Rae of Light Photography

Rae of Light Photography is definitely the way to go for your wedding! My mother-in-law found Ashley for us and we could not be happier with our whole experience. Ashley started out our day at the hotel getting photos of the girls, and then went to the boys. At the wedding she had an assistant photographer to work with her. The two girls worked great together. They both got to do their own ideas for our photos, and just seemed to flow together great. I felt like we were on a time crunch for photos, but they didn't make us feel rushed at all, and got all the photos I wanted. She was even flexible getting some other pictures we asked for the day of. Ashley sent a couple questionnaires prior to the wedding to get to know us better. She was super easy to communicate with. Towards the end of our time she even showed us an "unofficial" sneak peak of one of her favorite pictures and it looked so amazing. I am beyond excited to get the pictures back and be able to look back on them for years to come!

The photos themselves were good. There were some where you could see the glare from the sun off my sunglasses and it wasn't fixed, but other than that, they were pretty good. But the photos weren't even the issue. After multiple times of contacting the owner of this establishment, and expressing my frustration that after a month I still hadn't received my photos online on her site, she finally posted them. Then it took 5 months for her to send the thumb drive that was part of the package. She kept saying that she sent it and that USPS must have lost it. She did this 3 times, but it finally showed up. She had also said that she would be including an album as part of the package and this is 7 months later, and I never got it. I posted a similar review like this on Google and she responded with that was part of an end of the year deal and she would make that clearer in the future and offered to give me one anyway. I messaged her and she never responded. I will not be using them in the future and do not recommend.
