Long story short, they did our wedding in May 2017 - We got our pictures 6+months later - Our video was posted online over a year later, and still have not received the physical copy of the video - Our messages asking for the physical copy are ...being ignored. I don't recommend.
More details:
My wife wasn't super pleased with the overall pictures, as most of them were taken from the same angle. They had two photographers, and each part of the wedding was captured from 2 spots. Would have been great for them to move around a bit more and get different angles. However, the photographer was probably around to 8 months pregnant - which we didn't find out about until the day of the wedding. We didn't have anything against her being pregnant, but typically photographers are moving all about during shoots, and being 8 months pregnant would definitely hinder one's mobility. So, unfortunately we didn't get all the photos we'd want from our wedding day. Also, make sure if you have any pictures you want taken that you asked them over and over so they don't forget. My wife wished to have a photo of her by herself in her wedding dress, but unfortunately didn't get it. It was a busy day, which makes it tough for the couple getting married to stay on top of which photos they want taken.
Anyways,.. on to the next issue. I forget how long we waited for the photos for (at least 6 months), but when we finally got them my wife was so disappointed with the lack of variety she started crying. Additionally, we waited well over a year for our video, which was posted on Vimeo. We also asked for a physical copy of the video, but have still yet to receive it and are being ignored by the photographer. I have tried contacting them multiple times via text, email, the knot contact form. Typically I've contacted once every 2 to 3 months, just reminding them we are still waiting for the video and to please let me know what I can do to help get this done... but radio silence.
Based on our experience I would suggest finding someone else, and probably paying more for a photographer. Its your big day and you want the moments captured to reflect the great time you had. You don't want to have the same experience we have - lack of variety in photos, never receiving a physical copy of the video that you paid for already, and poor communication.
