They were so pleasant to have apart of our big day, some of the kindest people I’ve met. and are super helpful but as soon as you pay them they don't care!! Delilah was suppose to send me a contract since we last spoke in April (again after paying) I emailed her several times asking what was going on and for an update and heard nothing back until today July 2nd where I received a refund receipt in my email. Still nothing from Delilah herself just a refunded receipt. This booking was for my wedding and I think it is completely unprofessional what Delilah did and the way she handled the situation. She did NOT even contact me herself once!!! Please never use this company, no one should do business with people that work this way. Zero stars!!!!

weeks before the ceremony and would set up a call closer to the event - sounds good right? - NO. Fast forward to July 30th, which is the first time I attempted to contact Jim and Dalila to set up the phone call they mentioned, using the e-mail that gave me in their gigmasters confirmation. I didn't get a response, so I sent another e-mail about a week later, still nothing. So then I attempt to call them, and leave a message with no response. My last ditch effort, I found an alternate e-mail for Dalila and forward all of the messages that I had sent thus far. Now here is the kicker, I get a voicemail from gigmaters with a generic message telling me that they have cancelled! Instead of having the decency to reach out to me directly to explain why they are cancelling, they decide not to respond to any of my calls or e-mails. Now I am stuck, 40 days out from my wedding, with no musicians. We had already picked out the songs we wanted for our ceremony, and now I am back to square one. I can't believe how unprofessional and uncaring they are to cancel on someones wedding with such short notice. They may be great if they follow through with your booking. But I don't think any bride is willing to risk being ghosted and canceled.

act that I wanted them to accompany singers during the ceremony and what the scope of the job was. I received their quote, asked a few more questions, re-confirmed that they could perform what I needed and agreed to hire them. I received a very poorly written contract, but figured that they're a small operation and probably don't focus on legalese. I sent their deposit about 12 months prior to the event. As we started getting closer to the event (6 weeks or so), my Coordinator reached out to them and it was like they were different people. They sent her an e-mail telling her to stop e-mailing them, they told her that they hadn't agreed to accompany any singers and they were basically rude, short and condescending to her. I was surprised, so I sent an e-mail to them and, while their response to me wasn't rude, it certainly wasn't the same helpful people I had dealt with on the front end. What sealed the deal for me, though, was when, in one of their e-mails, they stated that, if my vocalist could sing one of the songs exactly as it was written in the sheet music, there should be no issue. The vocalist asked the (to me) reasonable question of whether they had a sample of the song she could listen to so that she could ensure it would work, they simply replied, "No." I wish I knew what happened between March of 2017 and March of 2018, but, again, it was like I was dealing with different people. I ended up canceling their services and forfeiting my deposit with them because I just didn't want any stress or negativity at my wedding and, honestly, the rest of my music folks (from the DJ to the coordinator to the vocalists) were really turned off to working with them.

n had the perfect ambience, and was exactly what I was hoping for when discussing songs with Hudson & Delilah. They played all my requested songs, played songs that fit my wedding theme, and adhered to the timeline. They played beautifully, and even though I was the bride and pretty busy during my reception, their music was something that stood out and that I'll always distinctly remember about my reception. We discussed entrance songs, prelude and cocktail songs. 9 days before the wedding she emailed and asked for the bride and grooms info to get the contract going , I gave the info and that was the last of her!!!! Disappeared!!! The wedding was Saturday October 1st and on Wednesday I had been emailing and calling. No response!!!!!! 50 phone calls, text messages, emails. NO RESPONSE!!!! Who would do that to someone the week of....wait. The night before the wedding??!!! Just reply that you found a better paying gig and let me find a replacement on Wednesday!!!!! I was the maid of honor and my birthday was that Friday before the wedding. She completely ruined my birthday. I had to call and email numerous people for an emergency back up all night until midnight!!! Luckily I found tamboura who was amazing! Just a warning to all brides and party planners. These people practice very bad business. Unprofessional and ALMOST RUINED A WHOLE WEDDING CEREMONY!!!!! Who does that?! Please get a contract or hire someone else. Our last minute back up was amazing!

After several emails and voicemails (all while I am panicking weeks before the wedding) I finally get ahold of her booking manager and she states Dalila is on a ship and has no reception and that's why she has been ignoring my emails and calls. After 10 days from the first initial email of a cancellation I finally speak with Dalila the Sunday before my wedding. She apologized for the miscommunication and everything was settled for her to play again. Then that Tuesday (DAYS before my wedding on Saturday) I get an email from her project manager cancelling on me again!! I cannot tell you how frustrated and stressed I was. I immediately emailed back to the manager and directly to Dalila with several voicemails to make sure it was not a mistake and once again I was being ignored. By Thursday with no answer from either of them I had to finally book someone else just 2 days before my wedding. I was never rude to either manager or Dalila, all I wanted was just a confirmed booking with no games played of them changing their minds going back and forth. No musician or vendor should ever cause that much stress to an already stressed bride. It caused me to not sleep for days that I can never get back. I would not book them just for lack of professionalism period.

the phone she was very fun and nice to work with. I asked if she knew anyone who could DJ and she told me that she could. It seemed a little improbable but she was so great to talk to that we decided to go for it. Over the next several months we went back and forth on music selections and the set up of the sound system. She was always confident and accommodating. On the day of the event she, arrived early, set up perfectly so that even my very deaf mother heard everything, hit every queue and transition, and danced us into the evening. On top of this, her pricing was very reasonable for everything that she handled for us. We highly recommend Delilah.
