r and welcome party the night before! Her food is AMAZING, and Kate is so, so kind. She was a joy to work with, attentive to our thoughts and requests and then created something that was beyond what we could’ve dreamt up. All our guests raved about the snacks and bites, and the dessert table was out of this world. People were stacking up desserts in their hands on their way out! (And our mouths are watering just writing this.) She also helped us come up with a signature cocktail, with fresh blackberries, that the guests absolutely loved. If you have the privilege to get to work with Kate, do not pass it up!

ng chicken -- this was the farthest thing from it. In menu planning she had delicious and organized choices plus honest recommendations and advice about how much and what would be enough. Backtracking a bit, she worked with our rental company to make sure we had everything we needed (tables, chairs, bar equipment, etc.; she understands the details and caught some things that we would have missed. I valued her input tremendously. This was an outdoor wedding under tents with generator power and no running water, not an easy feat. Her TEAM. WOW. delightful people. It was obvious when I met them a few hours before. I'm in the restaurant business and they knew their stuff, which put me completely at ease. The bartenders danced behind the bar, the kitchen team seemed to be having fun, and Kate's service captain greeted us post-ceremony with champagne on a tray. (She also kept after us to drink water!) It was the little things that became big things and I was overjoyed with our wedding in no small part because of Kate. I can't recommend her highly enough.

- from lamb meatballs, coconut mango shrimp to pigs in a blanket (per my husband's request!). The waitstaff were incredibly friendly and personable throughout the whole evening. Our meals were served hot and fell right in line with the timeline with the whole event. I can say I ate every last bite as the bride, which says something in and of itself! Kate was so easy to work with and had such a calming presence. We highly recommend Kate Baldwin Food for your upcoming wedding or any other potential catering needs.
