Catherine is extremely knowledgeable about event planning and was very helpful throughout the entire planning process and day-of coordination. We did our catering through Bash as well and when we wanted a specific menu, Catherine went above and beyond to accommodate for us and everything turned out delicious! I can't recommend highly enough!

tting their fill. She used a family recipe for our chicken option that turned out be the most amazing piece of chicken I have ever had from a catering. Our beef has been talked about several times! We were able to accommodate many people by leaving cheese separate from the salads and butter as a side option for the vegans and making sure there was no pork on the menu. She even researched Chinese appetizers for us....they were amazing! Don't be afraid to ask for a unique food. She will try and let you test it and you will be so impressed. You can tell her passion is there. I had asked for name cards for the food and to have them indicate Vegan or Gluten Free. I didn't see that those were put out and I know some guests had questions that those would have taken care of. Dessert was probably good! It was apparently all eaten up! Wedding cake- if you don't want anything super fancy Catherine does a great cake. We were able to customize the flavor, the style, and the design. However, if you want something artistic I would choose another space. She is known for her pastries and they are wonderful.
