The good: the tents are gorgeous, and very regal. There's a reason people look to Sperry to pull off a beautiful wedding.
Criticisms:
We did a walk through at our venue the day before our wedding day (mid-June) and noticed the layout was not ...as we had wanted. After raising the issue with Sperry, they pointed out we approved the layout back in February. Ok, fair enough, we'll own that we forgot about that.
That said, when people are spending upwards of $10k for your service, it probably makes sense to double check with them oe last time, a week or two before the event, before setting things up. A lot can change in 4 months. (For transparency's sake, they offered to change the layout, but said they'd have to charge for it.)
Lastly, our caterer told us the power source for their tent was mounted obscenely high, and they had to stack several boxes and use their tallest employee to plug everything in.
