Flying Caballos Guest Ranch

h with Flying Caballos Ranch was very understanding and made the rescheduling processes so easy! This ranch really is fantastic, the best coastal venue in our opinion, a true hidden gem! It is GORGEOUS and has so many different spots on the property for photos, guests to stay, and host different events for the wedding. The old dairy house and the yard were perfect for our rehearsal dinner, super chill and beautiful. The grass overlooking Islay Hill was an amazing spot for our ceremony and the barn is AWESOME! The barn has all kinds of room to set-up inside and out or both, it is a beautiful canvas for any event! It is centrally located in SLO, across the street from the airport which made it really easy for our out of state guests and sits perfect with 360-degree views, truly amazing. Sarah and her team were so helpful and truly cared about us and guests and had no hesitation to make any changes needed to keep the day memorable. Good people to know and to work with, we have nothing but appreciation in having them by our side for our wonderful day! We had the weekend of our dreams and would recommend this venue to anyone! ily and bridal party was SO nice. Plus we used the backyard area for our rehearsal dinner venue and it made everything so easy! I also used Sarah for my month of coordinator and she was amazing!! She brought everything together perfectly without me having to worry about it. Thank you Sarah and the Flying Caballos team!

uch charm to this already beautiful property. Layouts for tables and dancing is only limited by imagination. For this wedding pipe & drape as well as string lighting inside were added, this added a great deal of elegance for this bride and groom. there is plenty of space for caterers and a working kitchen. The outside lighting around the barn is so unique and each one is different from the next. The many custom sliding full glass doors are beautiful and make the already good size area look even larger. There is Bistro lighting over the patio outside the barn as well. Sara Hames is the Special Events contact. She is a true wedding pro and was a joy to work with. The bride and groom were so ecstatic and said Sara was above and beyond their expectations. It was a great wedding day at The Flying Caballos.

s 2-4. There is also a honeymoon suite we stayed in for the wedding night. It's a little more privet than the other houses. It's such a cute and homey ranch and we had the whole weekend to soak it up. Our ceremony and reception were outside and it was nice to party on into the night and know you don't have to drive after- and for even more fun- we got to eat breakfast with everyone the next morning! Fun! There is also a hot tub and a fire pit. Also- the property manager was always on call if a problem arose. Great service. I would do it all over again at this venue if I could :)

They were very accomodating in letting us visit the venue every time we came up to visit SLO and communicative the whole time.
