in the most beautiful way. She even helped us figure out a color scheme to keep the overall design of the wedding cohesive. On the day of, the flowers were perfect and walking into the reception space and seeing them all took my breath away. Phoebe also did an incredible job on the photography side. I normally hate having my picture taken, but she made us feel comfortable and at ease. She provided just enough direction to get good angles and photos but not so much that anything felt forced or too posed. Her second photographer, Therese, was also lovely! She handled the pre-ceremony group shots while Phoebe worked on getting flowers set up, and did an excellent job herding the family members and bridal party into the right shots. We also got our photos back very quickly after the wedding. Throughout the process, Phoebe was very upfront about pricing and worked with us through two COVID postponements. She was very easy to communicate with and brought a great, calming energy to our planning and our day. I would definitely recommend Ephemera to other couples!

mize our budget. We were looking to create a vibrant, warm, fun, semi-tropical, semi-boho vibe to contrast the art deco, elegant PPL. I can't even describe what I was looking for but somehow Phoebe captured it perfectly and blew us away. She created a tropical design with big green florals for our chuppah and it really set the mood and tone for the whole night. We had a ton of guests taking photos with it afterwards! She also created the exact pallet of colors we were looking for based on the Pinterest photos I sent her. On top of that, Phoebe is so easy to work with. She is personable, genuine, and cares a lot about her work. The flowers she created for our wedding were extremely high quality -- her rates are very reasonable compared to what you get. Highly recommend!

hey were stunning. She went out of her way to pick up flowers from my mother's garden to use, and she really listened to the specific flowers we wanted, the style we were going for, and textures and colors I liked, etc. She also did a great job managing our expectations, letting us know she couldn't necessarily guarantee certain flowers because she only uses what is fresh and available. I could not have been happier with what resulted. She does an amazing job mixing textures, has a huge range of knowledge about all types of plants, and everything was beautifully arranged. I can't stop looking at my leftover bouquets. Thank you, Phoebe!!!

other events. Planning with Phoebe was a breeze and she absolutely was dedicated to giving us a floral design we would remember forever. My husband and I are both students on a budget but very much wanted to use locally sourced flowers. Ephemera was the perfect fit for us. Phoebe helped us work with our budget to find a plan that would fit our needs. My husband and I are laid back people so we didn't have a specific vision in mind for our design. We sent Phoebe a couple of photos of arrangements we liked online but really deferred to her judgement on essentially the whole design. We gave her the general vibe we were going for and she ran with it. I didn't see the flowers until I arrived at my venue and I couldn't believe how stunning they were. I honestly couldn't have envisioned such beautiful designs, especially on our budget. We had her do the centerpieces, bouquets and an arbor for our ceremony and they were all gorgeous! Our family and friends were very vocal about how much they loved the florals. We even had family members fighting over the centerpieces at the end of the night! Ephemera is a growing company in RI. My venue coordinators kept asking me who did our arrangements because they were so impressed. They also expressed to me that Phoebe and her crew had been at the venue all day making sure that everything was just right for our wedding. The attention to detail was astounding and I feel so indebted to her for really making our wedding spectacular.
