Booking their services was slightly difficult. I filled out the online form but did not hear back from Mackie. I then sent multiple emails without response as well. I finally was able to get in touch with Mackie after calling the number listed on the automatic response email, but even then, communication was sparse. I am happy that things worked out well but did feel like I was chasing them down for their services.
The ice cream pints were a hit! It was easy to get the cooler delivered and return it to our local store the next day. Mackie, our event planner, was responsive and helpful.

e people. The taste testing didn’t go as well - our contact mistook the appt after ours to be us, so we had to wait 25 minutes which was frustrating. The vendor did arrive a bit early to the reception and I didn’t even know they came until our photographer asked us to go take a photo by the ice cream cart. It felt like they were there and gone, but I think that’s just the way reception time flies at your own wedding. Cost was a bit pricey, but we knew we paid for a local service and quality.

! We were able to set-up a tasting at one of their local shops which helped us learn all about their offerings and flavors. Not only are their flavors vast and delicious but they also have flavors that accommodate allergies such as dairy-free and nut-free (a key component to our wedding reception). We went with their ice cream cart and toppings bar for our wedding. Two Roosters came in to the hall, set up the cart and table, and left with such swiftness and no extra mess. They were truly a pleasure to work with and Mackie made the planning process easy and fun! All of our guests truly enjoyed their ice cream treat, and so did we! Thank you Two Roosters!
