I would not recommend Revival House for your wedding video. They are fairly priced but I don’t feel like I even got what I paid for. We paid extra for drone footage that was lost, we were not told this footage was lost until months after our wedding. We were offered a refund but the drone footage was what we were most looking forward too. The lighting in our whole wedding video was horrible as well as almost 3 minutes of the video were just us taking photos with our family. I hated the way it turned out. We received 3 CD’s with our package that was mailed to us after our wedding. Each of the 3 CD’s has our ceremony on it - nothing else!! On all 3 CD’s!! I don’t understand!!
I was really underwhelmed and disappointed with the way everything turned out as the video of our wedding is what I was most looking forward to for us to be able to watch years down the road and it just didn’t do it for me. Save your money. I wouldn’t recommend.
Loved having Revival House capture our day! They did a wonderful job and way exceeded any expectations I could have had. I love our video so much and will cherish it forever. So impressed by their professionalism!
Revival house lost All of my files from my wedding. After 3 months i am just now finding this out. I do not recommend using them. I used Revival House because they are well known throughout the area. I put a lot of my wedding budget $ toward them, and now I am left with nothing to remember by wedding from. My mom is very sick with a terminal illness and having a video of my wedding with her in it is something I will NEVER have because Revival House did not back up my files properly. BRIDES BE WARE!!!! DO NOT USE.
We haven’t seen the final product yet, but their communication skills from day one until wedding day were top notch! Josh, our videographer, worked with us for both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding day. He was always where we needed him to be and worked wonderfully with our photographer. We are looking forward to seeing the final product, and have no doubt that it will meet our expectations!
They're very professional and make lovely videos! Cameron said the lost footage ordeal the one person complained about has led them to use a separate card for every client, which is very smart. I recommend them!
I would not recommend Revival House. Several times throughout our time working together, they were curt or unprofessional in emails.
I liked part of my video, and was thankful that they worked with me to select music that I liked. However, we paid extra for ceremony footage, and that was obviously the most meaningful part of my video. The ceremony footage was horrible. It was blurry and shot from the back balcony. My photographer moved around and got shots of me walking down the aisle. However, Revival House simply set up a camera in the very back and did not get a second angle. The footage they did get is very blurry. That is the footage that is included in my wedding highlight video, and I've actually had several people make remarks about that portion of the video not looking good or professional. It almost appears to have been taken from an iPhone! I am so, so disappointed that I will not get a clear video of my wedding ceremony, and that the videographer did not capture my husband's reaction when I walked down the aisle. Most, if not all, wedding videos I've seen have footage of the bride and groom walking down the aisle. It is a WEDDING video, and they didn't seem to care about getting any footage from the actual WEDDING. I am extremely disappointed, and I would not recommend using them. I know there is a shortage of videographers in Mississippi, but I would recommend paying the fee for another company to travel. I also know that worse has happened with this company, as one of my friends had all of her footage lost.
ALL of the footage from my wedding was lost. Furthermore, the issue was handled in a VERY unprofessional way, and I feel that I was not treated like a valued customer. I was told by email in November that my early August wedding footage was unable to be located. I have come to find from multiple sources that this is not the first time that something like this has happened with this company.
