the time the wedding was finally approaching, we felt overwhelmed with the amount of day-of set up, break down, and logistics we would have to handle on our own. Andrea, who runs Emerson Park, connected us with Ann, and we were SO relieved from the minute we started working with her. She met with us twice before the wedding — first about a month before, and second the week-of — each time over facetime (we live out of state) for as long as we needed. We were able to download every single detail we had in our brains to her, and it felt so good to be confident that someone else would take it from there. On the wedding weekend, she helped us run through our rehearsal, coordinated with our shuttle drivers, handled receiving all vendors and coordinating with them, set up all of our decor, and broke everything down at the end of the night. We were blown away by how beautiful the venue looked — she delivered everything we had imagined, and even more. Working with Ann was one of the best investments we made — we HIGHLY recommend hiring a day-of coordinator so you don't have to worry about all the small details and you can just enjoy your day. We're so grateful we were able to work with Ann!

This includes planning from the beginning, day of coordination and decor set up, free rental of her wedding items (which she has a ton of amazing things I didn't have to buy or rent) and so much more! She was always there when I had questions, dealt directly with the rental companies which was a huge time saver for me, had soooooo many amazing ideas that I would have never thought of on my own, helped us with day of timeline, what rentals we needed, decorations (you go through everything with her, so many details but much easier when you have someone that has done it before and knows what their doing!), layout, recommended vendors, ceremony rehearsal, items we needed to buy, the list goes on! It was so great knowing I always had someone to turn to when I had questions! Thank you so much for all your help Ann, we could never thank you enough for making our day so special♥️!!!

She ensures that she has a clear understanding of the bride & groom’s vision, and if they’re not sure, she knows the questions to ask to help them define their own. Anne personalized each wedding to fit the couple, & provided creative & cost effective ways to make the couple’s dreams a reality. Anne’s services are VERY reasonably priced, she is responsive to all correspondences, and she even arranged to have us share some costs with another bride using the same venue that weekend. I would recommend Anne Crowley WITHOUT RESERVATION as your wedding planner!
