we did have to change our wedding, because we didn’t have a new date they said we owed them 50% of the large total because we weren’t postponing with them and would lose our lifetime credit. So we got a new date and they moved our date and they said it was all good. We kept getting emails that they were going to bill us for our previous date, and I called and emailed to make sure they updated it. They said they did, but they lied. Not long after we found a total of nearly $4,000 deducted from our bank account! They never changed the date and said it wasn’t their fault it was because they changed systems. Sounds like someone didn’t do their job of updating to the new date. After multiple calls and emails to Matthew and the receptionist, they said they would refund us. But after ignoring me for over a week, he finally got back and said they decided to change their policy and all postponed weddings needed to be paid in full (was not what we signed in our contract!)He also admitted that they paid the tax on it (a service that wasn’t complete which is illegal!) Luckily our bank knew it was an unauthorized transaction and took action against them! We told them we were no longer working with them and lost out on our $1,000 deposit. Don’t work with them! I have copies of all the emails for proof!

ests absolutely loved them. We still get compliments on them even a month later (and our guests haven’t even seen the pictures yet!). They seamlessly fit in and made it so fun. We received our pictures promptly and within the quoted timeline. We are absolutely blown away. We had asked for candidate that captured the feelings/emotions through the entire day. They did just that and were able to capture personalities of each of our guests. We will love these forever!

I requested Kassandra and he said she was available for our date in May 2020. Matt was so friendly and informative, he even told us the best time of day to have our ceremony. Then the Covid happened...Picture This Wedding and Matt worked with us with every date change and every postponement. When we finally settled on a date in August 2020. When I spoke to Kassandra she was amazing, she understood exactly what we were looking for and reassured me everything would be perfect! When she showed up to do our photography she was so sweet and so professional, we loved her right off the bat. She was so fun to work with. She had so many great ideas. I explained to Matt in the beginning that we really didn’t want any portraits but we want to mostly candid shots, our guest never knew she was around you barely noticed her, but when we asked her to do certain pictures she was more than accommodating. I was getting my hair and makeup done and I could hear all of the clicking of him taking photos. He directed people as needed and then took us to take our couple shots. Chip was so professional and we were truly pleased. We even had an upset family member but Chip stayed professional and continued to work extremely hard to get so many amazing photos! My husband and I are pretty laid back and certainly not used to having cameras on us all the time, but the professionals from Matthew and the Picture This Wedding team were so friendly, funny, relaxed, and yet professional about the whole thing and helped relieve some of the awkwardness. ater, I was having my wedding outside and a few weeks before the big day they called to make sure I would want the booth outdoors and a discussed a plan incase it needed to be moved inside due to rain. The staff was very helpful with pressing buttons and giving guests copies of their photos (great for elderly guests) and the best part at end of my wedding I got a pretty album with all the photos insides placed next to notes written by guests. They were reasonably priced and affordable. Would highly recommend Picture This Wedding For photography and The photo booth!

Kassandra shot our engagement photos about six months prior to the wedding. We met her in Newport Rhode Island and she had already scoped out all of the prime spots where she wanted to take photos. I talked with Cassandra about my vision, which was to get my husband and my personalities across in the pictures. I love the candid style and she absolutely got what I was going for. I'm not a super traditional bride; I don't love the posed look, I didn't wear ton of makeup, and I didn't have a huge wedding party. I just wanted the photography to capture us as we genuinely are, which she was able to do! Both Cassandra and Rome were a positive and subtle presence at the wedding too! I felt like both my husband and I could approach them with any thoughts we had, and they were able to prompt us to get the "cute" photos without it feeling forced. As a side note, we had only booked 4 hours of videography, but my dad wanted to capture more, so he asked Rome to stay longer, which he did; thank you for being flexible! Awesome people. uld have someone else, to me this was very unprofessional not to let us know. And it seems like we weren't even going to be told since it was a week before our wedding, and they didn't contact us in any way until I asked. So as a bride, that was not ideal to be stressing out over this when I had more on my mind. Another way our expectations were not met is that we did not have the photos we wanted taken, even though the photographer had a list that her and I made together. Important photos like my siblings and I were either not taken at all, or misplaced when they were in the list. The process of getting our photos were also longer than the promised 30 days, and still await any video highlight and full length. The only reason we are giving a few stars, is that our photographer Sam and Videographer Rome were very kind and down to earth throughout the whole process.

We found them through the Knot . we were intrigued and decided to do more research on their work and what they can offer us. Many photographers charge thousands of dollars (I've seen photography pricing range from ($3,000 to 5,000) for photography only! And that's just separate from your additional video expenses!!! So obviously when we learned that they would provide both photo and video for a fraction of their cost, we then decided to check out their portfolio on their website to view their work. On their website, they had sample video highlights from prior weddings (which were shot on location) I'll have to say after viewing a few, they were excellent. It's no wonder they claim to hold the title of being professional storytellers of weddings! Their video reel highlights had professional grade cinematic quality to them. It was almost like watching a Hollywood movie except the stars are you and your husband!!! You even get the chance to add in your own special music to your wedding video so that was an added bonus. Having the ability to add your favorite song to your wedding video really offers that personal touch to signify your special day. We loved their work so much that after looking at a few portfolios, my husband and I immediately booked an appointment with matt over in sales to make sure our date was available (which it was ). YaaY!!! Flash forward to 6 months post wedding... As I look back at our wedding album and DVD, I never regret choosing Picture This Wedding. On the weeks before your wedding, your photographer and videographer contact you over the phone to go over logistics and final details. They go over your ceremony and reception time line one last time to make sure your day runs smoothly and you get the pictures you want. I love that they have all this organized down to a science which tells me that they A.) Know what they're doing, B.) they've done it for a long time, and C.) they make sure that no detail goes missed as long as you specify what you want documented. Customer service was awesome and their customer relations handled any questions I had as quickly and prompt as possible. Sam was a pleasure to work with and the staff were kind and attentive to what my husband and I were looking for when it comes to professional wedding video and photography.
