Jenna was an absolute gem as our wedding planner, and I can't recommend her highly enough! From the moment she took over vendor communications a week before the wedding, I felt a tremendous weight lifted off my shoulders. Jenna was incredibly responsive, answering my questions at all hours and always with a reassuring, positive attitude. She truly went above and beyond, even re-typing and printing the officiant's script at the last minute. Her dedication didn't stop there—Jenna expertly ran our rehearsal and ceremony, seamlessly coordinated with all our vendors, and kept our family well-informed throughout the weekend. Thanks to her meticulous planning and exceptional organizational skills, everything ran smoothly, and we were able to fully enjoy our special day without a hitch. Jenna’s professionalism and genuine care made our wedding day absolutely perfect!

Jenna from Pearls & Poppy was wonderful to work with! She is a true joy and was very professional as well. I used her as my 'day of' coordinator for my wedding in London & reception in Galloway, OH. She assisted with our catholic church mass as well as the set-up at the Darby House to make our wedding a fair-tale. She also helped calm me down numerous times throughout the day!

This vendor was recommended to me by my venue and the owner got married at that venue so she knew the outs and in’s of it! She had an assistant named Lulu and Lulu was the one that was there on my wedding! I paid for day of coordination and I feel like I got month of coordination! Jenna and Lulu went absolutely above and beyond my wildest dreams! Jenna reached out to me about a month before, set up meetings, made me a WHOLE timeline based on things I wanted done! Lulu was also there for the rehearsal dinner and made sure everyone knew what their jobs were day of! I also never even had to lift a finger during the reception! Lulu grabbed me drinks during dinner, took care of speeches, broke down some of the tables after dinner, and even cleaned up the bridal suites! Jenna and Lulu from Pearls and Poppy are the absolute best and I couldn’t have even imagined my day without them! I would choose them 1000 times over again!

Pearls and Poppy are the people you want to hire if you need a wedding planner. I hired them for my daughter’s wedding and I am so glad I did. Jenna was AMAZING and I really don’t think I would’ve made it through the day without her. Very professional, took care of everything we needed, made sure everything ran smoothly and just made the day fun. I would give them more stars if I could. I highly recommend.

After experiencing my first daughter's wedding without any professional help, I realized that I did a disservice to myself; I could barely enjoy the day. Jenna was awesome and she made it possible for me to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about anything. Jenna was amazing to work with! The venue we chose has a standing relationship with Pearls & Poppy, so when they recommended her for day of coordination we quickly added Jenna to our search. After meeting her, it was clear to see she has a passion for her wedding couple's, is knowledgeable, and experienced. After an initial conversation, we knew Jenna was a perfect fit. We even decided to use her design consultation services because, as a somewhat DIY bride, I was easily getting overwhelmed. Jenna went above and beyond to make our day a seamless success. She was always a quick message away and brought the wedding vision I didn't even know I had come to life. We had several meetings and each time she assured me that everything was headed in the right direction. Having her on the wedding day was fantastic. It allowed our families to enjoy themselves and created peace of mind for us that everything was taken care of. I highly recommend Jenna for any couple looking for help with their wedding. She is flexible and willing to customize her services to fit your needs. The best advice I heard, and what I will recommend to anyone planning a wedding, is at least get a day of coordinator. But with Jenna, you get so much more!

Hire Jenna! You will not regret it. She makes all your wedding day dreams come true. She helped relieve so much of my stress a couple weeks leading up to the wedding and helped me to only focus on marrying my husband and celebrating with my friends and family day of. She took care of all of the details. She felt more like an additional best friend taking care of my vision. Do it, book Pearls and Poppy now! I hired her for Day of Coordination only which was perfect for my needs but I can only imagine how much easier my wedding planning year would have been with her bigger packages!

Cassie was such a big help for our wedding day! We chose the day-of-coordinator package with includes assistance in the month leading up to the wedding day. Jenna was wonderful in helping us choose the package and creating the timeline. She was very easy to work with and was willing to help with anything that was needed up to the rehearsal day, where Cassie took over. Once we met Cassie on the rehearsal night, she jumped right in! She helped with anything that needed to be done and kept us on track for our timeline for the wedding day!

Working with Jenna was like being with my best friend all day! She made everything go so well, most of the small things that went wrong throughout the day she would just look at me & say “I’m handling it”. I’m so happy I had her with us! She was serving us drinks & making sure I was fine.. plus making sure we were happy with everything. My entire wedding party loved her & has not stopped raving about her since! She went above & beyond what I was expecting! I would 100 percent recommend her to anyone.. she made time for me at any point in the day throughout the process of making the timeline. I honestly could go on all day about how amazing she is. Thank you so much for making our day so stress free!

Jenna was an absolute GEM to work with!! Not only was she so responsive and creative with her input, she recommended the BEST (and affordable!!) florist, hair stylist, and makeup artist! She worked incredibly well with our caterer, photographer, and videographer- it was such a fun day with everyone working together so smoothly! We used Jenna for month-of services and the day was PERFECT! I was on the fence with hiring a planner, but I 100% recommend doing so and I 100% recommend Jenna and Pearls & Poppy! Everyone loved working with her, our bridal party thought she was a gem, and my parents kept noting how hard she was working (that's a big compliment to receive from my dad!)! I know there were a few (small) hiccups during the day but Jenna handled them immediately and they never even got to me. Jenna was more than a planner to us on our wedding day- she was a friend, a touch-up genius, a reminder to drink water and eat (LOL- bless), and a re-stocker of all things. She constantly checked in on us and allowed us to have truly the best day ever. Hire Pearls & Poppy!!!!!

I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Jenna. I had no idea what I wanted besides a destination wedding, a specific date, and a grand entrance on the beach. Jenna asked some questions, got the ball rolling, and made magic happen. When she says she is available 24/7, she means it. I can’t count the number of times I would text her with the most mundane questions and she would happily answer, no matter the time. My husband has taken to calling her the “wedding fairy”, which is actually perfect, as she definitely is. As for Cassie, she is also so amazing. She made sure everyone was doing their part during rehearsal, not an easy feat, and she set up the venue just beautifully. It was beyond our wildest dreams. She even managed to get my grand entrance put together on the beach. Anything I asked of her, she was willing to do, and then some. This team is beyond perfect. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them! My husband and I are so appreciative and will never forget all that they have done for us to make our day a dream come true. We have had so many compliments and it is truly because of them. We can never thank them enough for their time and dedication to us and making sure we had the wedding of a lifetime. Jenna and Cassie, we absolutely adore you both, we know you will continue to thrive making others special days fantastic!

Cassie did such an amazing job coordinating my wedding. I honestly couldn't do it without her help and she made my day so stress and worry free because of how she had everything handled. Planning a wedding is stressful but thanks to Cassie she made my wedding a fairytale that I always wanted. Highly recommend!

Jenna was everything I could’ve hoped for as a day-of-coordinator! She made everything run so smoothly from helping us walk through the rehearsal to making sure everything was set up perfectly at our reception. Pearls and Poppy was an absolute dream to work with! I didn’t think it was possible to have a stress-free wedding planning experience let alone wedding but Pearls and Poppy made it happen! Jenna was a pro through and through! Our wedding was perfect because of her. She planned and coordinated everything from the vendors, to the decor, to the rehearsal, to the ceremony and reception! I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in the future.

Having someone "in the know" is invaluable when you're planning a wedding. I leaned on Jenna through everything and can't imagine what my wedding day would have been like without her.

Jenna was an absolute gem to work with! We threw her in towards of the wedding planning process, and she handled getting downloaded/briefed on our day, vendors and logistics like a champ! I felt like she knew my vision perfectly and helped relieve so much stress for all involved. I wish I would have hired her sooner. As the bride, my day went off without a hitch (if something else happened, they didn’t tell me!) the only exception was a mishap with the florist and not having boutonnieres delivered. Jenna tracked them down and had them on all the guys and guests of honor just on time for pictures! I cannot recommend Jenna and her team enough. They’re small enough that you feel like you’re with a friend, and the only bride on her calendar, even though she’s juggling several at once; but big enough that she has advice and connections to the best vendors and resources for you. We were so blessed by Pearls & Poppy and how seamless she made our wedding day and the process leading up to it all!

Jenna was absolutely wonderful! She is very professional, detail oriented, and will genuinely share in your wedding excitement! She is incredibly organized, which made our 250 guest wedding with multiple vendors seem like a walk in the park! Working with Jenna over the course of wedding preparation will always be a happy memory for us! She made everything fall together so seamlessly and perfect. I was on the fence initially about hiring a coordinator, because I am a type A control freak myself, but I have zero regrets in hiring Pearly & Poppy and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone considering. Jenna was absolutely INCREDIBLE! She did so much for us leading up to the big day by contacting vendors and outlining every detail of the evening. She really took one for the team as we were working with a difficult event manager at the venue. She was always supportive, and handled everything with such grace and patience. The day of Jenna made everything absolutely perfect. I mean EVERY SINGLE DETAIL. It was stunning to see the vision of the wedding come to life. It was amazing that I didn't have to think about one thing the morning of and could be present with my girls while getting ready and knowing with 100% confidence that Jenna would handle any situation. When things happened out of our control, weather and lipstick on my dress LOL, Jenna was there for me to solve the problem and also support me in whatever I needed. If you need a friend, a wedding planner, a therapist, and an amazingly organized event manager all in one place, please LOOK NO FURTHER! I am forever grateful to her! Jenna runs such a great, well-organized company! Cassie is who actually came and coordinated the entire wedding weekend, but Jenna was still involved and was there if we needed her. Cassie was fabulous - we even ran out of alcohol the night of the wedding (yikes) and she volunteered to go get some 🙌🏻 She was there to make sure things ran smoothly and thanks to her, they did! It’s all about the details 💕 Highly recommend Pearls & Poppy, I couldn’t have kept my sanity during my wedding weekend without them.
