My sister in law also ended up getting a hair in her meal. She did not eat it, nor did she want something else. They only comped her for a free drink. Those are the two major problems we had at with the service at Fratellos. Otherwise the other staff was very helpful and friendly and we had a nice area to ourselves, which was great.
