ration. The moment we said "opal" their faces dropped and they showed us the rather limited selection they had of that stone. None of them seemed interested in working with us. Until we got to Faini's. They were so friendly and accommodating. Didn't brush us off because we weren't after a diamond. They worked with us to help us create a one of a kind ring that fits who we are. And when we returned for the wedding bands they again blew us away with their amazing customer service and willingness to help us find the pieces that fit us.
