I am SOOOO glad I went with Minted. I used Shutterfly for my STD's and they were beautiful as well but Minted just really looked stunning and well made. The site was easy to use to personalize my invites and once the order was placed, it was easy to track it online. The customer service was great and my invites even came a few days early! They were not damaged in the post at all and I got exactly the amount of invites I bought (no extras or missing any). The pre-printed addresses on the envelopes looked beautiful and I'm so glad I took the time to enter all of my guest's addresses because it was just a wonderful extra touch. I cannot say enough great things about Minted. I would order again in a heartbeat.

n is how you can order samples, I would highly recommend to do so. We even changed our minds on which colors to use because the samples look slightly different then on screen. They also provided a final proof before your order goes through just in case you need to make any changes. Once we ordered the invitations they arrived earlier than expected in carefully arranged package with clear assembly instructions. Both the paper and printing quality were great! The envelopes weren't thin and floppy like I feared with ordering online. The only complaint I have is the price which is high. I ended up paying about $500 for 150 invites, including the envelopes, envelope sleeves, RSVPs, return envelopes, and stamps. Regardless of prices Minted provide high quality invitations with great customer service.

a minute. The gal that helped me even put a rush on the new print job and shipping, and it was received in 2 days. Their customer service was great, and the quality of work is awesome. Minted is a bit pricey compared to other stationary/invitation websites, but I was so happy with the look of everything that I know it was money well spent.

are quite lovely, the lack of customer service and ability to get anything right is not worth my time or money. I first ordered very expensive wedding invitations from Minted. Within my sealed packet of invitations were someone else's invitations mixed in with mine. While admittedly, I did not look at every single one because there were so many, I should be able to trust that everything is correct after examining the first twenty. I sent my guests SOMEONE ELSE's INVITATION because Minted's printing department is entirely inept. When I called, I was argued with and frankly disrespected - as if this was my fault. Ultimately, they sent an entirely new batch to me at no charge, and offered a 20% off my next order. What a joke, but frankly, I was exhausted, so took it. Then, I did (perhaps naively) utilize the 20% off for my menu cards and place cards. The menu cards, surprisingly enough, came to me perfectly. However, the place cards were AGAIN mixed with someone else's order. I called, calmly, to explain that yet again Minted made an egregious error through the printing process. They acted horrified on my behalf and promised to send the correct ones (we went through every single missing place card, and I noted the correct design), in a most timely manner. This reprint would be free for me, and I also received ONLY 50% of my order back. I made sure they understood that it was absolutely non-negotiable that I receive my order by this Saturday. They promised this to be true. That same day, I received an email from the printing department asking me to wait for 2-3 business days to have my order printed. This was entirely unacceptable. I called back, this time livid, and required to speak to a supervisor who would actually get things done. After much back-and-forth and me basically begging this company to do their job correctly after so many mistakes, my order was shipped to me over night. When I received the order, I was dismayed that yet again I received the WRONG PLACE CARDS. I called Minted absolutely furious. I again had to beg to have my order to me on time. The customer service representative even said that he could not promise anything would get to me overnight, even though they had JUST done so for me previously. Minted made me feel awful, stressed, accused me of lying and argued with me. Ultimately, to make a long story slightly less long, I had the correct order in hand over two business days. I, as the customer, was forced to waste my work days to call Minted repeatedly to receive updates and answers. I was completely mistreated by customer service on clearly multiple occasions. Frankly, the printing department needs to be entirely let go and built back up with new people and a new process of checking their work. Just because the designs are great, does not mean that the other parts of production should be forgotten. I would suggest that any client look elsewhere - Wedding Paper Divas is a good alternative!

We went through a few rounds of proofing to make sure they were exactly what we wanted, and they shipped and were delivered so quickly! They were a bit pricey since we fell in love with a foil-printed invite, but they had a great 20% off promo running. Although the price was a bit higher than other online services that we researched, the quality is undeniable- the paper, the envelopes, and the addressing are all top notch. Thrilled with the result.

On the save the dates, they completely customized the text and layout on our RSVP cards without me even having to call them. I just left comments and they did the rest. They send you digital proofs of all orders for you to approve so you know exactly what you're getting.

is that they don't have an inner envelope to write all the guests names out on or to write +guest so we ended up buying extra envelops to slip inside the outer envelope. A big plus is they offer complimentary address printing on the outer envelopes.

arrassed to send out our invitations the way they were printed. They were kind enough to reprint them, however, they continued to get things wrong even though I sent emails and pictures explaining what needed to be fixed. They were very responsive to our request and very kind but it took them four weeks and three reprint requests for someone to finally take ownership of the problem and make sure that the problem was actually fixed. If you like their invitations, I would recommend not getting a colored background or getting invites and reception cards that are different colors because they do not print them on the same printer and they will not be the same shade.
