It sounds silly to say... but the event was magical. Everything moved very smoothly and I felt very informed as a guest. I don't usually leave reviews like this, but Evelyn was so great. She somehow had the time to check in with the general guests to make sure everything was going well with us, in addition to coordinating things with the wedding party, the venues, etc. etc.

I can't speak highly enough of Let's Make Magic. Everything with my recent wedding went so smoothly. People kept asking me if I was nervous or stressed and my answer was always "No" because we were working with Evelyn from the start. She was the obvious choice for me, but I'm really glad we started working with her as soon as I proposed. She found us the perfect venue, that was significantly cheaper than the places we were looking at on our own and much nicer. I had a photographer and a florist that I knew I would be working with but she found all the other vendors and coordinated with all of them both in the months before and the weekend of the wedding. The timeline was flawless. We spoke on the phone many times and she thought of every detail. Honestly I didn't want to talk as often as we did but I really recommend you do this. Because we took the time to prepare before and because Let's Make Magic kept us on track my wedding came off with out any issues. If you want your wedding to be the best and without stress call Evelyn.

*****Buyer Beware***** Evelyn failed to deliver anything that was contractually promised to us. She defaulted on our contract and took our money, leaving us with nothing. We were forced to go elsewhere. And found so much better out there Fortunate for us, this occurred early enough that we were able to secure services of honest and reliable people. We will never utilize her services or anyone who has endorsed her, as their credibility should also be considered suspect. IF - for whatever reason, you elect to utilize her services, before signing anything, be sure to have your contract modified, indicating that she keeps nothing, not even the deposit, if she defaults on the contract and fails to deliver.

Evelyn is a pleasure to work with and found us really great vendors. She is very optimistic and flexible; willing to work around our individual style to make a personalized and special event even though that meant much more work. Lets Make Magic!

Working with Evelyn was one of the best choices that we made as a couple when planning our wedding. She was very responsive when we had questions and on the day of our wedding, she took the reins- so we did not have to worry about a thing. Evelyn did a great job planning and coordinating our wedding! She was able to jump in for planning help about nine months before the wedding date. We had picked a venue but were still working out all of the other details - food, clothing, flowers, photography, etc. She knows many of the local vendors in southern and central Vermont, and was able to help us narrow down our choices to quality vendors in our budget range. During our wedding, Evelyn took care of all last minute setup and decision making so that my family and I could focus on getting ready and having fun! Most importantly for us though, Evelyn was able to help us successfully navigate some strong personalities among family members during the planning process. She consistently went the extra mile to ensure a fun and lighthearted planning process and wedding event. Two thumbs up - thank you Evelyn!!

Evelyn was absolutely amazing! We used her as a day of coordinator and she was a necessity! We were having a Vermont wedding and had planned from out of state. Evelyn showed up on the day of the wedding at the time we agreed upon. She steamed my dress for me as it was wrinkled from getting shipped. She was also was amazing at helping one of my bridesmaids - her dress was too big and Evelyn pinned it up and had it looking great!!! She handled everything and brought her ideas to the table. I think the greatest thing was that she made she we (bride and groom) were eating and that we were getting moments to ourselves etc... She helped my MOH bustle my dress and she made sure all the little details I wanted were carried out. She made sure the ceremony went off without a hitch and did a great job being there with us throughout the day. As a day of person she was amazing!!!!

Working with Evelyn and Let's Make Magic was fun and super helpful! Her pre-wedding preparation and ideas came from experience and a natural gift for creativity and thoughtful design. We were so happy with our color scheme and table decorations! She also put together tailored Pinterest pinboards for us and compiled resources that lightened our research load and led us to identifying our favors, supplies, decorations, etc. Not only that, but she has a knack for thrift shopping and finding the best deals, and she helped us save lots of money. On the day of the wedding, she was a godsend - handling all aspects of the day's logistics, keeping everything flowing seamlessly, and allowing us to completely immerse ourselves in our special day with the confidence that all would be handled by our reliable wedding planner. Everyone there had a blast and told us how beautiful and organized the day seemed. I can't recommend her highly enough!
