Choose from a charming mobile display cabinet (holds 6 flavors), our "Tux" service van (holds 8 flavors) or our adorable "Que" service truck (a re-purposed 1981 rescue fire truck, holds 8 flavors and is reserved for groups over 150 guests.) . We featuring a variety of flavors to choose from (including vegan and non-dairy options!) and a professional, hand-scooping attendant, The Mobile Scoop Shop is sure to bring a unique essence of joy and excitement to your big day. Services Offered When you reserve your personal frozen dessert service, we guaranteed the finest ice cream catering service and delightful, quality deserts. Packages from The Mobile Scoop Shop include the following services for a sweet experience to remember: • All service equipment • Six or eight flavors of your choosing (8 from our Tux service van and Que service truck) • Supplies (cups, cones, spoons and napkins) • Staff Other Services In addition to ice cream and Italian ices, The Mobile Scoop Shop also offers the following dessert items and services: • Waffle Cones • Cookies for ice cream sandwiches • Draft root beer floats • Sundae topping bars (2 size service bars) • Italian ice coolers • Specialty flavors • “Adult beverage” recipes - working with your bartending staff to provide unique blended beverages. This full, turn-key service is complete with equipment, staff, travel (25 miles from Gresham included) and supplies.
