While the quality of Dante's photos were good, I was not particularly impressed with the content of the candid photos he and his assistant took. I was mostly disappointed that there were hardly any candid pictures of me and my husband (together... or separately) from the evening. He took hundreds of pictures of cake cutting and one particular dance, but there are huge chunks of the night that were not captured on film. We chose not to hire a videographer for several reasons, one of the main reasons being that Dante is a photo-journalist and would capture the entire night in still pictures. Some of our 140 guests cannot be found in any of the 1500+ photos taken, and there are certain sections of the mansion that rarely show up in the photos.
On a more positive note, the quality of the photos were very good, even despite there being a lack of natural light for the outdoor portraits. However, there was only one portrait of the two of us that I felt was worthy of framing - I would have liked to have had more photos to choose from that I really liked.
