so special! Kathy is so incredibly talented and thought of everything even when rain threatened our outdoor dinner and dancing. I am so happy with the outcome of our wedding day and I owe most of that gratitude to the people at Castle!

t have to worry about a thing. The food was delicious, meat was cooked well, juicy, and SO tender! The sides were fantastic, and definitely held their own. The best part is that they were able to accommodate the dietary restrictions of some of my guests flawlessly! Including making a delicious vegan option...cannot reccomend or thank them enough for making such a huge part of the reception so great!

me, did a great job with clean up, waiters kept up on the water refills. They also made sure that my husband and I ate throughout the night haha. Just a note: Be aware that there is a 20% fee added on for "production" and that that does not include the tip.

Castle doesn't just serve food at the wedding – they really made it an experience, adding special touches like an elote station where people could add their own toppings during the cocktail hour, and hand carving the meat at dinner. We ordered a coffee service expecting just some caraffes of coffee for people to self serve, but they set up a coffee station with individual pour overs for our guests – a huge hit! The buffet itself was beautiful – I was especially impressed with the display of grilled vegetables. Overall, great food and great service. Highly recommend!

times of phone conversation, she kept telling me they have sent it out and just wait. So I gave her an alternative email address to try. Only this time, I receive an email saying they cannot provide services to my wedding venue because it's too far. Why cannot you tell me on the phone instead of lying about the quote. Glad we did not contract them.
