k. I was told she didn't really let guests know it was available and when she did, it was only if you wanted to or not. If she had done more promoting (which is what we wanted), we would of had a book full of signatures, but instead, it was pretty empty. Which is the whole point of the book.

They emailed me a survey afterwards and I was honest yet no one bothered to contact me. My other daughter is getting married in June and I was hoping to use the same company but I would be very hesitant to do so. Such a disappointment.

s that have room for improvement. 1) Alerting guests of the video recording option. One of the reasons we chose the package we did was because it offered video recording for guests so they could leave us a video message. Guests were not informed of this and there was no way of them to know about it. We were looking forward to viewing these recording but unfortunately received 0 recordings. 2) Better props in both selection and quality-they ended up being fine-a few hats and masks but I have seen other photo booths with a much better array of props. There were no prop signs- not even a 'Bride and Groom' or 'Just Married' sign 3) This may be a bit much but I think future couples will appreciate if the attendant ensures the Bride and Groom have a nice photo strip with one another. We do have one in our traditional Vietnamese attire but because the night was just soo busy and went by rapidly we totally forgot to get one in the white dress and suit. Not the photo booth attendant's fault at all, just some advice to go the extra mile.

. The pictures were high quality and we enjoyed the variety of props. I would highly recommend them and would use them again for future events.

ps, unlimited printed photo strips that they were able to customize for the event and the most fun, variety of props that all of the guests had fun using. The quality of the prints were great too. We also liked how the memory book was included for guests to put a copy of their photo strip along with a written message, it will be a fun keepsake for the brides to be able to enjoy forever. The photographer was very professional and nice as well, we highly recommend this company for an open air photobooth!

o the dance floor. My husband and I were able to create our own design for the photo strips. This was not as smooth as I would of wanted, with a lot of delays in hearing back from designers but it turned out great!!! Although, for the first 20 pictures though the wrong date was printed on the photo strips. When it was noticed by someone, the women running the booth said she couldn't fix it. It did get fixed but took about an hour. After asking they are going to be making reprints for me but that also has taken some time to get accomplished. I would recommend them but just keep in mind about the communication is a little on the slow side, so plan ahead.

nto the book and having people sign (this was my only guestbook so I was sad so many people didn't even know it was there) and while the attendants were fun and very nice, one was very professional and the other I caught doing fireball shots at our open bar and hitting on my cousin.

ven a scrapbook filled with pictures, signatures and messages from our guests along with a DVD of all of them including video messages which were quite hilarious :) thank you for allowing us to capture our guests having an amazing time at our wedding! You guys are the best!

oup was different with props galore!!! Hilarious to look through the album the workers made for us. We also received digital copies and each time guests used the photobooth they could choose how many copies they wanted, not including the one for the bride/groom's album. Turns out I used the booth about 6 times myself! I would definitely recommend!
