I absolutely loved the invitation suite I found on Minted! I was able to contact the designer and she made us custom signs to coordinate with the wedding day! So sweet! 🩷
Great choice of invitations and easy to use!
I can’t say enough terrible things about Minted. They have the audacity to charge significantly more than what the products are worth and then proceed to not even provide what you paid for and give you the complete run around with “customer service” when you try to get help. They allowed an order I made for escort cards and table number to go through and neglected to tell me until THREEE DAYS before my wedding that they no longer had the style of card available and could not fulfill my order. Not only that I had to jump through even more hoops to get my money back. Don’t give this joke of a company your money. Find a local print shop who will actually care about you and appreciate your business.
minted is an absolute joke.
do your research and read every review!!! wedding invitations are an important part of your special day and nothing is more annoying when you spend close to $700 and they're low quality. minted prides themselves on quality and although they offer proofing, the process take forever, shipping is horrible, even when you pay for fast shipping. when they get your order wrong, they take their sweet time in responding and refunding you. save your time and money!!!!!!!
I chose Minted for my holiday cards this year because of their reputation for quality, despite their higher prices compared to competitors. Unfortunately, 10 of my cards arrived with a clear defect—a white line in the upper right-hand corner caused by the printing process.
I emailed Minted’s customer service team twice, providing detailed photos of the issue, but I’ve received no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially considering the premium cost of their products.
I trusted Minted to deliver a high-quality experience for an important holiday tradition, and I’m left disappointed and scrambling to fix this. I expected much better from a company of this stature.
If I could rate Minted a 0 out of 5 I would. Minted has messed up my order 3 times. My proofs all 3 times have been correct, however the physical copy of the cards have not been. For the last order, I asked for a picture of the physical cards be sent to me prior to shipping to ensure that the cards are the same as the proof. This was confirmed with a supervisor that a picture of the cards would be sent to me prior to shipment. Then I received a notification that my package was ready to ship. I emailed and asked for a picture of the physical cards, which I did not get a timely response on and my cards were already shipped. Just received in the mail, and they look the same as the previous 2 orders. The staff is not helpful. DO NOT RECOMMEND, GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
First of all I have ordered with them before and always made an error but corrected it. This time I ordered 10 calendars and they put January after Dec! I had to use a promo code to fix it and spent even more money and they sent one giant calendar instead of the 10 that were to be gifts. So incompetent and you have to be on hold for 30 minutes every phone call. Go to Vista Prints. Stay away from Minted they are not printers!
I placed an order for 80 Christmas cards with addresses printed on the envelopes, but I only received 53 printed envelopes. When I called customer service, I was assured the remaining envelopes would be overnighted. That was a blatant lie. I was also promised a 30% refund, which was yet another lie. This 24-hour cycle of feeding me excuses and nonsense is unacceptable. After being a loyal customer for three years, this is the treatment I receive? Now, thanks to their incompetence, I’m delayed and will have to handwrite the remaining Christmas cards myself. This entire experience is beyond frustrating.
Minted's products are beautiful, and I love their customizable designs. However, I’ve had three experiences—my wedding, Christmas cards in 2023, and now 2024—where technical issues completely undermined the process. "Unknown errors" repeatedly required escalation to technical support, and customer service was unhelpful, offering no resolution timelines.
For my wedding, a glitch delayed additional items indefinitely. Now, my 2024 holiday cards are stuck with no clear timeline as of November 24th, despite the time-sensitive nature. Minted is selling services they can't reliably support, and their inability to resolve issues promptly makes the experience frustrating. Look elsewhere for customizable products.
They have a beautiful selection of invitation suites available! Their customer service was quick to correct a foil color issue when we received the invitations in the mail at no cost to me! The communication process and email updates were great! So happy with how they came out, got a ton of compliments from my guests and those we invited on how they came out!
My Save-the-Dates came in faster than expected, but every single one of them had black smudges from Minted’s printers.
I just received my save the dates. They are a completely different color than the ones that I approved. Our photo is blurry and dark. I’m embarrassed to send this out to my guests. The customer service team said they will send me a new one. I will update this review if the new save the dates are okay. But as of now, I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
I ordered my wedding invitations with minted. I am so unhappy and customer service was absolutely no help. Do not expect your envelopes to match your invitations unless you get pure white. They told me they could get something that would be “close” to my invitations but not the same color. Also you can’t change your envelope color once the order is placed. That is the only thing they said they can’t change once the order is placed. So I canceled that order and placed another one and got a color envelope that matched the writing. I ordered my envelopes pre-addressed and when they came in the “Minted.” logo is printed on the back of the envelope. I called customer service again, and again they said there is nothing they can do. They said if you get your envelopes pre-addressed they have to put the “Minted.” logo on it. Nowhere on the website did it say the envelopes would be printed with the logo. I would have never ordered and PAID for pre-addressing if I knew this. DO NOT order from minted for your wedding invitations. So very disappointed in this entire experience.
Unfortunately, we had a negative experience using Minted for all of our wedding stationery. My biggest frustration was that if you customize the font on your card, you cannot match that font on the outside of the envelope. I was shocked that this level of consistency couldn't be met as it seemed basic and standard for a stationery company. We had several other issues that came up, and with each issue for each day that passes, a different customer service representatives responds, and twice they had different understandings of what Minted could and could not do. At one point, we requested a phone call from senior management from Minted and did not receive a follow up for days. We needed to reach out again and again, myself and my mom, until they finally responded with a phone call. Using Minted caused a lot of frustration and soured a process that should have felt fun and creative.
I wanted to use Minted because everything was so cohesive, however we ran into many hiccups–mailing addresses, website options mainly, and registry capabilities.
I would recommend the knot according to friends' who used it for their wedding sites.
Minted is good, but it's really expensive. I ended up only using them to save the dates and make our invitation on my own. I will likely use them for our thank you cards since I would like to include a picture of us on them.
Ordered save the dates through Minted. Do not order the pearlescent “finish”. It is a completely different paper that is so flimsy and made partially of recycled materials. My photo save the dates look blurry, yet the “finish” is described as optimized for photos. Minted’s response was that I could pay for a replacement on different paper if I wanted.
My god, stay away. They have messed up at every stage. Samples take weeks to ship out, causing delays. We picked an invite (a sample they sent), put in all of our info and put it in our cart, waited 3 whole days so our planner could review, and by the time we tried to order, they discontinued the invite. We selected our second runner up, the sample of which, we received in blue. Our invites arrived grey (looked like they diluted the ink to save $$). We still had the sample and it was very obvious in a side by side comparison. I contacted them and they sent replacements, even though I hadn’t decided if I wanted to wast the paper. I’ll say they arrived very quickly and much more blue (but that kind of just tells you that they know the first round was diluted and how to print them properly -they’re just choosing not to). However the replacement belly bands seemed like they were printed on flimsy office printer paper and hand cut.
Then we needed new invites with a different RSVP date for our second round invites. When they shipped them, they sent an email saying that my “holiday” cards were on the way and we could change the photos linked with our QR code on the card at any time (we had no QR code). Then the invites arrived. You guessed it. They were grey, not blue.
Oh and a bunch of our Christmas cards had the address cut off.
Seems silly that we’re still working with them, but as many of you know, once you have your website, RSVP tracking, mailing list, etc with a company, you’re kind of stuck with them until the end. In fact, Minted is counting on it.
We used Minted for our wedding website and stationery. We liked the many elegant design choices and the complimentary design call was helpful. However, unless you catch a sale, it is expensive compared to other companies that provide products of equal value. Also, the wedding website design tool did not offer much customization and the online RSVP function is entirely inefficient. In retrospect, we would have chosen another service for our wedding website. I would not recommend Minted to other couples.
ONLY reason for 4 stars instead of 5: If you do the free addressing they print their logo on the flap of your envelopes, but they do NOT tell you they are going to do this! I specifically skipped Shutterfly because I did NOT want the printer logo present. I wish I had known they were going to do this, I would pay extra to have it removed.
Everything else was great: Ordered our Save The Dates through Minted. There are SO many choices to chose from, you really don't need to worry about designing your own or hiring a graphic designer. I really wanted gold foil stamping and a diecut shape and both of these options are readily available on Minted and I thought the price was reasonable. Proofing and printing were quick, and I was happy with the product (I even skipped getting any samples ahead of time). They always have coupons/promos available so check before ordering! I also purchased a return address stamp to use for Save The Dates, Invites, and Thank yous so avoid paying to return addressing on all three.
Complete living nightmare every step of the way.
Would never use this website again; it crashed on us repeatedly, causing us to lose our work and have to start all over twice. Communication was extremely unclear; they would not let my fiancé make any decisions without my authorization and they led us to believe we were “all set” and waiting for proofing for weeks before telling us the order never went in.
DO NOT ORDER FROM MINTED IF YOU HAVE A TIGHT TIMELINE!
Several days after I submitted my order, Minted sent me an email stating my envelopes were out a stock. They were going to send me "standard white envelopes" as a replacement - without printed addresses. I understand that items can go out of stock and they might not immediately realize it on their site and continue to sell the product. What I don't understand is replacing it with a sub-par product and NOT printing the addresses. Just because the envelopes changed - doesn't mean everything else should change.
I paid extra for Express Delivery... and they arrived two days after the initial delivery date. And no, it was not an issue with FedEx. It was a Minted production issue.
The ONLY reason I am giving them two stars was due to the Customer Service Representative I spoke with who helped me order new printed envelopes and gave me a promo code so that I would not be charged. I was still delayed in getting my invitations out.
We ordered our invitations through Minted, and they were so perfect! Would recommend this site to any bride.
I ordered all of my stationary through Minted and was 100% satisfied with their customer service. I was impressed by the so many options of designs, themes and templates to choose from. I also did my wedding website through them. I felt like their site was the easiest to navigate abd use. Overall, very happy with everything I’ve ordered, especially the butterfly envelope seals.
Awful. Never ordered from them before. My first batch of invitations came and the top line was crooked. So noticeable. How did this get past a proofer? They sent out a second batch. Line still appears crooked but not as noticeable. Im on a time crunch at this point and had to use them. As I am stuffing the envelopes I noticed the white box that outlines my invitations, is completely off centered. Like 3 times the amount of space on the right side. I dont have time to get a third batch. I have to use them. What does the proofer do?!
Failed miserably on their commitments to a delivery timeline. Run. Away.
If you sign up for their membership, don't be in a hurry for your welcome box. I'm still waiting 12 weeks later. When I called to ask, I was informed they would send me one "as soon as one is available". How long does it take to make a welcome box?
I would leave zero stars if I could. I’ve been working with MINTED online to order simple holiday cards and not only did my first proof take two weeks, I kept getting different customer service representatives so my issue would start all over again each time. When they finally sent me a proof the signatures were cut off and then when I cancelled my order I continued to receive emails that my proof was approved and shipping. After contacting customer service three different times to ensure the order was cancelled, one person said it was while another said it wasn’t. I finally blocked their email and hope to god I never have to work or speak with them again. utter mistake. we ended up making our own cards in Canva for our business and received the sample in two days and they looked great.
DO NOT ORDEE FROM MINTED!
SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I so regret choosing Minted for my invitations. It was one of the most difficult processes I went through in planning my wedding. They might have the worst customer service - they just tell you whatever you want to hear (regardless of how accurate it is). I was not trying to do anything fancy or custom....and it took months, with 20+ hours spent on hold, and and still no wedding invitations. I would highly suggest choosing ANY other wedding invitation vendor, just avoid Minted.
ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
i ordered my invitations, i was missing some and actually was sent someones holiday cards mixed in with my invites. They never sent my envelopes and when i finally got them they printed them upside down!!! I have spent more hours on the phone with them this week then i was able to spend with my fiance. This place is more trouble than it's worth. Customer service is a joke too - they cannot figure out how to fix anything and cause more frustration the more you talk to them. I had no stress planning my 260 person wedding before working with this company. They are absolutely horrible
What a nightmare. I am so disappointed and frustrated with my experience. I spent numerous hours creating and editing my wedding invitation and everything that goes with it (RSVP, bands, envelopes) so i was very excited to get my order but I was horrified when i saw what was sent to me. The letters were barely visible and the colors were completely off. I designed my invitation to match my wedding theme and these invitations were no where near my selected colors.
I reached out to them immediately and asked for a refund to which i was told that i would either get a reprint of the invitations or keep the stuff they sent Me and get 25% back. I am two months away from my wedding and did not have time to wait for their long processing time and shipping. When i told the CS that I couldn’t wait for their reprints she immediately issued a 25% refund at her discretion. So bottom line i paid them $412 for trash, since that is where i ended up throwing their invites. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.
I am so impressed by the customer service at minted. They always replied to me within 24 hours, and were overly willing to help me solve any problem I had with my wedding invitations. The people working on my draft were so responsive and to feedback. They sent me re-prints via rush shipping. When an error couldn’t be fixed due to my timeline, they graciously offered me a generous partial refund to make amends.
While the quality is excellent, Minted should be sued for fraud. Not once, not twice, but three times did I get charged more than I agreed to. I created a design, went to checkout and agreed to my purchase price and then received a receipt and charge higher than what I agree to. Once time was "an error" since 2 coupon codes shouldn't have worked together but that's not my fault if they did. The last time they said I changed my design for a higher upcharge but are yet to tell me what it is for. Watch your total prices carefully and take pictures along the way of your screen so you have proof if they over charge you $172 like they did me with no apology or assistance in refunding this.
We used Minted for our save the dates and our invitations and they both turned out great! The quality was very good, and there are so many beautiful designs to pick from. We were even able to customize some of the colors on our save the dates to match our wedding colors better. We were very happy with how everything turned out, and would recommend Minted for your paper goods.
We used Minted for our Save the Date's and Invitations for our wedding and we couldn't be happier with the way they both turned out! We looked into a bunch of different options, but felt like Minted had the most designs to choose from and the easiest user interface! It was also highly recommended by our wedding planner as one of her top two recommendations! They have beautiful designs, but also give you a lot of options to customize. They arrived quickly and all the envelopes with addresses were 100% correct. I would HIGHLY recommend using Minted for your wedding stationary!
Hands down the best site for invitations. The design I went with was just about perfect, and the design specialists helped me to add a few customizations to make our invitation suite (and save the date, and our thank yous!) exactly what we wanted. We even did table numbers and additional signage/paper goods/menus from them and everything was so so perfect. Definitely a little pricier than other sites but worth every penny in my opinion. We had so many compliments on our stationery!
Everyone I know uses Minted for their invitations, so it seemed like a no brainer. The invitations ended up being beautiful, but we had so much trouble getting to that point. We used minted for Save the Dates, Bridal Shower invites, and Wedding invites. I had no problems with the Save the Dates. However, the bridal shower invites had to be reshipped 3 times to send us the right item (printed on the wrong paper, and then in the wrong color). Then for the wedding invites, they sent us someone else's belly bands with our invites (completely different design and initials) and they had to send us new ones. Each time shipping takes an additional week to get the replacement item, which can really delay the process when you're trying to get invites out by a certain date. The customer service was very responsive and helpful across all the problems we had, but I have to say it was a very frustrating process.
I ordered our save the dates and everything went fine. When I ordered our wedding invitations, I realized I needed additional invitations after the fact. They do not allow you to simply reprint more, I had to talk to a CS rep to have them redo my original design for me. They messed the request up and I had them correct it. Then, the shape of the paper was wrong and they told me that they couldn't correct it, they would have to cancel and re-do the entire order. I gave up and ordered them as is because I am planning a wedding and so not have time to spend on this! I don't understand why they make it so difficult to simply order more of a design you already spent hours creating! SO frustrating and will not be using them again.
Our wedding invitations from Minted were PHENOMENAL! They looked gorgeous and the turn around time was fantastic! They sent us a proof of the invite for us to check and the whole process was easy.
Unfortunately we made a mistake when it came time to have our thank you notes printed. Since we had such a good experience with the invites, I figured I would use the "express" service with no proofing which saved $5 and two days. It was NOT worth it. The cards came off center, the fonts were not a reasonable size and they were just not the quality I had expected after getting the beautiful invites that were perfect. I would absolutely use Minted again and recommend it 1000x over, but don't use the express service.
Minted was amazing! It was super easy to use and navigate around. We bought our save the dates and invites. We also did our wedding website from here too! It was really nice how they had wedding suites so that all the cards, place cards, website, etc. matched.
We were very pleased with our wedding invitations from Minted. HOWEVER we chose a dark burgundy envelope and because the postal code did not show up on the envelope the envelope had to be HAND sorted there was a huge delay in most of the invitations arriving in a timely manner. It has now been 14 days since we mailed them and some people don't have the invitation yet. Customer Service was prompt to offer to give me a small refund due to this difficulty. Don't order black or dark burgundy envelopes. It will delay the shipping of the invitation. They really should offer those colors without a disclaimer or not offer them at all.
While I have used Minted for other invitations and have had a great experience, the most recent encounter with my wedding invitations left much to be desired. After three attempts at printing my invitations, we gave up and transferred to a different vendor. The coloring each time on the invitations was not right. While I understand color matching will not be exact, I would hope that as the experts, they would be able to get the colors of the invitations close to the color of the envelope upon request. Instead of navy, we received royal blue once and purple twice. Customer service agents were pleasant, however, on the third try, I said that we were wasting time and money to ship me an item only to open the box and then reach out saying they were wrong. I asked if someone could check the order before it was shipped, and was told they would, only to have the wrong color again. It was very clear the color was wrong and if they were to check before shipping, Minted would know. Our paper goods also had folded edges and crinkled corners in the shrink wrap packaging meaning that they were damaged prior to shipping, not from shipping itself. Super disappointing experience and I strongly suggest anyone using Minted to add extra time in case something like this happens.
Minted created a such beautiful wedding invites and they made it incredibly easy to plan with all the additional printing options they provide! I can’t wait to see how my thank you cards turn out!!
Run away!! The whole process was nightmare. You can’t even reach out to the customer service, it’s just automatic chat. They don’t have matching envelopes “ivory” colour for envelopes. But I still order from them and agreed on white envelope with the same design as invite. I asked specifically to change the colour of the branch to rose gold, and of course they didn’t. When I received my invitations they put giant minted logo on each envelope. Which is is even bigger than our names and address. When I called customer service they told me if you want envelope without logo, you can order plain standard envelopes without the design. I wish I knew that before I order. There are too many wedding invitations websites where you can order without logo. Spending so much money on the invite and absolutely hate them. I’m embarrassed to send them out to our guest.
Worst company ever. The invitation envelope was the wrong size and so was the jacket! They asked for more money to fix their errors! Their customer service is awful! Avoid them at all costs! Very unprofessional and they will not get back to me.
I am very disappointed with my wedding invitations from Minted. I spent a lot of time reviewing and double checking my design prior to ordering. I uploaded my invitee address list and entered our return address. I just received my order, and the envelopes are completely blank. I expect Minted to re-send me envelopes with the printed invitee addresses and return addresses. I spent a lot of money on these invitations, and I am extremely disappointed.
Ordering was quick and easy. Tons of customizing options. We loved our Save the Date and Invitations.
I purchased envelopes with my wedding invitations that had a design in the upper left corner - minted showed the return address being placed on the back flap, so this so what I did. Surely they wouldn’t offer this design if it would cause a mailing problem right? Wrong. my invitations were sent via USPS over three weeks ago and none of my recipients have received them. I spoke to USPS and they said the design on the front of the envelope and the address being placed on the back flap can confuse the machines. So essentially, the machine is rejecting it and it’s being put back in, an endless loop. my invitations will likely be lost in the mail system. Minted is refusing to replace my invitations, they instead offered me a 15% discount to re-order invitations from them. It was their envelopes that have caused this issue, yet they are unwilling to replace my lost invitations, I am very disappointed. I’m sure any bride would understand how upsetting it is for my wedding invitations to not be delivered at all, and over $300 to go down the drain.
We used Minted for our wedding invitations. I was a little apprehensive because of some negative reviews that I read, but I was blown away! The invitations look amazing and the process was seamless. If I had to complain, 2/95 rsvp envelopes were printed on an angle so the address looks crooked. But, we ordered extra invitations so it wasn’t a big issue for us at all! Overall, very happy with the product we received
I am very disappointed in the wedding invitations I received. I ordered the matching envelopes to be sage. The order details, receipt, and proof all showed sage. I received my envelopes and they are white. I reached out to customer service who informed me they were sold out of the color sage. Instead of informing me when I ordered that they were sold out so I could choose another color or save my money, they send me white without my approval. I had to pay extra for colored envelopes, not for white. This is unacceptable. They also listed the wrong meal descriptions on our RSVP cards. I will not be using Minted in the future.
Had such high hopes and left disappointed. We purchased save the dates off Minted for our upcoming 2023 wedding. The editing process online was seamless and the digital proof looked great. The product came right on time just as promised. However, the cards turned out horribly. Even after submitting professional photos our product came out dull, dark, with no color - a stark contrast to what we saw on our digital preview, like they had put a gray filter over the entire thing. We reached out to customer service immediately and after getting bounced around to a couple departments finally got working on a reprint. We lucked out and had great customer service was great! Our representative suggested we adjust the brightness of our photos and switch the paper & shipped them out as soon as we approved. Again, we just received them and are still so disappointed. The coloring continues to be off, photos look blurry, and differs greatly from the digitals we received. Ultimately, I think quality control is lacking. It just seems as though the system and different paper types can’t handle high quality photos/resolution once printed. Don’t think we will be using Minted for anything else down the line.
They did a wonderful job with our save the dates and wedding invitations! They had an amazing selection of options and were very fast and responsive with special requests. Both of our orders required rush delivery and they were really fast! I definitely recommend them!
We ordered my daughter's invitations from Minted because we had heard they were the best. Most wedding websites indicate that the quality is excellent. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. We paid extra for black foil on the invitations. When the invitations arrived, the RSVP had gold foil and everything else had black. Getting in touch with customer service is a horrible experience. We finally were able to get new RSVPs requested and were told they would be expedited. We waited two weeks for the new RSVP. When we finally sat down to put the invitations together, so many invitations were flawed. The black foil had chips in it and some of the foil rubbed off on the invitation. The quality was not worth what we had spent on the invitations. The foil wasn't as shiny like we expected and if we had known, we would have skipped it. I would NEVER recommend Minted for wedding invitations. When planning a wedding, the invitation is the first step for your guests. Minted needs to do better!
**This is an update! I was contacted by someone at Minted. They were amazing. They redid the invitations and were apologetic and understanding. I am happy to say that it changed our opinion of Minted. If you are unhappy, take the time to reach out and they will take care of you. Thank you Minted for doing the right thing.
This company was just amazing! The customer service went above and beyond! Honestly!
We used Minted for our wedding invitations and they had such great customer service! The invitations were gorgeous, the addresses preprinted on the envelopes were super convenient, and when we had an issue with mailing ours out and needed more the customer service associate was amazing!! Worth the money because that service is priceless!
We used Minted for our save the dates, wedding invitations, place cards, table numbers and thank you cards! We had such an amazing experience with them we just kept coming back for more lol! They handled our orders with kindness and professionalism. They communicated quickly about any issues or questions and made us feel confident in all of the products we ordered. We were able to have everything made in a theme we liked and it looked so classy and elegant- perfect for our special day! We would absolutely recommend Minted! Shipping was fast and ordering was easy, and most importantly- the price is reasonable and well worth it! We couldn’t have been happier with their services! Awesome job!
I can’t even put into words the nightmare experience I have had this past week with Minted. I spent an entire week of back and forth with customer service trying to get my wedding invitations to look right. The amount of errors was mind blowing. I think customer service is outsourced outside of the US and there is a MAJOR communication issue. Today I randomly got an email that my entire order was cancelled. I don’t even know what to do at this point because I put in so much time and effort. I’m extremely upset. I was ready to spend the almost $1000 that it cost to get invitations from them but they just couldn’t get them right no matter what I did. I’m a lawyer and I’m actually considering whether I have a consumer protection claim against them. Steer clear of this nightmare company!
Used Minted for Shower Invitations and Shower Thank You cards. Design Country Garden by Susan Moyal.
Quality - 4 The invitations were beautiful: the number would be higher except that the envelopes for the shower invitation came blank for the ones that weren't pre-addressed. If I had realized I would have had one addressed for the bride as a keepsake. She got a blank envelope. I was disappointed but didn't think much of it until I got the shower thank you envelopes and they were all printed with the floral design. And the envelopes aren't self seal so you have to be real careful using a glue stick to seal.
Processing time - 5. My only complaint was I skipped the proof for the shower thank you cards and the address I tried to add an address within a few minutes and it didn't get printed.
Pricing- 3 You have to play the coupon game and I personally hate having to constantly look to see what offers are available. I had to wait until July to get a discount for the thank you cards. Way to pricey without a discount and still expensive.
Website - 3 The search engine can be frustrating and the design feature is extremely frustrating. Great is all you want to do is change names and dates. Not good for personalizing the layout. Plus side- Customer chat support fixed the issue with the shower design. I have no idea what they did, it looked exactly the same but they got rid of the warning flag. I have no idea what full custom would cost from Minted. We went with a custom invitation vendor Spun Gold Creations for all the other items and are extremely pleased.
I made my saves the dates and wedding invites through minted and I honestly thought it was the best and easiest thing ever! I’ did very low key invites however with only front design and writing and directing them to my wedding website. Both proofs came in a day, I had to fix one thing on my saves the day and it was done later that day. Honestly all my saves the dates and invites came in less a week from ordering. Would certainly use again.
Let me start by saying that we got everything we needed at the end of the day, and it turned out beautiful! But… we had some significant challenges from the start. Wrong size envelopes and countless printing errors, to be specific. The customer service team did a great job of helping us throughout all the mistakes, but it became frustrating that there was clearly a miss in some part of the Minted production line. The attention to detail was not there when it came to ensuring the correct size envelope matched the ordered items. Or when we explained with photos that there were printing issues, why someone was not physically checking them before sending them out and calling the issue resolved. I recommend Minted if you are looking for off-the-shelf stationery with little customization. If you want something truly custom and tailored to you, perhaps look at other options.
