Sammy as great prices and is very accommodating - however, he completely disregarded everything we had discussed (I even showed him photos of exactly what I wanted). The flowers were very pretty, but not at all what I wanted for my centerpiece...s! I wanted whites/neutrals and ended up getting bright pinks and greens. Very pretty but NOT winter colors at all. He also brought the wrong chuppah! Thankfully, as the bride, I didn't notice any of this until after the wedding. But it gave my mother a lot of stress, and after looking at the pictures, I'm really disappointed. There's nothing I can do, the wedding's over - but it's disheartening to know that there's no recourse.
