Nycia was fantastic as my day of wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond just making sure the day went smoothly. She immediately captured my theme as 'Romantic Summer Elegance' and made it come to life. I loved that she has the interior design skill set also. She understood exactly what look I was going for and helped with the perfect accents and creative ideas to give my wedding the feel I wanted - giving it an elegant but also intimate feel. She also recommended an excellent florist and DJ along with a rental company for the table linens/altar decor and the valet and pedicab service. Every vendor she recommended provided an excellent service. She was also cost conscientious when I told her what price range we needed for each service. The best part though was how friendly and enthusiastic she was throughout the process. She felt more like a close friend than a coordinator. My husband (then fiance :)) felt the same way. They immediately hit it off and were joking around from our first meeting,and afterward he commented on how wonderful she was to work with and how pleasant she made everything. She also managed to get my mom to relax and enjoy the process and not stress so much, which was a huge accomplishment. On the day itself, she was great at making sure everything went smoothly and that we stayed on schedule. We highly recommend her to give you your perfect wedding! :)

Greetings, I am writing to sincerely say that I appreciated the services provided by Inspired Events and Designs. Initially I thought I would be able to get full wedding planning/coordination direction from Nycia,though after my Finace(at the time) and I decided to go with a full service wedding venue, I felt the need to meet with Nycia to get additional tips. I am soo happy that I decided to move forward. She introduced me to an awesome florist and provided exceptional ceremony and reception design concepts. She helped to bring our dream to reality! I worked with Nycia for my wonderful wedding. I had a tight budget, and knew a little about what I wanted, but knew I needed help to get the spectacular event that I dreamed of. Inspired Events & Design had amazing packages that allowed for me to afford a planner, and she was amazing!! I had a slight direction for my wedding, but she nailed it and was able to anticipate what I wanted/needed. She took my little ideas and turned them into a collected vision that wowed my guests!! I still get comments on my wedding and details that other guests were amazed with. She was also always available and easy to contact. Nycia was more then a planner, she was friend, a buffer for any crazy issues, and a miracle worker with my budget! I highly recommend Inspired Events and Designs!!

I was a TX bride living in CA and had 9 months to plan my dream wedding and no idea where to start. I reached out to Nycia to help me make my dream a reality. When everything was said and done and I look back at what we were able to accomplish and the obstacles we faced, I could not have done it without her guidance, friendship, strength, support and help! Nycia isn't your typical planner. She gets to know you personally and really focuses on what your dream vision is. She creates those small and personal details that are so important to making your wedding day truly yours. She guides you on a timeline and sets things out for you based on your budget. She helps you find, bargain and work with vendors. She is professional, flexible, knowledgeable, affordable, and caring. As things sometimes do, not everything went smooth on my wedding day (with another vendor) and she took care of the situation with professionalism and grace. She made sure that what we had talked about is what I saw and reined in the other vendor so that I didn't even notice there was a problem. Our wedding day was beautiful, personal, and so much fun, which would not have been the case if she hadn't been there! Nycia is one of a kind and has proven herself in wedding challenges. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to have the wedding of their dreams!

Nycia provided me Day of Services. She listened to my ideas and executed them flawlessly. The days leading up to the wedding she ran around ensured we had everything that was needed. My wedding was super gorgeous and we had a blast.

We hired Nycia for Day of Coordinating but she went above and beyond. She was in touch with me in the weeks leading up to it - contacting vendors, helping me come up with decorating ideas and wedding logistics. She even showed up on the day of the wedding with some of her own decorations and homemade favors for our guests! Nycia's enthusiasm for weddings is catching, she always made me feel excited and not stressed about the big day. The day of the wedding she was taking care of all the last minute things that came up and she got us through the scariness of a storm brewing right before our outdoor ceremony. I was fortunate to have her so my family and I weren't running around outside in the mud setting things up right before walking down the aisle. Thanks Nycia!

Nycia provided so much help and support at our wedding. Our wedding was a bittersweet occasion because I lost my mother a week before the wedding. I couldn't have made it through the weekend without Nycia. She went above and beyond as our wedding planner. She flew from Austin to Denver to help us. The minute I picked her up from the airport, she stuck by my side and focused on me and making our wedding as stress free and beautiful as possible. She is the most optimistic person! Her passion and selflessness is such a gift. I feel lucky our paths crossed. Nycia's work ethic is incredible! I could go on and on. Basically, she makes me want to be a better person.
