We believe every couple is different, so we’ve created 10 ceremony scripts that can be customized to include a wide variety of rituals that will honor and reflect your relationship. Our team can also perform ceremony rehearsals, vow renewals, and provide coordination. What to Expect: Head Minister and Concierge Reverend Rene Esparza, along with his team, will gather the details of your special day and send over a list of available officiants that fit your criteria, along with their profile and travel fees (if applicable). You can then schedule a FREE consultation with the officiants who stood out to find the perfect match. Once you’ve decided on your minister of choice, reserve the officiant online with a $50 security deposit. This deposit is applied to the remaining balance which is due 30 days prior to the wedding date. Leading up to the ceremony, your officiant will be in contact to create a script that honors your love story. Texas Wedding Ministers always encourages rehearsals, although not required, so that couples feel comfortable and confident on their wedding day. Why Us? Texas Wedding Ministers offers a 100% no cancellation guarantee! Because we are a team, we keep one officiant on call in case of emergencies. They are armed with your ceremony script and wedding details so you can rest assured knowing your ceremony will be performed flawlessly. This is a benefit no private officiant can offer. d executed. People were raving about Vasavi! 12/10 recommend her. As for the company itself, ensure you read the fine print. We needed to change our ceremony time by 30 minutes. This change was made a month after booking but 2.5 months before the ceremony. We were charged $50 to do so. A policy is a policy but it still left a sour taste in our mouth. Luckily, Vasavi made up for this and then some.

eddings and 2. Rev. Jesse was available. We really lucked out on finding him and fortunately for us he was at the Expo, so we were able to chat with him. We didn't end up booking him for a couple more weeks as there was a few things we had to figure out first, but luck was on our side and he was still free that evening. During the rehearsal, he made us feel relaxed and good about the ceremony the next day. Come the day of we weren't as nervous as we might have been had we had someone else officiating. Jesse came to speak with us and our family beforehand and the actual ceremony was perfect. It was over in a flash, but everyone said it was beautiful and complimented us on our choice of Jesse because of how absolutely wonderful he is. We would definitely recommend that you use Jesse! ounds. He and his wife attended our rehearsal lunch and helped me get rid of the jitters, only for us to find out that it was his wife's birthday and their recent anniversary celebration! They had taken time out of their busy personal lives to help us figure out ours. On the day of the wedding, things ran very smoothly and felt so perfect. We had several people come up to us after the ceremony and tell us that it was one of the most personable and intimate weddings they had ever attended. They said that unlike most ceremonies, they felt as if they were included and specifically mentioned Rene as being one of the nicest people they had a pleasure to meet. I feel the same way. Sometimes in life we get a gift- Rene found his calling, and we found the best officiant ever.

Really bad experience with them. I originally booked with them expecting that they'd be able to accommodate a double wedding without a huge increase in price as we wanted the total ceremony time to be 20-30 minutes with the same vowes. Which w...

as $300 on their website. I thought it would be very simple to do, so I booked with the 50$ deposit. They then contacted me later and I learned that the price would increase from 300 to 400. Had I known this, I would have never booked them or given my money. Still, when I asked that my deposit be returned as booking expectations were not met they refused me. I did not even have any contact with the minister or finalize anything, yet they refused my refund. They literally did no work and said that my money was their's to keep. I believe that in any other situation this would be called stealing. I even told them of my financial situation and how much stress I was under but they refused. I am completely left aghast and heartbroken at their indifference towards their customers and their poor customer service.

Rene was excellent during the rehearsal, showing everyone where how to walk, where to go, where to stand, and where to go afterwards. All of the meetings and questionnaires came to fruition at our wedding ceremony. They customized and personalized our vowels. Our families and guests were very happy saying, "what was great about your wedding was that it was all about your relationship and your personality." They was personified by the vowels Rene and Kari constructed. It mentioned our science and math skills, our love of football and our different teams, and about our unique personalities. He sent us a lot of options for wedding vows, readings, and rituals, and he had no problem with me cutting and pasting all over the place to make the ceremony exactly how I wanted it. At the rehearsal and day-of, he was very courteous and professional dealing with the chaos of so many family members. He was great. I HIGHLY recommend a rehearsal. It is a little bit extra money, but it is worth it for peace of mind! THANKS RENE for everything.

due to family emergency. I completely understood but felt so incredibly stressed out. Her replacement was owner Reverend Rene Esparza. He was good for being last minute. The reason i gave 3 stars is because we paid $75 for a PA system so all our guest can hear us in front of a outdoor waterfall. which was located out in a golf course with no electrical connection. I asked Audrie if that was a problem she said NO. We did the ceremony rehearsal in front of the waterfall, never did she mention the PA system would be a problem. So day of my wedding i show up to the waterfall with father only to find out no PA system is set up because Reverend Rene Esparza couldnt connect it due to no electronical connection. So no one heard us except a few ppl in the front row. It was a disaster. After my honeymoon i reached out for a refund since i wasnt provided the services. Reached out to Audrie and no answer. Reached out to Reverend Rene Esparza and no answer, was given a office number and no response. its been 1 month since my wedding and havent been able to reach anyone from this place. Im incredible unhappy.
