il 11th and I hadn’t heard from Carrie so I sent her an email with some pictures of centerpieces and inquired about a few items. She responds April 15th saying she is out of town and will work on the proposal that week. A couple days later I send Carrie a full list of the supplies and décor I want to rent to make her job a little easier. She responds on April 21st saying she will work on it over the next few days. April 27th I send a follow up email saying I’m excited to see the bid. Nothing. May 3rd I send another follow up email. Nothing. May 10th I send another email. May 11th I end up calling the Supply Event phone number and there is no answer. She calls me back and leaves a voicemail saying she sent over the bid and doesn’t know why I haven’t received it. I respond the next morning with an email saying I’ve checked my spam folder and haven’t seen an email and to please resend the quote. No response. May 17th I send an email asking her what is going on and that I’d like to be set up with someone else in the business to work with. After that email, I FINALLY receive a quote. But the quote is to hire her as my Day of Coordinator?? I respond, saying I don’t need a day of coordinator. I need a bid for the list of supplies I sent her. She again says she will work on it and will send it over in the next few days. It is now June 14th and I haven’t heard a thing. I WOULD NOT give this lady a dime because I guarantee you will never hear from her again. This whole business seems like a scam to me.

about making our day beautiful, when in reality all that they care about is getting as many people to sign their contracts as possible. As soon as we signed our contract, things started going downhill. We attended meetings where we lined out exactly what we wanted only to receive completely incorrect invoices. We were stood up at a meeting we drove two hours to attend. We were given a completely incorrect floor plan. We were told one thing at one meeting and the opposite at the next meeting. Speaking of the day of the wedding, the mother of the bride arrived to 6am to the venue the morning of the wedding because we did not feel comfortable leaving it all to Dell Ann and her crew. It's a good thing she did, because there were multiple issues. There was a wall with multiple large scuffs that we were promised would be painted over that was not. The mother of the bride had to set out all of the plates, even though we had been told that Dell Ann's team would take care of it. The layout was completely different than what we had been told. Chairs broke in half during the reception, decorations were dirty, checks were lost, and we felt completely deceived almost every step of the way after we signed our contract. This not a professional company, and these are not caring people. My husband and I were able to make the best of it and have a beautiful day despite Dell Ann's apathy and lack of effort. Brides, I cannot encourage you enough to look elsewhere. You do not want to deal with this company.

tantly misled and/or lied to us - she changed her story every time we talked to her. She lost 3 or 4 checks throughout the process. Our venue was over 90° for our wedding reception. Two chairs snapped in half and injured a family member (but she won't take responsibility). She didn't respond to our emails and would constantly bill us for things we didn't ask for or discuss. Some of the decorations on our wedding day were dirty and/or incomplete. The rating for this company is very misleading - two of the five star reviews are from the owner (Dell Ann) and her husband. Another couple changed their reception venue right beforehand because Dell Ann is impossible to work with. Bottom line: Dell Ann will make you feel great until the contract is signed, but once she gets paid, everything will fall apart.

wedding (from the owner's husband) was enough to disappoint me and regret renting from here. The owner made unprofessional and derogatory comments to her on the phone. For example, he told her to stop talking and listen to him, and told her that the missing parts to our order was our own fault. *Of note that we provided documentation of emails/phone calls months prior checking on our order.* As a fellow business owner, I cannot imagine ever speaking to a paying customer that way, or any human for that matter. I highly recommend looking elsewhere to avoid the stress of an unorganized and frankly rude business.

They then tried to charge her for an additional item and when confronted about it, they told my mom to “stop talking and listen” and that she was an “awful person”, which couldn’t be further from the truth. She was simply trying to explain the situation to the owner and he was extremely nasty to her in return. Please learn from our experience and rent your items from a company that will treat you with kindness and respect.

At first it was ok, but because I was planning from a distance, I set up a meeting in advance, and despite emailing trying to confirm the date I never heard back. I tried to push forward, thinking that my wedding was over a year away, and things happen. However, Dell Ann affirmatively mislead me into believing she had leased her venue, rather than sold it (which she had sold). It was because of this, I had to fire her. I allowed her to keep the planning deposit, as I did not feel up to fighting about it, but I think it was shady practices all around. I hate to leave a bad review, but Dell Ann blew off our initial meetings as I was trying to get things done in advance, and mislead me about the ownership of the venue . I think some of this was biting off more than she could chew, but the better practice would've been to refund my money. Instead, I found out from other sources that Dell Ann no longer owned the venue. The only response from Dell Ann after I sent an e-mail confronting her about the misleading behavior and to void our contract was to confirm that she would keep her deposit. She got half of her total money for creating a budget and providing recommendations - nothing else.

Once I got my pictures back it was literally breathtaking to see all the detail in the design. I was so happy with their rentals as well. Not only did I get a beautiful wedding but I gained a friend. I highly recommend them not only for planning but their venue and rentals are awesomely priced and very nice!

he wedding weekend. We rented The Wareham for our reception location which Dell Ann owns, so on Friday we were able to swing by in the afternoon and drop off all of the decorations which Dell Ann and her team put up on Friday evening. Dell Ann also allowed us to use The Wareham on Friday for our rehearsal due to the rain that afternoon causing the rehearsal to need to be moved indoors. Dell Ann and her team allowed us and our families to not stress and let us enjoy the day and weekend. They did a wonderful task of keeping things moving and on time as the weekend unfolded.
