Naturally when getting married in April in Alabama there is a chance of rain and possibly some inclement weather and we had just that but the staff at Southern House and Garden were amazing. They kept everything on schedule and did everything possible to keep the wedding party, our family and all of our guests dry and safe. They were also very accommodating with our vendors and worked hard to make sure everyone had what they needed. I absolutely recommend saying “I Do” at Southern House and Garden if you are looking for the perfect, southern wedding venue!

Southern House and Garden just celebrated their 10 year anniversary as a venue in Tuscaloosa County. Owners Angie and Terri have been business partners for over 30 years. Southern House and Garden offers several full-service ceremony and reception packages offering cakes, floral design, décor, catering and much, much more! Our staff will do the set-up, parking and clean-up so that all you have to do is say "I do!" SHG offers six different ceremony locations including garden, oak tree, vintage open-air chapel and more!
