We planned our wedding (9/6/25) in just four months, and we honestly don’t think we could have pulled it off without Michael Ramella. From our first meeting, he brought a calm confidence that immediately put us at ease. He kept us focused, on track, and never once let the shortened timeline compromise the quality of our day.
Michael brought everything we could have hoped for in a wedding planner—professionalism, sharp attention to detail, calm and clear communication, and an incredible ability to coordinate across vendors and moving parts. He was flexible when things shifted, realistic when we needed guidance, and always made us feel like we were in good hands.
One moment that really stood out: we had missed the cutoff to book with a popular online flower vendor, but Michael used his connections to get us an appointment anyway—just one example of how he consistently went above and beyond to make things work for us.
He worked seamlessly with all of our vendors and had a great relationship with our venue’s event manager, which made coordination effortless. He was also incredibly thoughtful and respectful in how he communicated—not just with us, but with everyone involved. He really listened to what we wanted, and helped us balance our hopes with what was realistic, offering solutions we wouldn’t have thought of on our own.
What became clear very quickly was how experienced he is. He anticipated potential issues before they ever became problems and helped us make informed decisions on everything—from timeline adjustments to ceremony flow, wedding party logistics, and even family dynamics. We leaned on him often for advice, and every time, he delivered with warmth and expertise. (Bonus: he also ties a mean corset back.)
Thanks to Michael, our wedding day ran perfectly. The timeline was dead-on, the atmosphere was relaxed, and we were able to actually enjoy every moment because we knew he had it all under control.
We are so grateful to him and would recommend Michael to absolutely anyone. Our wedding was better than we imagined, and a huge part of that is thanks to him.

Michael made our wedding happen. We had a raw land venue with no electric or running water and a dream…and less than 5 months to pull it all together. Michael didn’t blink. He threw himself into helping us book vendors and figuring out the endless logistics, permits, food, and entertainment for our two day celebration. He was extremely professional while maintaining a friendly rapport that helped us feel at ease and like somehow we were going to pull it all off. When it came to the events themselves, Michael more than delivered. He navigated disastrous weather conditions, difficult family members, nosy neighbors and more! And the best part was he fit right in. I never felt like he was any less invested in our celebration than we were. I was beyond comfortable as a bride sharing my needs and receiving assistance from him. If we had to do the whole thing over we’d start in exactly the same place. With Michael!

From the first call with Michael we knew he was the perfect fit as our wedding planner. He has the highest level of attention to detail and organization, combined with the years of industry knowledge. He spent time understanding our vision, being a sounding board for all of our worries and guiding us, and being our champion to make sure everything was executed flawlessly. On the day of, we were able to just show up and enjoy our wedding knowing that Michael had all of the details handled. We couldn’t have asked for a better planner.

Michael was the best partner in planning our at-home, tented wedding weekend. Michael guided us through every step of the process -- creating a comprehensive timeline and to-do list, sourcing vendor quotes and evaluating options, and thoughtfully managing all of the vendors that were needed to turn our blank-slate property into a sophisticated and warm-feeling venue. What we most appreciated about Michael is that he is extremely patient, and addressed our every question and concern with ease, especially as I nitpicked vendor contracts and quotes (I'm a lawyer by trade). When we weren't comfortable with vendor terms, Michael went above and beyond to source other quotes and used his industry expertise to gently guide us towards picking vendors that were budget-conscious, but also reliable. On the day of our wedding, Michael and his team blended seamlessly into our day, ensuring that every unique detail was executed flawlessly, family heirlooms were handled with care, and they struck the perfect balance of checking in with us to ensure we had everything we needed, and also let us be fully present and enjoy our day. Working with Michael was the best decision we made for our most precious day!

Michael was truly the heartbeat of our wedding. From the earliest stages of planning, he brought such creativity and enthusiasm that it felt like we were working with a close friend who also happened to be an expert planner. He has a way of really listening to what you want, then turning those ideas into something even better than you pictured. Every step of the way, his communication was thoughtful, clear, and reassuring—we never once felt out of the loop or unsure about what came next.
On the big day, we couldn’t have asked for more. Michael kept our bridal party organized and comfortable, managed the flow of events with ease, and made sure that every detail came together seamlessly. He has such a calm, confident presence that it allowed us to simply enjoy ourselves, knowing everything behind the scenes was running flawlessly. Our friends and family kept commenting on how smooth the day felt, which is all thanks to his planning and leadership.
What also set N&M Events apart was the staffing component they provide. We not only had an amazing planning experience with Michael, but we also relied on his team of servers and bartenders for our welcome party and even for a breakfast at our church venue. Having that service included made a world of difference—it took away the stress of hiring separately and gave us peace of mind knowing the same level of professionalism carried through the entire weekend.

Hiring Michael as our wedding planner was the best decision we made! From start to finish, he was organized, thoughtful, and absolutely incredible. He handled every detail—vendor coordination, timelines, logistics—with such professionalism and calm that we never had to worry about a thing.
On our wedding day, Michael was everywhere at once making sure everything ran flawlessly, while also checking in on us to be sure we were relaxed and enjoying ourselves. Thanks to him, we actually got to be fully present and soak in every moment.

I can’t express in words what a relief it was to have Michael and his team on my side throughout my wedding planning process. Boy did I underestimate how much work it was going to be and having an ally throughout the process was truly invaluable. Michael recommended the absolute best vendors who were not only organized and delivered a fantastic work product, but we’re also professional and communicative, which is more than we can say from other experiences we’ve had in the past.
Then on wedding day, Michael and his team were truly our saving grace. “Holding our hands“ throughout the entire process and all day long. Making sure that we were on time and that everything that we wanted to accomplish on the day happens. He made the most amazing itinerary for my family and my wedding party And it was the most organized I’ve ever seen my family.
And then the most important part. The party. It was truly one for the ages. I wish I could get married every weekend so I could hire Michael.
