South Florida. So I had two separate looks for ceremony and reception. My more natural (with a bit of fun with a bat wing eyeliner) ceremony look was FLAWLESS. Just sheer perfection, why don’t I look like that every day? Anyway, She is known for her natural look for a reason, she’s the best at it hands down! BUT did you know...she also has a badass funky alter ego? Oh yes, because come reception time we added purple eyeshadow, gold leaf on my eyes (and wrists for first dance cute stuff) and a bold lip. Killer. And it stayed on my face all night! And I cried a lot...walking doesn’t he aisle, during the speeches, my dance with my dad...I’m not proud of it, but it happened and my makeup stayed on! Also, Kate followed me to the church, stood by my side during ALL my photo shoots and touched up my makeup when I needed it. So reason you need to book Kate: 1. She knows what she’s doing 2. You will feel so good about yourself! 3. She is a sweetheart! 4. She is constantly making sure you feel your best 5. You’re really relaxed around her, I know this one sounds silly but it’s super important during the most stressful day 6. Her dog, Goose, is really freakin cute 7. She also did my mom and sister's makeup and I was blown away by how it came out. My sister has freckles and was nervous foundation would cover up what her face really look like. Kate somehow worked her magic and made her look amazing, yet herself! My sister kept saying she wishes she could've gone back to her wedding day and had Kate do her makeup. Absolutely recommend!!!

Her main concern (well other than making sure you look as beautiful as possible) is to make sure your comfortable, relaxed (I mean as much as you can be on your wedding day), and happy. Also, my sister and I like to call her a lingerer. And it’s probably my favorite thing about her and will be the thing you appreciate most as a bride from a vendor. She doesn’t just pack up and leave, she lingers...touches up the girls that she did first, puts everyone’s lip color on last so it lasts..Her lingering made my wedding day, why? Because it was 84 degrees, my pictures were outside and all my hair fell during my first set of pictures. I was devastated and about to have my MOH recurl my hair...Nope, Kate made sure that didn’t happen. She picked up the phone, called my hairstylist and asked what she could do to make my hair better, and then SHE curled it for me! Seriously?!? Who does this? Kate!! Don’t think twice, book her! You won’t regret it ❤️
