AllStar Weddings

Do yourself a favor and book AllStar Weddings! We ended up having to search for a DJ a little late in our wedding planning process (long story), and AllStar bent over backward to make sure that we would have a DJ for our big day. We ended up with DJ Craig, who is truly a gem. His professionalism, candor, and experience soothed so many of our worries prior to the wedding. He handled all requests with ease and even offered suggestions to help with the flow of the wedding. On the wedding day, Craig was instrumental in helping us stick to our timeline. When our venue had unexpected issues with its lighting system, he was prepared with backup lighting! Craig kept everyone on the dance floor all night and guests have been raving about the music since! A huge thank you to AllStar and DJ Craig!

Thank you for everything AllStar! We were told by friends that having a winter wedding was risky because there is not as much energy as a summer wedding, that was certainly not the case. We had Mike as our DJ and the floor was jam packed all night! We had a couple of meetings before the wedding and he was easy to work with during our planning and made sure to check in with us during the wedding to ensure we not only heard the music we wanted but we kind of left it up to him to do the rest and I'm so glad we did. We had met with Jeremy, who I believe is the owner and he matched us up with Mike. We would say to anyone, there is no other option out there, thank you all!

We used Allstar for our wedding last month, and the experience was more than we could have hoped for. From the beginning, they listened to what we were looking for, and helped us make it happen. We had a few unique things we wanted done, like a mix of two songs for our first dance, and our dj Sean knocked it out of the park. The dancefloor was full the ENTIRE night. We couldn't have asked for more from them.

We had Mike as the DJ for our wedding in September and he was great! We reviewed every detail with Mike leading up to the wedding and he knocked it out of the park! He made sure everything went as planned and the dance floor was packed all night! Highly recommend!

Newly married couple here! Just wanted to say we had DJ SCOTTIE from all star weddings and we could not have asked for a better DJ. We threw in a couple special requests, some secret plans from the groom and DJ SCOTTIE was on-top of everything. He played the perfect selection of dance music and we had everyone dancing all night which was our goal. He played up all of our speeches, dances and everyone involved. Our night was perfect, THANK YOU DJ SCOTTIE! If you end up with him you will not be disappointed.

DJ Mike was incredible to work with! We had some specific music cuts which he made sure were ready for us. The dance floor was packed the entire night and we even snuck a little karaoke in! I would hire him again in a heart beat!

We worked with DJ Jeremy for our wedding. During our initial phone call, he was very knowledgeable of our venue and the unique acoustics of the space. He also supplied the uplighting that truly helped transform the venue. During the reception, DJ Jeremy kept the formalities moving and people on the dance floor all night.

Would 100% recommend. Jeremy was extremely professional and kept everyone on the dance floor all night. He kept the nights events flowing, was super helpful with timing, placement, and working with other vendors like the photograph ensuring she got good shots. He truly helped make the night perfect for us!

We had an amazing experience with AllStar. Our DJ was thorough and detail oriented. He matched the lighting in the room to the colors of our wedding, provided us with guidance as we chose songs for the ceremony, and kept our dance floor full for the entire night. The price was reasonable and the quality of the service was top-notch. I would choose them over and over again!

DJ Tom Madden Was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!!! He was so engaging right off the bat. Not only making sure he understood the music and songs we wanted, but so much more. He met with us several times over the year of prep to help us with our timeline and figure out how to get all of our ‘major events’ finished early (while still making them special) so we could maximize our party time. He had great advice every step of the way. We could not have been more pleased with how the music went. The ceremony audio was fantastic and the guests had so much fun dancing!!! Pete is seriously the BEST out there!! He deserves way more than 5 stars. He is seriously outstanding! He was the DJ for my wedding as well as my sisters wedding is 2021. We are rather different people and yet, he was perfect for both of our weddings. He takes the time to get to know his couples and really understand the vibe of the wedding. Pete made sure to make the whole process easy, painless, and flawless. I did not give Pete any songs to go off of other than the music we were using for a first dances, entrances, and down the aisle. Just from those songs and getting to know myself and my now husband, he knew exactly what to play. I have to say, trusting the professional was the best decision ever because I could not have done it without him. Pete has the ability to read the room and play music that would keep the energy up and the dancing going. That is something that was important to myself and my sister. Something else that was important to us both was not wanting to be on the dance floor for our first dances for too long. He would signal us and we’d signal him back to cut the music, and he did. It was PERFECT. I will recommend Pete to anyone and everyone. My husband and I got married in December and used All Star Entertainment for our DJ and photo booth. They’re fantastic to work with and we highly recommend them for all your entertainment. DJ Seaneo was awesome and made sure everyone was dancing the entire night. He was incredibly responsive and provided great thoughts on how to approach the evening. Carlos was also the best photo booth operator! We definitely recommend All Star Entertainment, DJ Seaneo and Carlos!

Our reception was absolutely amazing thanks to our DJ Jeremy, the dance floor was filled the entire night and we all had so much fun! We had a great experience with AllStar Entertainment all around, the communication via email and phone, support for any concerns or changes we needed to make, the uplighting and our DJs overall ability to be professional and fun! We hired AllStar Entertainment a few months before the Covid pandemic hit and they were amazing when we had to reschedule for a year after our original wedding date. They were on top of every detail every step of the way and we couldn’t have been happier with the way things turned out. We had DJ Peter and he was absolutely amazing. Peter was extremely professional and read the room perfectly when choosing the music for us and our guests. I had friends texting me after our wedding to tell me how much they enjoyed Peter’s work. I highly recommend AllStar Entertainment for any event.

PETE IS THE BEST OUT THERE. There truly are not enough good things to say about Pete not only as a person but most importantly as a DJ. Honestly to say he’s the best out there is the understatement of the century. Pete was the DJ at both myself and my sister’s weddings in 2021 and we are both very different in terms of music taste. Pete takes the time with all of his couples to get to know them in the months prior to the event to make sure it is absolutely perfect. As a bride I was kind of crazy and had a list of sample songs for Pete that I put together and he did the rest – he reads the room and the crowd & really takes into consideration your past conversations and any details you provide him with; it is truly an unmatched talent. My sister on the other hand did not give Pete as much direction as I did and let Pete choose songs himself; honestly, this is why you should always trust the professionals. He did awesome and had better ideas than I gave him for my wedding! Pete is so kind and genuine and also funny, which is definitely necessary at these kinds of events. Actually, my favorite video from the wedding is during my first dance, you catch me look over at Pete, he gives me a “thumbs up” to ask if I was good – I gave him the signal to cut the music and immediately it stops – it was amazing. He knew I did not want to be dancing in front of people for too long and he made sure I was happy; he truly listens to everything you say. He makes sure the flow of the night continues on smoothly and works with the venue and other vendors to make the night perfect. To have been able to see Pete and party with him twice was the highlight of my year. I recommend him to anyone and everyone that I can and hope to party again with him soon. AllStar Entertainment was my favorite vendor to work with! From the first meeting with Jeremy to discuss who would be the best DJ for our wedding style, to the meetings and emails with DJ Mac, I knew I was in the right hands. Every email and call was answered promptly and their team reminded me of every deadline and due date! The best part of all was the day of. DJ Mac truly worked to make sure everything was all we could’ve asked for. Our ceremony music was perfect, the epic walkouts he helped us coordinate was even better and then the fact he had everyone on the dance floor for over 3 hours was the best! I would hire DJ Mac over and over again! He definitely brought the party and kept our guests entertained!

Our Dj was great! We had DJ Njam, he was so thorough leading up to the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly the day of. I would defiantly recommend him to anyone planning their wedding or an event!

If you’re looking for a DJ for your event, you needs not look any further than All-star entertainment! Mike truly went above and beyond the call of duty for our wedding and we knew we were in good hands before, during, and after our big day. Leading up to the wedding, we had a call with Mike to go over how we wanted the wedding to go and we sent him a playlist of some of our favorite music. He scouted our venue before the call and we discussed how the uplighting would work best, so we felt like we were getting the most out of the upgrade we selected. On the big day, mike and his assistant Mic’ed up everything so our guests heard every word of our outdoor ceremony without anything being distracting or in the way. During our reception, Mike kept the momentum high by playing a great selection of our favorite music and some tried-and-true party bangers, seamlessly and tastefully transitioning between songs throughout the night. The uplighting made the venue look awesome and we were thrilled we opted for that option. Mike even surprised me with some vanilla ice deep cuts after hearing my brother mention the ninja turtles in his best man speech. It seems like a small detail, but that’s the thing- Mike sweats every small detail so you can kick back and enjoy eminent of the event. A few weeks after the wedding, Mike sent us some GoPro footage from the party that we were thrilled to watch a few weeks after, which we hadn’t expected but really appreciated. We can’t recommend All-star entertainment enough! You’ll be in great hands with their team, and your guests are going to have a great time!!

We spoke to the owner during our initial planning. He was fabulous, listened to what we wanted and provided feedback. He was our initial DJ, but COVID changed things when we had to reschedule. The owner recommended DJ Tom M to step in, since he was already booked on the day we were looking to reschedule to. DJ Tom quickly figured out who were were as a couple, and what kind of music we enjoyed. My husband and I are not dancers, but the mix of having some of our favorite people there and DJ Tom keeping the dance floor bumping, we had people on the dance floor all night long! If you are looking for someone who can recognize the kind of music you enjoy dancing to based on just a few song requests and likes to keep the party going, we highly recommend DJ Tom! I've never seen my husband dance so much!!

Emerson did a great job! He even worked with my mom to plan a special surprise for my husband and I during our first dance and we were both blown away. It was wonderful!

DJ Angel was amazing at my wedding i received so many complements on the Dj. Every guest had a great time!! I will definitely recommend him to anyone!!

This company is GREAT! We had DJ Brian and he was awesome! He had amazing energy, someone you can tell loves his job! The music selection was fantastic and our guests danced the whole night! He listened to what we wanted and didn’t want for music and there was no long pauses between songs like at some other weddings I’ve been to. The uplighting really made the room look awesome and totally different from what it normally looks like. We would use this company again and recommend others to use them =)

DJ Mac came all the way to Greenville, NY for my wedding on Sat September 21st, 2019! He absolutely killed it! So many guests from my wedding kept telling me how great he was and how he played the perfect music. I would absolutely call him for my next party. Thanks Mac!!!

We had DJ Anthony on 8/24/2019 in at Warehouse XI in Somerville. Anthony was super helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. We had some odd song queue time requests that Anthony coordinated with us on and did a perfect job with them. We selected a few songs and Anthony chose the rest. The crowd was dancing all night long. The uplighting was amazing too. Would definitely recommend!

We got married on 8/31/19 at the Seaport Hotel in Boston. Based on all of the reviews, research, and preferred vendor status with Seaport we went with AllStar Entertainment for our DJ, Photobooth, and Up-lighting...they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! From our initial conversations with Jeremy (owner) we knew we were in good hands! Jeremy was VERY knowledgeable and did a great job listening to us, making professional recommendations, walking us through the timeline/process, and being available for questions at anytime. Our DJ was DJ Anthony and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! As soon as we had our call with him to review the pre-wedding DJ forms and discuss our ceremony/reception we knew he was the right person to keep our party going and the beats flowing all night!! DJ Anthony provided music for both our Ceremony and Reception. He arrived at our venue early to make sure everything was set up correctly. He also made sure to coordinate with our officiant, get her mic'd up, and set up a mic for our family members doing readings. Dancing and music selection was VERY important for us and Anthony understood this; he exceeded our expectations for reading the crowd, playing the right music at the right time (mixing from song to song to keep it pumping), and keeping EVERYONE on the dance floor. DJ Anthony was very professional, easy to work with, and a world class MC!! We did have one minor hiccup with our formal songs being played out of order for the Mother/Groom dance & the God-Father/Bride dance. Our Up-lighting designer was Eric and he was AWESOME! We had a call with Eric a week before our wedding to talk about color schemes and what we wanted at the wedding. We didn't end up getting back to Eric until 2 days before the wedding...but he was able to put together a great color scheme based on our floral arrangements and wedding colors (thank you for being so accommodating). The ballroom looked amazing when we walked in!!! Once the dancing got started Eric kicked it into club mode and really gave us the party atmosphere!!! The Photobooth worked out great and was a huge hit! I forget our attendants name (sorry), but she was awesome and interactive with our guests to make sure they were getting into the spirit of fun photos! We already have our digital copies back...and boy there are some gems!! Overall we had the best experience with AllStar Entertainment and would recommend them!!

After having our initial DJ fall through, I contacted AllStar to receive a quote. We had a specific budget set aside for music and of course I was sad to hear that AllStar might have been out of our range. BUT after speaking with Jeremy we were able to come up with something reasonable for both of us that included DJ and uplighting! Jeremy was professional and reasonable and never made me feel unworthy of his services while we discussed budget. We were assigned Angel Alba as our DJ and from the start he was phenomenal. He emailed to introduce himself right away and we scheduled a time to talk at a later date when the wedding was closer. During all of our conversations, Angel was nothing short of amazing. He was professional, courteous, informative and lively. Our initial conversation around planning was just with myself as my husband had to work.. after we had our “rough draft” figured out Angel graciously scheduled another call around my husbands late work schedule that way he could be included and so he could go through it all again with him. During every phone call, email, or text message Angel eluded confidence and passion in his work and ensured us nothing but perfection. Perfection is exactly what he delivered on our day. He was entertaining, knew how to read the crowd to get everyone on the dance floor, and followed our lead in terms of timeframes and last minute changes . We had at least 20 of our guests come up to us to tell us how great the DJ was and how much fun they were having. Angel is seriously the best DJ we’ve had the pleasure of working with and he made our wedding perfect.

We had DJ Tom Michaels for our wedding and he was amazing! We went through countless DJs because music was super important to us (and we are tough critics) and Tom exceeded all our expectations. His music choices were exactly what we were looking for, he kept our party dancing all night, he was attentive and took the time to talk with us before the wedding and check in during the wedding, and was flexible about our vision. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

DJ Sean made our wedding reception unforgettable! He was able to cater so well to the needs of our wedding and guided us through it marvelously! I made multiple changes to the songs we were using and he did not make a mistake in the program despite the multiple changes I made. Everyone was in the dancing floor and looked so happy and having a good time, it was priceless! I highly recommend him, his pricing is also excellent!

As always DJ Angel Alba was amazing to work with! He brought great music and great vibes to our company BBQ. Reading the crowd and putting on songs he knew would get the employees dancing! We had a diverse group and everyone commented on how great his set list was and the modern DJ station with LED lighting. We will definitely have him back again!

DJ Angel Alba was the best!! He knows how to read a crowd and played some songs for everyone at my graduation party! His uplighting made people think they were at a black tie event and made the room look magnificent. He could change the colors to match my decor and provide some brighter light during speeches and announcements. I highly recommend him I can’t wait to get married to hire him again!

Five Stars is honestly not enough! DJ Brian was INCREDIBLE!!! A true professional through-and-through. Communication was amazing, he had great suggestions, was super helpful and definitely filled the dance floor all night. We are still fielding compliments about how smooth everything was and how much everyone loved it. From pre-ceremony music to playing longer for our guests, Brian was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. He made our day that much more unforgettable. A totally great company from initial conversation to the Big Day! We also used AllStar for photography and Meaghan FAR exceeded our expectations. She was patient, organized, and great at directing us. She sent amazing "sneak peak" pictures within a few short days that we can't wait to have in our home and share with friends and family. You are in THE BEST hands with AllStar! Thank you so much!

DJ Peter did a fantastic job making sure that all of our needs were met during our wedding. He went above and beyond to ensure that the music we requested was played and that he kept people on the dance floor. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a seamless experience with a DJ!

We were lucky enough to get Thomas as our DJ he was absolutely incredible. I had been worried about the dancing at the wedding (a lot of my guest don’t dance at parties or anywhere) but some how he did it! We had so much fun and people are continuing to tell me how great he was a week and a half after the wedding! I cannot say enough great things about him. Leading up to the wedding he did great as well. Very professional, very clear on what he likes, said he was a real stickler on time with events during the wedding (which he was, and that made everything at the wedding run smooth), he was awesome! During the ceremony my sister played a song as I walked out. He made sure she was ready for that! We also had a slight hiccup of someone not telling us when to go out during the ceremony. He made sure to let the groomsmen/making sure they were ready and know that he was starting the music for them to walk out! He was fabulous! I am sure there is much more that he did for us that I don’t remember or was not aware of but I have heard no complaints and I don’t have any either. Hire DJ Thomas! Also when signing the contract with this company it was a very easy process as well. We worked with Jeremy and he was very easy to talk to, easy to understand what we were signing up for, very knowledgeable. Overall wonderful experience

DJ Anthony was very helpful and friendly and ran a great party. Showed up super early to make sure everything was set up, kept the reception going smoothly, was always looking for ways to make sure what we wanted to do was at its best. Highly recommended!

Peter was an amazing DJ! One of the best I’ve ever had. Catered to us and our crowd. Got people up dancing and involved. Followed our requests and read the crowd. Friendly, upbeat, professional, experienced. This is my second time using AllStar and I was very happy again :)

Jeremy was great! He was so easy going and accommodating with all of my requests and his input was absolutely amazing. I was at a a loss for how I was going to have certain people in my family walk down the aisle and his suggestions ended up being the best solution . He really knows what he is doing and will make sure your party is an amazing time! My husband and I are most appreciative of his thoroughness and making sure our day was perfect, which it was!! He was able to fill in the gaps between our song requests with music that every generation from 1-90 enjoyed!! Remember, a DJ can make or break your party!! On a side note, our wedding was on top of a mountain and he was able to bring the required equipment with no issues as well as being able to provide a portable speaker outside on the deck when my husband surprised me with fireworks! Cant say enough positive things about AllStar Entertainment and Uplighting. Highly, Highly recommend! He helped to make our wedding the best day of our lives with all our family and friends.

We booked our DJ, photobooth and uplighting through All Star, and everything was so perfect. DJ Pete was AMAZING and a true professional - we had a planning call a week or so before the wedding to go over everything, and he had everything under control at the venue, it was so easy! He had all of our guests, who spanned a large range of ages, out of their chairs and dancing ALL night, and it seemed 100% effortless!!! Could not be happier with how everything turned out! Highly recommend!

DJ Pete was the best! He was great to work with and met with us a couple weeks before the wedding to go over the day and any requests we had. Our goal was to have the dance floor full all night long and he DJ Pete exceeded any expectations we had. He didn’t take a break the whole night and checked in with us to see if there was anything specific we wanted to play. It was the best party ever and we even extended it an hour longer. He had guests of all ages on the dance floor and yelling for an encore!! We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ on our special day. We wanted a party and we certainly got one thanks to Pete!! He was receptive of all our requests, even those last minutes one and offered great advice. A true professional. We couldn’t recommend him more strongly!!!

Where do we begin!? Our experience with Angel was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Angel reached out to us immediately after signing our contract with AllStar (who were also amazing to work with), and was extremely enthusiastic and excited about our upcoming wedding. Before we even met in person, we knew he was the DJ for us. Upon meeting him, Angel was exactly as we imagined: professional, always smiling, and incredibly helpful and supportive as we put our wedding music/events together. He even made some last second changes for us based on our last second requests. Angel also knew a few things to “confirm” with the venue that we never would have thought of and were super important (do they have outdoor outlets, etc). Perhaps the sweetest thing Angel did was text me in the morning of our wedding day to tell us happy wedding day. Really and truly above and beyond! On our wedding day, Angel was at our venue super early to set up and the entire ceremony and reception flowed perfectly from start to finish. We received so many compliments from guests about how fantastic he was and how smoothly the ceremony/reception ran with his music and MCing. He also played every single one of our “must plays” and even added in our favorite genre (country! ) over the night because he knew we loved it. Angel is a real professional and a truly wonderful person. We would recommend him to ANYONE for their wedding or any event! THANK YOU Angel!

DJ Anthony was amazing!! He knew exactly the vibe my husband and I were looking for and he nailed it perfectly! He has such a fun spirit that brought the crowd together and had everyone dancing all night! He takes pride in the bride and grooms music vision and brings it to life! DJ Brian was awesome! Through the whole process! Our wedding music was exactly what we hoped it would be and our wedding was absolutely perfect, the exact vibe we were going for! Everyone loved the photobooth we got through all star! When we got the link for all the pictures in there we were shocked to see almost every guest made use of it! The UpLighting was beautiful! It made the exact ambiance I had hoped for. Our wedding was everything I could have ever imagined and DJ Brian and the whole team at AllStar were a huge part in making it that way!

For the full review, see “Allstar Entertainment” on (three w) (dot) weddingwire (dotcom), but TL;DR - I have been to a ton of weddings and this was the best, even when adjusted for it being my own. Thomas was integral to that. He was professional, experienced, helpful, autonomous, and he nailed the entire event. He was a joy to work with, and if I had an event that required a DJ in the future, I would just go straight to him.

DJ Mac from AllStar Entertainment was fantastic at my wedding this past Saturday. He made sure to check in with us on every detail of what we wanted for the ceremony and reception, including a phone consultation the week before the wedding to make sure he knew everything that we wanted. He listened to everything we said and read the room perfectly. So many people told me that they didn't remember the last time they danced that much at a wedding. The dance floor was packed all night and everyone had a great time. Thank you DJ Mac and AllStar for the fantastic celebration!

My husband and I chose AllStar Entertainment and Uplighting for our July wedding. DJ Brian was EXCELLENT and really knew how to get the party going! He was very accommodating with all of our requests and needs for both the ceremony and reception. Mike did the Uplighting which was beautiful...he listened to what I wanted and made our reception ballroom look amazing. I highly recommend AllStar!

Anthony was excellent! We were looking for someone who could blend top 40 with Hispanic beats and he delivered! It was also great that he spoke English and Spanish. My Colombian side of the family really appreciated it. The Hora Loca was a blast. I would highly recommend Anthony from AllStar.

We never expected the epitome of professional to come from our DJ, but DJ Angel is just that. Not only was he amazing at reading the crowd and determining what music to play, but he is also extremely organized. From the very beginning he made it clear how important it was to get every bit of the itinerary nailed down. He even took the time to go over correct pronunciation of every member of the bridal party and family. He made sure our wedding ran smoothly and made sure we had fun as well. We never had to worry about getting people on the dance floor. We would highly recommend using DJ angel and AllStar Entertainment for your wedding or special event.

Mac was our DJ for our recent wedding in the Hudson Valley and he KILLED it! Not only is he an excellent communicator, emailing and having phone calls with us leading up to the day, but he is super professional and worked seamlessly with our coordinator and catering team helping everything move on time. With Mac behind the mic, we felt completely at ease and our guests had such a great time. He is funny, has GREAT taste in music and brings such an awesome energy to the day! Can't thank you enough, Mac!!

We had the pleasure of having DJ Tom Madden (DJ TJ) as our DJ for our wedding and we couldn't have been happier. He did an amazing job, kept the dance vibe going all night and really made sure that all of our needs were met. He took the time to contact us multiple times prior to our wedding to make sure we were all on the same page and we were very pleased with him. DJ Anthony was off the hook! We danced the night away, and he did a great job of putting great beats and mixing it up Spanish hits. Everyone, young and old, was on the dance floor! Also, he met with us a week before the wedding to talk about the music for the ceremony and the reception. Everything went perfectly! Would 100% recommend!
