Her and her assistant were fun and SUPER helpful through the entire getting ready process and the rest of the night! Always making sure we had everything we needed from water while taking pictures outside in the heat to keeping things going as planned during the reception. They made sure to get all the pictures I had requested, even making my "grand exit" look fantastic when there were only a few guests still at the reception that late. I would highly recommend Epic!

o fun and are basically biding their time until it hits 9 p.m. and they can leave. Not Epic!! They stayed later than my new husband and I even, intent on capturing every joy of the day and night, which they did! Looking over our wedding photos and video, we were so happy to see so much happiness and memories being created that we would have had no way of seeing otherwise. Plus, Epic works very hard to return their work to you promptly, while other businesses make you wait several months. Couldn’t be happier, DEFINITELY hire them!

ns website I had no doubts their pictures were beautiful but I mean how many companies have beautiful website photos and still produce horrible photos. I called them and immediately began to feel comfortable with Eric who answered my million questions. After two people I knew used them I became excited for their pictures and now that I have gotten my editors pick I can’t wait to see the rest!!! Seriously they were so easy to work with their pictures are beautiful. Their turn around time is unheard of. (By 5 days I had 100 pictures edited and they promise the rest by two weeks!) I couldn’t imagine a better company to deal with. I highly suggest if you are looking at Epic Productions to book them!

We couldn't believe how many photos he took and the amount of ground he was able to cover throughout the night...all with a smile on his face even though it was over 90 degrees at an outdoor venue in August! Before the wedding, Epic Photos created our day-of timeline and we also received multiple communications as well as forms to complete. These forms helped James and the editing team understand our "must have" shots, family photo dynamics, and editing preferences. A week after the wedding, all of our photos were uploaded to the site and Epic said our USB was on the way. I was BLOWN AWAY by the quality of photos and the quick response time of this company. As a frugal bride, they considered my budget as they helped me find the best package to meet my needs. Thank you to James and the editing team for capturing our day so perfectly!

ome and we loved those pics! However, that’s where it ends. Cody could not work our wedding so we were given two female photographers, they were very nice but lacked organization, time management, and awareness. All of our group photos were taken without our beautiful flowers!! My bridal portrait session was half assed due to poor time management. I have 100s of pics of my husband and groomsman drinking whiskey before the wedding but NONE of the pics I requested of me and my bridal party. It’s almost like they were mainly concerned with hanging out with the guys and not working. My husbands tie is messed up in every photo from before the ceremony. What would be one of my fav pics isn’t because my sister is completely cut out of it! Pics of the alter and table decorations were taken before they were completed and half of the table decor wasn’t captured. There isn’t a single picture of the reception area with candles lit and decor finished. I asked for a straight on direct shot of my bouquet on the sweetheart table in its vase because I was gifted a painted portrait of my bouquet- the only shots are at a severe left angle. For the amount of money spent and the awards and high ratings, I was incredibly disappointed in the pictures from our wedding day. The things that went wrong couldn’t be recreated. In order to make it right I picked a different “add-on,” the 40 print photo album to make up for bridal portraits. I sent my 40 picks into them but have yet to hear anything back- that was on June 28th.

select Epic, that set them apart from other photographers are: They have a two week turn around on photos. Other companies usually take a month or longer, and who can wait that long!? They truly mean all day for one set price. We had them from 11:00 am - 11:00 pm and they never stopped shooting. They captured every special moment. Most other photographers have packages by the hour with additional hour costing extra. They had two photographers and an assistant for the entire day. This was extra special, because we were able to capture my husband and I’s first reaction when I walked down the asile for first reveal. Also, one photographer was able to stay with the groom and groomsmen and one was able to stay with the bride and bridesmaids while we were getting ready. For all of these reasons and so many more I would highly recommend Epic Photography.

Photography loves their job! We had Cody as the lead photographer at our wedding. He was flexible, easy going, yet still able to command our large wedding party. We received over 1,600 pictures of our wedding day, and three videos. I would not have changed one thing about our Epic photography experience.

I thought they were a bit on the pricey side, but the reviews and example videos I saw made me go ahead and bit the bullet and book them. Boy, am I glad I spent the money! They will assign you a team based on what you would like (your style, personality, and how much guidance you need for planning, poses, etc). A week before the wedding they did a FaceTime call with me so I was able to see and interact with the people who would be shooting my wedding and not meeting them the day of when so stressed out already. The team was smiling, upbeat, well dressed, good attitude, encouraging...everything a bride needs from people around her on her big day. The finished product was nothing short of amazing. People who couldn't attend the wedding had asked for a video and were blown away. They told me they felt they were really there and a part of it all. They even were able to use my surprise song that I sang at the reception for one of my video songs, and incorporate it all in seamlessly. I really hope you'll give them a look and contact them. You will be so glad you did!

l party clean up! To get that much service from any other photographer would have cost us thousands more! We got our wedding photos back in less than two weeks, and we love every single one! We had some special requests for photos and they were all accommodated for. We even got a few prints of some of our photographers favorites, along with the flash drive! As the years go by, my husband and I will have all these gorgeous photos to help remember the most perfect day.

excited to get photo AND video for a reasonable price. I got even more excited when I spoke with them, because I am telling you, it was some of the best customer service I have ever had. Always willing to answer questions or make time for me whenever I needed whether it was a phone call or email. The day of the wedding, we had Brooke and Gabe and they were both amazing and able to round up my rowdy family with ease. We JUST got our photos back and they are exactly what we asked for. We are obsessed with them, and it hasnt even been two weeks yet- super fast turn around! We are still waiting on the video, but we are so excited because we know it will be amazing! I cannot say enough good things about them!

rea. We ended up finding our venue first, and our venue had Epic listed as a preferred vendor (not required, but a vendor they have worked with a lot and made it on their list.) We decide to call, and spoke with Matt. Matt gave us a quote, we agreed to it, signed the contract. Our original quote was for 1 photographer, 1 videographer for the wedding. They also included bridal and engagement photos for booking a videographer and photographer as well. Fast forward to the time of the engagement photos. They were scheduled for a weekday at the venue at 7:30 AM. Not to place blame on anyone, and it could of been just as much my mistake as it could of been there. Epic had our engagement photos schedule for 7:30 PM. Regardless of the fact, they made some phone calls and had a photographer there within 45 minutes. We were lucky for this, they made it work and their customer service was outstanding. The photographer that did our engagement photos was Cody. Cody was amazing, he was energetic funny, extremely personable, and my fiance and I had a great time while doing our engagement photos. Fast forward to the wedding, by this time we upgraded to 2 photographers, and 1 videoagrapher. MIGHT I RECOMMEND ON GETTING TWO PHOTOGRAPHERS, it only makes sense. I know each wedding is different but it only makes sense for a day as big as your wedding day. Again Cody was our lead photographer, and it was amazing. Our video and photos turned out amazing. Their customer service was awesome, and we could not be please with the entire Epic Productions team. I'm sure there are also people in the background that help with the editing of photo's etc, thank you as well. Last bit of advice to anyone reading this review. Make sure you allot some time to let your photographers eat, I know my wife and I feel we did not give them enough time to eat. Regardless they are there working their butts off trying to capture every moment of your big day, make sure they are considered for the catering. Again Huge thanks to Epic productions, Cody as our lead photographer, the other two there on our wedding day (I deeply apologize for not remembering your names). They are worth it!

There are so many addition fantastic things I could say about this company. Simply said, the video and pictures flawlessly executed our intimate love story.

Productions, you don’t get to meet your assigned photographer until the day of your wedding. They will shoot your a phone call, but it’s not the same. I wish I would have seen the photographers work first, to see if the work was something I wanted for my wedding. We did receive our photos in two weeks, which is a big plus. However, they didn’t amaze me 100%. We received a ton on pictures, but only loved a very few. Not that many formal pictures with my bridesmaids or bridal party. Some family pictures were poorly arranged. The pictures of my accessories were blurry. The set up pictures of my venue were very few. I just think I didn’t received the quality of photos I was expecting. We received a lot of dancing pictures, but it’s not like I’m going to printing those and hanging them on my wall because many had guests making silly faces. I haven’t seen my video yet. So I hope that turns out ok. Overall, wasn’t a fan of Epic. Wish I would have looked at more photographers prior to booking Epic.

When I was sent the first version of our video I wanted to make a few changes to it and they had no problem with that--they even emailed me the new version within the day. The video turned out so perfect and had every piece of our wedding captured beautifully. Their team is so easy to get a hold of and will take care of any needs you have with just one phone call. This company consists of very professional and very, very kind people! They really care about their brides/grooms happiness and will do everything in their power to make that happiness happen.

to go through 2 or 3 people to get to the actual photographer, everything was flawless!

cutting, garter toss, flower toss, various dances, nor the exit. To make matter worse, it'd been over a month since our wedding and I still hadn't heard from them. I knew it took a while to edit photos, but it just seemed too long. I didn't find out any of this information until I had to call them in search of our wedding photos! Heartbreaking! I was just in tears and my husband had to step in. Luckily, we do have photos of our wedding - thank God. We also got a full refund. We also had family and friends to take awesome photos and were able to recoup some of them that way. It took two tries for them to actually get our thumb drive of photos in the mail. It was really just a bad experience. I was so sad because they seemed so professional at first and the reviews were so great.

engagement photos took nice pictures, but he lacked the experience to catch details (such as making sure my shirt wasn't caught up, or how I was standing, etc.). We had the pictures we needed, but I knew he wasn't the one for us for the wedding. Epic understood, selected a different photographer and even sent her for a 2nd engagement session so we could try her out. Brooke did a wonderful job. She also took beautiful pictures the day of the wedding. Her secondary photographer took nice photos, but definitely wasn't Brooke, and her background selection for the groomsmen photos prior to the wedding was a major fail. However, Brooke took tons of great photos and I am very happy with those. They did get behind on getting photos back to me and it took over 3 weeks for the full gallery to arrive.

time I expressed my concern over my now husband's shy personality and how important it was we have the same photographer for our engagement session and wedding. That didn't happen. I even met with our engagement session photographer in person the week before the wedding to review our timeline and the pose examples I selected via Pinterest, etc. The day of our wedding, two photographers we never met showed up. I asked where Cody was, and they told me he wouldn't be there because sometimes the schedule changes. I was given no notice of this change. They had a copy of my timeline, but I guess none of the rest of my information was passed along to them. The photographer who was with the boys kept asking them what poses they wanted to do. They're boys - they don't know. Then, after the ceremony, my husband asked me where Cody was. He was so disappointed. Even during our couples shots, the girls kept asking if we were done or if we wanted something else. My husband was about to have a melt down because he was already tired of dealing with them from earlier, and I was just trying to keep him together. I shouldn't have had to do their job and remember what poses I liked. I was there to be with my husband. We have a few good photos, and rest are repetitive, below average shots/poses. I told them one of the poses didn't make sense and questioned it. It's awful and awkward - just like I thought it would be. Instead of working with us on our group shots and having people move so their faces wouldn't be shadowed by our arch (there was plenty of room, as well as other locations on the multi-acre property), they just kept going. How was I to know? I couldn't see what was happening. We have so many pictures of shadowed faces you can barely see because the girls just didn't seem to care. I don't have a single picture of our wedding cakes together, even though they were on the same table with our Mr. & Mrs. glasses and cake cutter. I also don't have a picture of us cutting cake where you can see my husband's face. He's literally headless. You can see some of his body, but none of his face or head. I have lots of others with the back and side his head, despite me telling them I wanted pictures of his face. Thank God for our videographer who is NOT affiliated with Epic. He took an amazing still shot of my husband with me in the background. At least I have that. If you want to know your photographer, build a relationship with them, and actually know what quality of work you'll get, don't use Epic. The schedule could change, and they won't tell you, nor will they prepare the photographers they send for your event. They also won't get your photos to you in the two-week period they advertise. I had to ask after three weeks. Even then, you won't get all of your pictures. The ones of my mom buttoning my dress aren't there, nor is one a groomsman specifically asked them to take of us. The week after the wedding, I e-mailed to express my concerns. Eric called and told me he'd make it up to me any way he could. How? I can't get married again and hire a better photographer that cares about their clients and puts forth effort. This can't be fixed. Just don't let it happen to you.
