from Broadway Shoe Company through Halberstadt's so everything was coordinated. The suits were very well made and looked fantastic in photos. We will definitely be returning to Halberstadt's for any future suits my husband needs!

cumented the wedding parties. I had a lot of trouble when I asked who has paid and picked up their suits, and a lot of the times the workers had forgot to mark down that they paid. Also, when my husband was in several weddings this past summer and those parties went through Halberstadt's. I tried paying over the phone, and they had trouble tracking down the wedding folder and was unsure that he was apart of the wedding party. But other than that I did love the suits and especially that they could buy and keep their suits!

ust had the groomsmen purchase their own white-button down shirts and we purchased ties for them as part of their gift. The groomsmen just called in with their measurements and paid individually. Once everyone had theirs paid they ordered them all together to make sure there were enough sizes that we needed in stock. They shipped them out to the guys individually and each guy had to get them hemmed before the wedding. We did have one suit come in the wrong size, but luckily they were able to express ship the correct size to him at no cost. Overall, the groomsmen were very pleased with the quality and price of their suits, plus they got to keep them in the end!

hassle. They thought we needed these by July 1st which we needed it by June 1st because our wedding was June 24th. We were very nervous as it was the weekend before our wedding and we still didn't get what we need. They finally had a navy blue vest for my husband but it was a size XL and we needed a small/medium. They were able to overnight resize it and had it ready for us a few days before the wedding. Thank goodness for that, but next time I'll need to communicate better.

but went above and beyond to make sure we had them. After we ordered them i was told it would be a few weeks before they came in. After about a month I called and was told they would be her 2 weeks before my wedding which was still 2 months away. When I called again the next day I was told they would be there in the next day or 2. Really confusing. In the end we got them , they looked great and the best part the guys got to keep them for less then renting a tux.

o finding what worked for us! great customer service! we got all of teh groomsmen shirts and ties, father of the bride suit and grooms suit! loved them!

What made it worse was that we never received an apology for 11 out of 13 suits having something wrong with it (wrong sizes, missing parts of the suits, etc.), all we got were excuses about how size 16 and 18 are close together on the shelf so they got switched around, or how some brides don't want the pocket silk so it's not their fault that they forgot to put it with the suits even though I paid for them all in advance! Apparently if your order is even slightly different, the staff are not trained to look at sales slips and get the order right, so beware of this and make sure you check and try on each and every suit before leaving the store or you will have to make multiple trips back! I highly recommend going somewhere else, the service there was inexcuseably bad.
