There was a miscommunication about what the plated dinner entailed, but the coordinator at Charley's immediately rectified the situation and served the wedding dinner of my dreams! They were so gracious and accommodating during serving of the meals, poured our champagne, and even took care of cleaning our rented dishes. That last part is important since we did not get married at a venue- this was a tented backyard wedding and all they needed was electricity and running water! They were happy to accommodate with children's meals and allergies, and fed us food that people are still telling me was amazing. So happy it's right here in Lynchburg so I can go relive my wedding whenever I want!

During the initial selection process, we came in to meet with Lisa and she answered any questions we may have had.(May I also include that they were the most budget friendly option for what we wanted? Even considering any transportation fee they may have for driving an hour away from their location.) After we officially chose them as our caterers, we were prompted to choose several entrees to try as well as several sides for them to have ready for us when we came in to try food at the next meeting. Even while we were there, they still offered to put together a different side if we so chose. We ended up deciding on the Teriyaki Chicken w Pineapple, the Sirloin Beef tips in Mushroom Gravy, the Roasted Root Vegetables, the Loaded Mashed potatoes, and for our 3rd side they offered to host our cocktail hour with a cheese/cracker and fruit platter as well as beverages(which was such a huge relief!). They had an option for our vegetarian friends available at no extra cost as well. I have heard nothing but the best from our guests and we thoroughly enjoyed the meals ourselves. They brought the two of us our meals so we did not have to wait in line at all for the serving of the buffet option we ordered. They were very flexible with helping us make our evening as amazing as possible. Kendrick was absolutely amazing and super helpful throughout the entire evening. At the end of the night, they wrapped up all of our food and brought it back to the restaurant so we could pick it up from them on Sunday. We arrived at the restaurant, had us pull around back and delivered all of our food to our car, super duper easy and stress free!We would highly recommend their catering services for any catering needs one may have!

From day one of our tasting with the company to day of it was so easy and delicious! They worked seamlessly with our venue and went above and beyond in providing flowers for our table, to go boxes for my husband and I to take back on that night, and easy pick-up of the left overs. I highly recommend them for any of your catering needs!
