Zakes Cafe made the most delicious and beautiful carrot cake for our wedding. My husband and I love carrot cake and this was the best we’ve ever had. We’re looking forward to our one year anniversary so that we can eat the rest!

They made me a 3 layered square, off center cake. This was the first time they had ever done a square cake before but were eager to do it. I basically let the design up to the them, with just the basic guideline of black/white. It was absolutel...
y stunning!!! The cake itself was soo amazing...guests are STILL talking about it. We have the red velvet w/cream cheese icing for the sheet cake and a chocolate cake w/fresh raspberry mouse for the wedding cake. Delicious and affordable!
