When looking for a caterer it was hard to find a place that would meet our wants and not be over the top. My husband and I wanted food that people could recognize and would want to eat. After hearing from a friend that Too Fat's also catered ...we went to meet with Rick the owner. He was incredibly nice and down to earth. He had a great menu of options and was open to anything we might want to try as well. We created a menu of lemon chicken, tri tip, salad, veggie lasagna for the vegetarians, mac and cheese that was to die for and the best mash potatoes. It seemed like the food might be heavy but it was perfect. He also has these infused waters and teas that really take the drinks to another level. They are just beautiful and really help people to pace themselves with the alcoholic drinks haha. I would go back and use Rick for other events and even just to do a nice dinner with family and friends. He was great to work with and the staff was extremely nice and helpful during the wedding buffet and busing of the tables. Great company and great service!!
