We have few bridal shops here where I live so I was excited to go into Treasures, When we walked in the girls were rude, as if we were not good enough to be in the store. Second we asked where the bridal gowns were, we were told upstairs but no... one came to help us. We tried dresses on without help, and then the staff was short and rude that we touched the gowns without them.
After I decided on my dress, the staff argued about the price as the dress had been mismarked. Not my fault. They did honor the price which I appreciate, but they continually commented on "What a great deal we got, we should really be thankful" The dress was only mismarked by about $75.
I was scheduled for a fitting and the seamstress showed up an hour late. My dress was to be transferred to my local store and when I arrived to pick it up no one knew where it was...lost in transit somewhere!! My dress was located, it was not pressed or cleaned as promised and I was informed it would be cheaper for me to purchase a steamer and do it myself as they were too busy and it would cost a lot. My final fitting the lady was very rude to my family when they asked for instructions on lacing the dress. We left feeling frustrated and as if we were just not welcome in the store. I told the sales associate that I understand that all of this may not be important to her, but it is very important to me!!
