If it was possible to give a zero, I would have. My daughter and I went in looking for a prom dress. When we entered to door, my daughter signed in and told her she had 15 minutes before they closed, in a very rude way. It was actually 30 minutes before closing. We had already expected to run in, try a couple of dresses because at this point she was just trying to see which style she liked best. We were rushed along and when she picked up one, she was told it wouldn't fit so she didn't even want her to pick it up! I'm really upset at this point. It was apparent that these people do not value potential customers or maybe because of the color of my skin, I was not made to feel welcomed at all. She tried on one we really liked. I asked if it came in another color. The sales person said well if you come back another day, I can check for you. Really!!! I was not even from that area but it's apparent they did not care! I left there knowing that I would not spend one red cent there and I would encourage other boys to as well. We had a great experience at David's bridal and to walk into this was a very bad experience for my daughter! She picked up on the rudeness right off! You can really tell how customer service is when you walk into a business who is close to closing! They showed their true colors!!!

I used KOH for my dress. I am a plus sized bride who was planning on eloping. I had a very firm idea of how much my dress should cost, and the ease of getting into the dress since I wasn't planning on assistance. The ladies here actually listened to what I said and offered the assistance I wanted. I was pleased that I found my dress and it was wonderful. I only put 4 stars on quality because they do not offer alterations.

Fitted perfectly, it was the best finish for my groom!

The staff of the Hot Springs location was wonderful! Our tuxedos were exactly what we ordered and we had no size issues, which was terrific considering all of our groomsmen got measured in different states. Thank you for such wonderful service!
