Amy was amazing from start to finish. I searched all around for a cake that tasted awesome and wouldn’t cost an arm and leg for my wedding. I showed her a picture and she made it happen. Everyone raved about how good it tasted. She made wedding planning easy. I will definitely be returning for cakes in the future.

Amy was quickly responsive with emails, communicated well. Tasting was okay-- cake seemed stale during the tasting (it was early in the am on a Saturday) and she wasn't very helpful during the actual tasting with explaining what was what. No issues with delivery to our venue the day of the wedding, cupcakes looked amazing and she did a fantastic job on the small cutting cake-- it was exactly what we wanted. Compliments on flavors from our guests and the cupcakes we tasted were amazing. Overall, I would recommend her!

Amy is an amazing baker and the cake and cupcakes she provided for our wedding were delicious and our guests LOVED them! However (and no one would have known except me and my husband), but she provided wrong flavors for our cupcakes. They were flavors we had mentioned over a year ago when we booked, but we confirmed new flavors with her only a week before our wedding and she confirmed via email that those flavors were fine. Not the end of the world because they were still good, but it's not what we asked for and what I was hoping to eat that day. We also paid extra for a crate display that wasn't provided, and the cupcakes were displayed in a way I wasn't thrilled with. Not sure what happened here, either. Anyway, some miscommunication must have gotten in the way here which was disappointing, but the cupcakes and cake still tasted good anyway.

Amy did a great job on the cake – we planned our PA wedding from 1,800 miles away and she worked with us carefully to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. It was absolutely gorgeous and I’d recommend Cozze Cakes to anyone.

Our cake was gorgeous and delicious! Amy is extremely talented and made an image come to life. The icing and use of fresh greenery and flowers matched our vision perfectly. The brown sugar filling was unique and perfectly warming for a winter wedding. Could not have been happier!

We had a wonderful experience with Amy, in booking her to create our wedding cake. She was very professional, and our meeting with her to choose our flavors and design couldn't have been easier. When I saw our actual cake on our wedding day, I thought that it looked almost too good to eat (almost). I also feel like sometimes the cake can become lost at a wedding amidst all of the other things that are going on, but I had a few people come up to me to say how delicious it was, and personally speaking, I can say that I only had a few bites of dinner, but I ate my entire slice of cake!

Cake and cupcakes were a huge hit at the wedding! The flavors were unlike any other and we loved that we were able to have multiple! We went with Almond with Almond Buttercream, Red Velvet, Vanilla, Chocolate and Orange Dreamsicle. The appearance of the items were beautiful and unique for each flavor. Couldn't be happier!

Amy at Cozze Cakes has an amazing knack for cakes! My husband and I weren’t too big in the cake but we are glad we went with her. Our cake was beautifully made and tasted just as good. Our guests actually said that they ate it, which doesn’t always happen at weddings! Since we weren’t big in the cake we decided against getting the extra cake for us to have after the wedding, but we wish we did after eating the piece that we had at the reception. You will not be disappointed if you are lucky enough to be able to have Amy make your wedding cake!

The cake was pretty, but the thing we loved most were the cake truffles! They were absolutely delicious and beautiful. Definitely a big hit as the wedding favor.

No one could stop talking about how perfect our cake was. The cake was delivered on time even in the midst of a mini snow storm! It was so beautiful and tasted amazing! Amy did a fabulous job. I pretty much lived off her cake for the week after my wedding! First of all, her cakes are absolutely delicious and the frosting is to die for! Amy was great from the beginning. She communicated often and made changes easily when I asked for them. She was great to work with! Everything went super smoothly on the day of the wedding and it looked beautiful! I couldn't have asked for anything better!

The cake and cupcakes for our wedding were absolutely delicious! We were getting compliments all night long on how delicious everything was! Especially the carrot cake! AMAZING! I took a cupcake decorating class at Cozze Cakes once and knew back then that this would be the bakery I order our wedding cake from. Our wedding cake looked absolutely beautiful and tasted just as good, if not better! (if that's even possible!) You know a cake is good when within the first month of marriage your husband suggests "Maybe we should thaw our top layer of cake and eat it now, and order another cake from her to eat in a year!"

Cozze cakes did an amazing job with our cupcake tower. We had 5 different flavors of cupcakes (full size and mini) along with a small cutting cake on top. Amy was easy to contact and meet with during out whole planning process! Will definitely be contacting her in the future for other cake needs.

Cake was perfect! We had a cut cake and cupcakes. We had made all of our own decorations and without communicating with Amy what they were for she made the most beautiful display. And let's talk about taste. OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! We actually had a few left over and had my mom freeze them and ate them last night. Still fantastic!!!! Not only was our cake beautiful but our guests loved the flavors. When we first started planning we didn't even realize we could do a combination, but Amy explained everything really well and we went with a marble cake with mocha filling and a vanilla cake with lemon curd. It was great that we were able to please everyone with those choices and some guests had both! Just an overall great experience with Cozze. would definitely recommend.

Great cake! We just wanted a simple rough buttercream cake with flowers from our florist, and it came our great! It tasted wonderful too! The coconut cake was delicious. I would definitely recommend Cozze Cakes.

Cozze cakes was the first bakery we tasted at and the cake tasting went so well that I was confident Amy would be able to pull off our cakes with perfection! We had trouble finding a bakery in the Lehigh Valley that would do a naked cake style. Most of the bakeries that do them are close to philly and would cost an arm and a leg not just for the cake, but for delivery. She was willing to work with my unique display style incorporating 5 cakes, all different techniques including a 2-tiered naked cake, crumb coating, drizzle topping, frosted rosettes, etc. She drew everything up for a visualization and pulled it off way better than I could have imagined! I had a few different style cake toppers that she added to the cakes along with floral accents from our florist and everything looked amazing. My guests had raved about not just the cake display, but also how good all of the different cakes were. Very high quality for a very reasonable price! Amy is a rockstar and I highly recommend her for your wedding cake!

We planned our wedding in less than 6 months and came to Amy after finding her through The Knot vendors. She was the only one to respond of several vendors and luckily had one spot open for our date! She was quick to respond over email and flexible to meet with us (coming from NJ) for a tasting. It was difficult to determine the flavor combos, but ultimately, we got there. We had a mix of cake, mini cupcakes, and cake truffles. She offered expert advice on count for the number of guests. Needless to say, our guests were raving about the presentation (which she curated) as well as the delicious flavors of all our choices: Lemon cake (my favorite!) Chocolate/Peanut butter mini Vanilla/Strawberry mini (guest favorite!) Red velvet mini Chocolate cake truffles (also guest favorite) Enjoy getting creative with Amy; we'd absolutely recommend her for your event.

In our consultation with Amy, she provided a great selection of sample cake and icings as well as an enormous book of designs to look through. She helped us choose a design that fit perfectly with every other element of our wedding, and made us a beautiful cake that was DELICIOUS! We can't wait to have our anniversary cake next month (which she had boxed & labeled for us when she dropped off the cake). We met with several bakers in the Lehigh Valley before we went to Cozze Cakes, and she just blew us away. Can't recommend her highly enough!

We searched high and low for someone who really understood what we were hoping for in a wedding cake design (rustic yet classic), and we were starting to lose hope after searching the whole Lehigh Valley. It turns out that the most talented, professional and tasteful wedding cake designer was just down the street in downtown Nazareth! Amy was so kind and professional. She immediately got what we wanted and constructed a cake that was both delicious and beautiful. She was also extremely reasonably priced and had so many options. I really cannot recommend her highly enough. If you choose anyone else in the Lehigh Valley, you're missing out!

We used Amy at Cozze to make our wedding cake and all I have to say is "WOW!" When I thought of wedding cakes I didn't really think of them as something tasty, I just thought it was something beautiful decorated in fondant but not edible. Amy proved me wrong, in the best way. The cake was delicious. I can't tell you how many guests went out of their way to comment on how good it was. When we got the leftover cake the next day, it was only the middle of the base of a 5 tier cake left, and it was moist and delicious!! How can the base be so moist and delicious!?! We have the anniversary tier in our freezer but who knows if that will make it to our 1-year. My husband is ready to eat it now!!

Amy did an amazing job making 5 cakes for my wedding. Each was a different flavor. They looked gorgeous and tasted great! She is very pleasant and easy to work with. She got back to me in a very timely manner any time I had a question. She took my vision for my cakes and executed it to beyond my expectations. My guests were very impressed. Amy creates cakes that are works of art and taste amazing too!

After sampling flavors and talking with Amy about what we had in mind for a design, we were very excited to work with Cozze Cakes and "talked up" the cake leading up to the wedding. However, the day of, we were quite underwhelmed. We were supposed to have rented the cake stand with our cake to help give it height; however, the cake was not presented on the stand we had requested. Instead, it was presented on a mirror plate, adding no additional height. We had also asked for gum paste flowers on the top of our cake, b/c we were not going to have a cake topper. There were no flowers on top of the cake and so it looked very bare. Finally, the additional sheet cake was frozen and the servers at the reception site complained they had to "saw" through it to cut it. Overall, we were disappointed in our services through Cozze Cakes and would not recommend it.

Amy did a fantastic job with our wedding cake. Everyone has said how beautiful and delicious it was. Even people who don't normally eat cake loved it! Amy was also great to work with. We had a wonderful tasting with her back in April and selected the cake then. With all of the details leading up to the wedding I never got back in touch with her but the cake showed up right on schedule and looked beautiful. I will be using Amy and Cozze Cakes for any events in the future!

We were very impressed with the amazing spread of cupcakes and a small two-tier cake that Cozze Cakes created for our wedding. There are so many delicious cupcake flavors, which made it very hard to choose. The only thing we wish we would have done different was to order more cupcakes! They were such a hit that we almost missed out on eating some at our own wedding. From the minute we met Amy at our consultation & tasting, we knew she would be easy to work with. We had a few ideas, but she knew how to take those and make them shine. We provided some old wooden crates and some fresh flowers for the cake – and Amy did the rest to create a stunning display. We would easily recommend Cozze Cakes to anyone.

Amy did our wedding cake for our 10/25/15 wedding at The WoodStone Country Club & Lodge. The cake was absolutely stunning and tasted REALLY good. Our flavors were strawberry filling and red velvet. The reason we're not giving her 5 stars is because she forgot our cake balls that would have been displayed next to our cake as another option for guests. We didn't notice until later in the night because we were having such a fun time but it would have been a nice touch. She was very responsive when we reached out to her about this oversight and we are getting a refund for the forgotten cake balls but it's a once in a lifetime event and we were looking forward to them.

Amy has done custom cakes for me and my family for over 2 years now. I can not express how beautiful the cakes come out and how delicious they are! I am a professional photographer and many many of my brides have used Amy to make their wedding cake. I'm also super excited when that's the case because I get to taste it at the wedding! Amy pays attention to detail and creates exactly what you're looking for. She made my sons custom communion cake, my birthday cake, and a few additional cakes for special events for my family. I wouldn't go to anyone else!

Cozze cakes delivered a beautiful and delicious tiered wedding cake. Amy was easy to work with and helped create the cake we wanted for our special day. Cozze cakes offered a lot of different cake/filling flavors, so our options were endless. To top things off, the price was perfect!

Amy made our wedding cake and it was nothing less than perfect and delicious. We had about 500 guests and ordered four additional sheet cakes, all different flavor, and they were all AMAZING! Everyone one of my guests absolutely loved and complimented us about the cake. I would recommend every soon-to-be bride to get their cake from her. From the moment my (now husband) and I stepped in the door, we have an amazing experience. Amy worked with our ideas to create our vision. Going with the new trend, we ordered cupcakes and a small tier for cutting. I also secretly ordered a grooms cake for my husband. The day of my wedding, everything was set up so perfectly! Over the years I have tasted Amy's cakes and cupcakes at various events. When it came time to choose a wedding cake, there was no other choice in my mind but Cozze Cakes! After scheduling cake tasting appointments with a few local bakers, we had our first appointment at Cozze Cakes. The cake and icing flavors were delicious, and we loved how affordable the pricing was. Amy showed us pictures of her work, and all of her cakes were gorgeous. We showed her a picture of what we wanted, and she was confident she could make the wedding cake of our dreams. We ended up canceling all of our other appointments and choosing Cozze Cakes! We ordered a 3-tier wedding cake, cupcakes, and a sheet cake for an additional flavor option... we were so indecisive on flavors because they were all delicious & my husband is picky! Our cake was beautiful, even though it barely survived the extreme heat on our wedding day. Everything was delivered on time, and the cutting/serving option (our venue did not have staff to do this for us) was perfect. I would highly recommend Cozze Cakes over and over again! Every bride has a dream of a perfect day and a perfect wedding cake to match their wildest dreams. Amy is such an amazing artists bringing to life my fairytail wedding theme through my wedding cake design and her own personal twist on the overall design. Not only does Amy make the most amazing designs but her cakes melt in your mouth from beginning to end. Amy also made a surprise grooms cake for my husband and it was a Pepsi can. Inside was the true surprise though, my husband wanted to have strawberry cake with peanut butter and strawberry filling as one of the layers in our wedding cake and we were unable to do this in our wedding cake so she created it in his grooms cake. All I can say is "amazing ". If a bride has a dream Amy is the one to make it come true, I am always recommending her to everyone.

My husband and I got married and we used cozze cakes for our rehearsal dinner and wedding cake. We were very excited to use her after seeing her photos on facebook as well as the quality of cake during the cake tasting. We were shocked by how inexpensive they were until we saw the end result and realized that was why. The grooms cake, even though we had to send pictures so she could replicate it, looked nothing like the photo and not only was our wedding cake slanted, as seen in many of our pictures, the icing was visibly cracked in numerous places. It was obvious there was no care involved. Many of our guests complained how dry the cake was. We were recommended to this vendor by a friend and I will never recommend her to anyone in the future.

I mean it when I say that you CANNOT go wrong with using Cozze Cakes for your wedding cake! I completed three consultations with other bakeries before meeting with Amy and each company said they couldn't create the cake of my dreams. I showed Amy the picture and, without blinking, she said "no problem". I was SO relieved!! Not only could she create the cake of my dreams but her cake was absolutely delicious! She is so incredibly talented and makes all your dreams come true. Our wedding was in November and my husband loves pumpkin so we had layers of pumpkin with layers or marble. On top of that, Amy partnered easily with our florist, Allium Design, to decorate the cake with beautiful fresh flowers. I struggled to find cake stands that matched with the look and feel of our reception and Amy was so willing to decorate the tray on which the cake was delivered with ribbon that matched our color scheme. Book Cozze Cakes as soon as possible as Amy purposefully limits the number of clients she books each day to ensure she can dedicate the time necessary for each cake. Thank you, Cozze Cakes!

We were so delighted with our wedding cake! Amy was great to work with - I had a last minute change on my cake topper, and it was no problem at all. We had to change the sizing of the top tier and she even offered to change the colors of the cake to match the new topper. The cake turned out so perfect, and it was delicious! I am very likely to order from her again!

I found Cozze Cakes on The Knot and after reading all the great reviews, scheduled a testing. After the tasting, we booked on the spot without even meeting with other places. Cake was absolutely delicious! I heard from so many guests telling me how good it was. And so beautiful - one guest even touched it because he said he thought it was too beautiful to be real and thought it was just decoration. Amy was awesome the whole time leading up answering my questions and helping me make decisions. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a cake for any occasion - soo affordable and worth even more than she charges!

Cozze Cakes did my wedding cake. The design of the cake, which was a basic art deco design, turned out great with just buttercream frosting. I do not like fondant and the image I brought in of the design was done in fondant but Amy did a wonderful job recreating with buttercream. I was able to select two different flavors for the cake, which was a nice option for the guests. The main reason I selected Cozze Cakes for my wedding was taste! The cakes taste so fresh and homemade. All of our guests commented that this was the best tasting wedding cake they ever had. I would definitely recommend Cozze Cakes for your next event!

Cozze Cakes came recommended to us by our photographer. She gave us a flyer with the list of flavors on it. That's when it happened... we knew we must have the pumpkin roll flavor cake for our fall wedding. The process was very easy, but it is best to come with an idea(s) in mind and pictures are even better. The cake tasted great and looked amazing.

I recently used Cozze Cakes for my wedding last month and the entire experience was just as I had hoped it would be – enjoyable, affordable and hassle free. Out of the gate, the rehearsal dinner cake Amy Cozze made (a dreamed up "chunky monkey" cake) was unanimously the best cake any of our guests had ever eaten. Not only was it tasty, it was beautiful! She set the bar high for the wedding cake and she did not disappoint. For our trio of key lime pie wedding cakes, the simplicity and elegance exactly matched my vision. I absolutely loved working with Amy and her cakes. Full disclosure, I turned down my NYC cake in favor of hers for several different reasons such as quality, taste and service. I'll start with the taste & quality. My husband and I are really into food and he's actually an amazing baking so having a subpar cake was not going to fly. After dealing with another terrible ice storm, we drove to Nazareth from New York to do a tasting with Amy. Side note: Amy is really fun to work with and accommodating. The cakes were delicious as were the fillings. We were so excited about our cake afterwards! Amy truly understood our vision of a non-fussy, beautiful yet delicious cake that would not break the bank. Also important to note: her ingredients are high quality and not imitation flavorings. She made everything very seamless on our wedding day and was very responsive to email which gave her extra points in my book. She also worked with me in creating the perfect surprise grooms cake. I can't think of anything negative to say other than I'm hungry for cake at 9:30am.

COZZE Cakes & Amy Cozze, owner, pastry chef & cake designer was absolutely fabulous to work with. Being a designer myself, it was such a relief to have found someone who not only understood my ideas, but was talented & creative enough to bring them to life. As for the for the cake itself, a mouthful of heaven!!! We had two unique flavor creations for our guests to enjoy & they sure did. By the end of the reception our topper was the only thing left. Amy is fantastic and she made the process of cake tasting and picking our cake easy. She understood exactly what I envisioned and it looked perfect at my wedding reception, in fact, I keep looking at pictures of it because I was so happy with it. Last but certainly not least, it was delicious!

We were so pleased with our cake, and Amy was amazing to work with. I admit I may have been one of her easier brides, knowing exactly what I wanted from day one, but I was blown away by how our cake turned out. Our cake was also one of the best tasting cakes I have ever had, all I heard all night was "wow that cake was good who made that?" I admit when my husband suggested strawberry lemonade as our top layer I thought he was nuts, but I can also admit that it didn't last until our first anniversary we couldn't wait to taste it!! I'm so glad we didn't wait... sooo good! I was beyond pleased with her great service and attention to detail on my wedding day, she was so easy to work with and the cake was just amazing. I will be a forever customer of Cozze Cakes and make special trips for her amazing treats!!

It's difficult to imagine that something can be as delicious as it is beautiful, but all of Amy's creations can place a check mark in both categories. Amy has created cupcakes and cakes for me on many occasions, so asking her to prepare my wedding cake was a no-brainer. Amy is the consummate professional and her work is exquisite. She is incredibly easy to work with and her focus is always on the client. No job is too big, too small or too far-fetched. Have I mentioned that her cakes are delicious?

I had a very unique concept for my cake - one that I have never seen in person. After visiting with quite a few bakers, I was getting discouraged because of the price points they were giving me and their confidence level was low. I met with Amy at Cozze Cakes and she instantly understood my vision She was excited about the idea which made me really trust in her abilities plus she gave me a much more affordable price. To top it off, the cake was delicious! We kept it simple with vanilla and strawberry filling and every one of my guests were raving about how great it was. I could not have been happier with my experience or results from working with Cozze Cakes - I dont think any one of the other bakers could have done a better job. Highly recommend!

Cozze Cakes did my wedding cake and a grooms cake for us earlier this month. Everything was great! The cakes were beautiful. The wedding cake was decorated to look like a birch tree and the groom's cake was Mario themed. They both were exactly what we wanted. They both tasted great, too. Everyone told us how good they were. Especially our co-workers when we brought in the leftovers :) The price was really reasonable, too, from what I found at other bakeries. I would definitely recommend Cozze Cakes for weddings or really anything else. The price was right, the cake was delicious and the decorating was beautiful. Thank you again!

Cozze Cakes was great and did a wonderful job at making a really tasty cake for my wedding. I gave her some ideas for decorating my cake and let her use her own judgment. We scheduled a cake tasting session with Amy after a recommendation from a friend. The tasting was amazing - we all raved at the flavors and booked the date on the spot. I also enlisted Amy to make a groom's cake for my husband as a surprise. It's best to come with ideas, but Amy can really do anything you ask of her. The possibilities are endless! The day of our wedding, Amy's nightmare came true as she was rear-ended while delivering our cakes to the venue. While the groom's cake survived without a scratch, our wedding cake didn't make it. In an unbelievable turnaround, Amy was able to create a picture worthy stand in and multiple sheet cakes to feed the guests, all in record time. We're so sorry that the accident happened, but Amy couldn't have recovered any better. Thanks so much!

My wedding cake was absolutely perfect. Amy Cozze has her own little quaint bakery that we visited to taste. Everything was so tasty and so beautifully put together! It's almost too pretty to eat but once you have one bite its addicting. Lol she can literally make anything into a cake. When we were there visiting and tasting she was in the middle of making a guitar cake for a groom. It was so awesome and looked so real. If you are looking for something creative, unique, fun, or simple she can do it all!

Amy was absolutely wonderful through out the entire wedding process! Her passion for creating stand out cakes is quite clear! I have never seen anything like her work, nor have I tasted it! She was responsible for both my grooms cake and wedding cake and accommodated everything from our budget, guest count, and requests for new favors and details. HIGHLY recommend Amy, no other shop stands a chance with her talent!
