The Lighthouse on Long Lake

In 2021 we scoured the Pacific Northwest for a true waterfront property and found very few. We both grew up on the water and knew that a waterfront venue was a must. We booked a lovely lakeside property in Newport Washington and were anxiously awaiting our wedding. Fast forward to the final stretch before our special day, the opportunity to exchange our vows on our neighbor’s property arose. A property that we both grew up admiring because of it’s privacy and seclusion, it’s unique and dramatic inlet that causes the property to be surrounded on 3 sides by water, and because of it’s quirky and memorable lighthouse. We knew it would be a stressful couple of months to pull the plug on the original venue and plan our dream wedding from scratch, but we knew it was the right move for us. After weeks of putting blood, sweat, and tears into getting the property and every last detail ready, we were able to have our dream wedding and had zero regrets. Our guests were just as awestruck with the spectacular views as we had been. Fast forward again to the beginning of 2023, our amazing neighbors who let us host our wedding on their property, were moving. We couldn’t pass up the opportunity to buy this once in a lifetime property that meant so incredibly much to us, with the hopes that we could share this stunning property with others, and help create the weddings that they’ve been dreaming of. The very first summer we spent in this home, we did just that. We look forward to helping create more magical moments.
