Before you book with Falcon and Tour for party bus rental. I learned the hard way. They do not own any of the vehicles and fleet. Instead they source from another company and have some shady contract. You are then contracted with E&E bus rental. The most horrible company to even be associated with. The E&E will scam you and say you made such damages to their bus. Keep in mind you signed a contract with Falcon & Tour for $500 damages. E&E said we caused damages to some overhead lighting. However, no one was standing in the back. I later found a picture that I took before the party and it clearly showed that there was already damages to the lighting beforehand. Then they tried to say I damaged the tv. An insignia tv that cost them $1000. The insignia tv a big 58 inch is $250 from Bestbuy. Their tv was way smaller and it was never turned on the entire trip. So beware before you book with Falcon you will be dealing with E&E Party bus rental. They will threatened to leave your party if you do not Venmo them $1000 plus tip. Then they tried to call Falcon to get an additional $500 money. Falcon returned my money of $500 after I showed how E&E party bus tried to scam me. So please always inspect and take pictures before you enter any bus or car service. From the ceiling to the seats to the tv. You will need to show proof!

I had an epic bachelor party with Falcon Tour Travel's Party Bus! The 30-40 passenger party bus was decked out with everything we needed. The driver was cool and got us to all our destinations safely. Online payment was secure and convenient. I highly recommend for any celebration!

This is the most reputable company in New York. Best prices and customer service by far. Prompt response to emails and text messages . When you call, they pick up right away! My driver was waiting for us when they called me after we landed in New York. I texted him as soon as I had my bags, and our van was waiting for us right outside the door. Our driver arrived at 5:50 PM to help us with our luggage, even though our pickup time was 6 PM. Once again, I want to thank you for your quick service, which made our vacation less stressful.
