I was overall disappointed. Jenny was very nice the first two times I needed alterations for my wedding dress, but my experience definitely ended on a bad note. Looking back, I should've noticed the signs leading up to my final experience...
A...fter my first fitting, there was a large part of the hem that was still 10 inches too long as well as the straps and bust being several sizes too large for me. I made my concerns known, saying several times to Jenny that I was worried about the bust and straps not being tight enough. Eventually, she brushed it off telling me to trust her and she made my third fitting two days before my wedding. When I asked if it could be sooner, she said it wouldn't be necessary.
When I arrived for my third fitting (two days before my wedding), the dress was STILL too large in the bust and straps. One of Jenny's assistants had to go get her and it was obvious that she was already irritated. My mother-in-law, trying to make light of the situation, said "Well, maybe it's just the style of the dress..or it stretched." Jenny replied, "No, it's the women," and she kept insisting that I had lost weight......which I definitely didn't.
She then transferred the cost of her mistake to me, making the alterations around 600 dollars. The fact that Jenny pouted about her mistake in front of me and my mother-in-law, blamed me for the dress not fitting and then charged me for her mistake is enough that I would recommend going elsewhere for alterations.
