White Labs Brewing Co is a craft brewery in Asheville, NC, where you'll experience the flavorful fusion of beer, pizza, and fermentation! This venue can host your wedding rehearsal dinner, shower, or other party. You and your guests can enjoy casual dining and beverages in this fun setting. Founded in 2012, White Labs Brewing Co is housed inside a yeast factory that has been producing brewer's yeast since 1995. This team creates a range of craft beers while continuing to innovate by researching and developing new yeast strains. Their Asheville venue is an excellent pairing of outdoor and indoor event spaces for both casual and full-service dining. The Culture Room offers seating for up to 40 people for indoor celebrations, while the Biergarten has seats for up to 150 outdoors. As well as rehearsal dinners and showers, White Labs Brewing Co hosts engagement parties, pre-wedding parties, luncheons, brunches, and welcome parties. The venue staff can provide you with bar and catering services. A party in these premises will surely be one to remember.

I hosted my son and daughter in laws wedding welcome party at White Lab Brewing Co in Asheville a week ago, and it was fabulous! I am from out of town as well as all of our guests were too, so I was unsure of what to expect. We had around 125 people, the outdoor beer garden space was perfect! There is comfortable seating, and most of it is covered! We used there outdoor speaker for our own playlist, and indoor AV system for pictures of the bride and groom to be! Also there is plenty of free parking at the venue which is rare in Asheville! The food was fabulous! Caroline helped me put together a fabulous menu and it also accommodated our gluten free and vegan guests! The staff was very friendly and efficient! I highly recommend White Labs Brewing Comapny!

We held our rehearsal dinner here. The food was amazing! We had a great time. The staff was friend and booking was a breeze!
