I went with a buffet style dinner with Carmens. I had the tables set up in a l shape and just bought plastic table covers. Dinner was to be served at 530pm and the servers were there at 4pm setting up. They provided the silverware and plates wi...th napkins and made sure the stations were full at all times. Everyone was very nice and respectful with good additudes. They even cut my cake for me which was a big help. Everything from Carmens is homemade which I liked and they give you plenty of food. The cost was 10.99 per head which also was far and I had two hot meats 2 salads 2 hot sides and diner rolls. I would recommend this company to anyone expecially if you like that home cooked meal and not something brought in frozen that they just heat up.
