were so helpful to our guests and they even provided a nice album of all the photos taken from the booth which I did not expect. Tim made our night memorable and I would totally recommend him hands down!! Thanks Tim for everything you did for us. You have a customer in us for life!

DJ Tim and his assistant were the best we could’ve asked for! Our date had to be changed because of covid and we also had to turn it into a backyard wedding. This made us so nervous because we didn’t know how it would all work out, if the weather would be nice and if people would be comfortable dancing. Tim helped calm our nerves and he even brought a big TV so he could play a slideshow. The guests LOVED IT! My husband and I have traveled all over and having the slideshow gave our family a chance to see our lives from when we were babies, teens and then together as a couple. I’m so glad we decided to hire event perfect entertainment for our wedding.

I met DJ Tim Smith while he was dj’ing my friends wedding last fall. The dance floor was wild and he definitely made sure everyone was having a great time! When I contacted him about my wedding shortly after, he responded promptly and after chatting for a few moments we knew he would be the perfect fit! Tim was super flexible with our covid reschedule and last minute plan changes.. and made sure our October wedding was a blast!! Highly recommend event perfect entertainment! Tim was great! He checked in frequently, knew exactly what he'd need for the venue, effective communication before hand. He was accommodating and rolled with things when plans changed last minute. He and his coworker were kind and courteous. He helped us with suggestions and respected our requests. No Brick House was played. Reasonably priced. The photo booth was also totally worth it--- such a hit! He even gave us a kind photo book of all of our photobooth pictures after the fact. Highly recommend!

DJ Mike was great at keeping our guests up and dancing! He played a combination of new and old, slow and fast and even took requests. The price was beyond fair and the owner, Tim, answered all our questions and sent all the forms over in an email the same night we talked to him. I'm so glad I found them!!

Event Perfect Entertainment was a wonderful addition to our wedding day, and did not disappointment. The knowledge, skill, and ability to read the crowd was pivotal to entertaining our group. Tim at EPE provided great music selections, and well as lighting and sound for our event. The up lighting made the space even more special, and he was extremely helpful in helping the crowd navigate, and make the evening flow. I would highly recommend him to friends, family, and other for their events.

When we met with Tim Smith originally he was so patient and understood exactly how we wanted the night to sound. Mike made it all a reality. My aisle walk song was the only thing that I was bridezilla about and honestly the second I heard it and saw Justin everything else just melted away. The up lighting was beautiful, the shoe game was fun, and he got everyone to dance. Less dancing was expected with our families but we were so surprised at everyone on the dance floor. Also, they are just really nice people and great to work with. 10/10

Tim Smith from Event Perfect Entertainment made our wedding absolutely amazing. He kept the dance floor going all night long and I can still remember how achey my legs were the next day from all the dancing. It has a little over a month since the wedding, and we still have guests saying to us how much they loved Tim. He was able to take requests, but respected our advance wishes. Tim played requests from both us and our guests, which spanned from My Way by Frank Sinatra (upon request) to Pablo Vittar, a new Brazillian pop artist. Tim was able to anticipate many of our needs and was able to make sure that they occurred in the best manner possible. When the best man and a couple of other guests started to have too much fun and started an impromptu karaoke session, Tim was able to indulge them for a bit and quickly divert it back to the wedding. All in all, Tim made both grooms very happy on our wedding day. Last but not least, two of our guests who are currently planning their own wedding booked Tim on the spot after seeing his performance. We could not recommend Tim any more highly.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Event Perfect Entertainment! Tim and his wife Sacha were early, professional and phenomenally inviting to our guests. The company provided uplighting that made all the difference in our smaller venue. Sacha worked the photo booth and made sure even our older guests were able to use it. There was a great variety of props, and we were even given a book at the end of the night that had a copy of each photo strip from the evening! It was so fun to go through and see our guests having a great time. DJ Tim is AMAZING! He understands a crowd and the floor was packed all night. We had a last minute Groom-Mother dance addition the night of, and he was so flexible in accommodating our requests. Tim was able to keep things running smoothly as the MC, which was super helpful because as a bride you will never look at a clock the whole night. The ceremony music was exactly what I wanted, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Several of our guests asked for their information, and I am very happy to recommend Event Perfect Entertainment!

Tim was absolutely AMAZING at our wedding! Let me start by talking about the prep and care Tim took of us to make sure our wedding music came out like we envisioned. We gave him a very tough task of not only playing different types of music like Arabic, Italian, and American, but we also wanted a club vibe and wanted to limit the songs to about a minute and half each. Tim executed flawlessly and I can say that it was the best mixing I’ve heard in a very long time. We HIGHLY recommend him not just for his incredible talent, but also for value and the prep work he does to make sure everything comes out like we wanted. In addition to all of the music, the photobooth was amazing, LED lights were gorgeous, and slideshow he put together for us was out of this world. THANK YOU! You have two very happy brides :)

Tim is the best DJ ever!! I just had my wedding last night and it was an absolute blast! He was amazing at the pre wedding planning by giving us a very nicely detailed preference sheet to fill out. We even got to write in our own special requests. He was super organized and showed up very early to set up. Tim even brought in his own sign that spelled "LOVE" for no additional charge to us. He has a wonderful personality and really kept the party going for us throughout the whole night. All of my guests raved to us about how much they enjoyed our music and they appreciated how he took their requests . I honestly had an amazing wedding and I know Tim was one of the main reasons why. I would HIGHLY recommend him as he is also very reasonably priced. Booking Tim as our DJ was the best decision we could have made!

Tim was so much fun!! He DJed our wedding last weekend and we had a blast! He did an excellent job of mixing music from Mexican and American cultures. We thought it would be tough to keep both sides of the families happy and dancing but Tim was able to! We got a lot of compliments from people about how much fun they had on the dance floor. The photobooth was also a blast! Marc was a true professional and patient with our younger guests. He made sure every guests that was in the picture got copy to take home. I was surprised at how much fun everyone had wearing silly hats and taking pictures! Event Perfect Entertainment was above and beyond what I expected and worth every nickel!
