of a background roll as we got ready and did a great job finding the beauty and humor in our chaos. When it was time for portraits, she met us at a nearby forest preserve and scoped out all the best photo locations. Even though I picked the most difficult location to take pictures in, Jenna worked hard to make it work with the steep hillside and bright sun. After trying my spot, Jenna made some great suggestions for other spots nearby. I love that she humored my inexperienced choice (and still got great pictures from it!) but also was able to take charge and get even more fantastic photos in other spots with more flattering lighting and angles. She made great suggestions for poses and organization of wedding party members. I love her eye for modern and natural portraits. Back at our venue, she got great pictures of the isle, wedding arch, signs, reception centerpieces, head table, dessert table, and all other decorated spots. I completely forgot about those, and I'm soooo grateful she stepped away for a minute and got those pictures! During the ceremony she got photos from every angle we could have wanted, and we didn't even notice her moving around! Her timing was perfect and not disruptive at all. One of my favorite pictures is of an aunt gasping because my sister was the surprise officiant. I have no idea how Jenna was able to capture that moment, but we love it so much! Similarly, she got great candids and posed photos of guests during the cocktail hour and reception. At the end of her time with us, she asked if there was anything else we'd like her to stay for to get pictures of. The groomsmen had one last prank for my husband, which she so graciously stayed a few extra minutes to capture. After the wedding she shared the photos with us and asked if there were any edits we wanted or didn't like. She made a couple edits for me so quickly, it was wonderful. Throughout the whole process Jenna was so courteous and professional, and we are in love with the photos we have! I can't stop looking through our albums and reliving the day. It was captured so perfectly!

s feel comfortable and relaxed. There was another wedding happening at the venue and they were running late and were right in the area we had planned to do pictures. I could tell the coordinator seemed nervous to tell us we had to change plans and we had limited daylight. But Jenna easily changed locations without a hitch and we couldn't be happier!
